We were a little pressed for time but thought this would be a fun unique place to grab lunch. It was fun and unique but there was no lunch. We arrived at 1:15 and they post that they close at 2:30 but they had run out of food. The server didn't seem too concerned about it though. She was friendly while telling me that they didn't want to bake anything since they were closing soon. I'll probably give it another try because it's just a quirky place. But not when I'm very hungry. Or I'll just bring my own food just in case.

Wasn't able to try the cafe since they close at 2 but the gallery was open so it was nice to check it out. the place is run down bathrooms were pretty gross. Dead bugs all around and stained toilets quite gross. Not much to do here except just see the gallery which is really small. No one was friendly. We weren't greeted by any of the staff. This place is in the middle of nowhere so to speak. It was hot, so run down, and poorly maintained. It was "mehh" the building was cool to look at but that's it not really worth it

Found this neat stop just off of the interstate on our way up I-17 to Sedona while looking for a bite to eat. Limited food options but found something we liked, that was healthy, locally grown greens. The building that houses the small cafe also has a museum & exhibits, along with some things for sale. There are great views of the property from w/in the building. Although it's not a hotel, as I understand it, there are a handful of overnight rooms you can rent. It might be worth a stay.

My favorite place ever, went on a college trip here for a week and had so much fun. Very refreshing to get away from the city and be somewhere so natural. Definitely want to visit again :)

Artistic displays abound in the cafe

Convenient farm to table style cafe in the heart of Arcosanti. The food selection was minimal, but the flavor and freshness of the dish we ordered made up for it. A great place to end or begin your arcology adventure.

And so found myself leaving the rig in the receivers yard, and I came out here to what many say is the best Buffett in Phoenix. So I'm going to agree on that statement. For 20.00 on a weekdays, you can have quality at almost every food hot bar in this joint. Their Cajun Shrimp and Corn are spot on. Not Boiling Crab level but far better than many Buffett places across the country. The Beef ribs is straight up Chinese influenced, sweet, sauce drenched in five spices, cinnamon, bay leaves, rock sugar and cloves--- a first in a Buffett setting 滷lu牛niu肉rou braised beef. And for a plate of on the spot hibachi pasta.......this is by far the best hibachi spaghetti Mongolian beef plate I've had in ages. I've almost completely forgotten Buffetts actually taste good and with the value here in Phoenix, you just can't find a spot like this in LA anymore. Not even sure Vegas has any of these Chinese Seafood Surviving Buffetts either. Definitely on my recommend list for price to quality to value for a super Buffett! Rooms are spacious, modern, and clean. The only issue I had was with the shower which was either a turbo-force gale or a trickle rain shower. Something in between would have been preferred. But it was a large, spacious shower and a big bathroom. Rooms have keurig coffee makers and a decent-sized tv. (I've been in some hotels with dinky tvs that are hardly worth the effort). This is a newer hotel added to the casino and includes a beautiful pool and hot tub area and a small workout room. It's adjacent to the casino and its cafes and steakhouse and bowling alley! I would definitely return again and hope to do so in the near future. A great value for the price of the room. I recommend.

I still had a fun time. There were good eatery options being that they are *way* out there. Free play plus my $20 lasted us a few hours on the slots. We were able to catch the Suns game at the bar (and take advantage of the free sodas at the nearby soda fountain). We also listened in on the sound check for the concert happening later that evening. All in all a decent visit to the casino. Would have been better to have won. Meh. Maybe next time.

But the thing that bugged me the most was that they have the audacity to charge $25-30+ for curry dishes, yet charge you additional if you want rice. Our water cups sat empty for a while before we had to ask for refills. Then when we were ready for the check, we were brought another table's check. We sat there for a while after that, but no one came by so we had to flag down a random person to see if they could bring us the correct check. What a mess. Definitely not recommended for dinner!

That alone should tell you everything. The service didn't improve the situation either. The check-in process was disorganized and unwelcoming, and overall the experience just felt poorly managed from start to finish. For the price you pay, this place is absolutely not worth it.
