They never said that they would have someone work on the machine. In my opinion, that machine should have been shut down for service. The players club card readers on the machines do not work well. Your card has to be inserted several times before it is read. At one point I went to the Players Club desk and got a new card thinking it was my card, but it was my card, but no it was the reader. With all that said, I did enjoy my visit at Cliff Castle Casino, although it was more work than I had anticipated. Between calling attendents, getting a new card, fighting with the card readers and making sure I played long enough to accumulate enough points for the free $10 play, it was a lot of work.
