Aria's easily deserves a 5-star rating. The food is simply outstanding. If you're looking for Persian/Middle Eastern/Mediterranean, this is the spot to visit. You know the food is going to be good when the restaurant is busy on a Thursday week night. We got there around 7pm on a Thursday, and all the tables were taken up by what looked like locals and regulars. That's a great sign. The restaurant itself is very clean and on the smaller side. There are less than 10 tables. The chicken and beef koobideh is outstanding. The meat is incredibly tender and flavorful. The rice is cooked to perfection. And the charred tomato and onion add a nice grill taste to the food. We also ordered the Mizra Ghasemi appetizer and it was absolutely delicious. It's smoky garlic tomato eggplant dip. We'd come back in a heartbeat.

We came here after my boyfriend's friend from S.P. highly recommended this place. We walked in and were met by Alma and her husband, the owners. We were seated, and we asked for appetizer suggestions. She was so nice and helpful, she recommended Mirza Ghasemi, tomato eggplant, and Shiraz Salad for appetizers. Both were so delicious. For the main dish, we had Beef Shish Kabob; the fillet mignon was tender, and the basmati rice was soft and fluffy and delicious, and the Beef Barg was just as good. The Tea was good. After dinner, you have to try their dessert, wow, delicious. Highly recommend this small but delicious Food. I have to point out that Arias Grill was much better than O.S on 2nd St in L.B. Of course, I can't write the full name, but you know which one. Plenty of parking.

One of the better Persian restaurants in the South Bay. Located in a long strip mall parking can be a challenge with so many eateries but it's worth it. Service is excellent and the food is even better. I always get their chicken and beef Koobideh which are most and seasoned nicely. I need to try their Barg next time. Small place but nice seating and furniture is new and clean. Will be back for sure.

Hands down my favorite spot in the south bay!! The portions are easily enough for two people, but honestly I could finish the whole thing myself...I'm not even a leftovers person, but I actually dream about eating my Aria's the next day, it's that good lol. I used to always get Lebanese food when I worked in Hollywood, and after I left I couldn't find anything in the South Bay that compared. Then I tried Aria's. I know it's not Lebanese, but it definitely hits that same craving for really good middle eastern food. Don't overthink it...just order from Aria's. You won't be disappointed. 100/10 recommend!!!!

This cute restaurant is located in a busy plaza and a bit hidden but its very cozy and clean inside. As I walked in to order my meal I couldn't help but look at all the diners' food and they all looked delicious. Their menu has a variety to choose from, many options! I ordered the chicken and beef koobideh. The portion is quite massive. It came with a pack of pita bread but no hummus or anything to dip the pita bread in. Having pita without hummus or a dip is a bit odd but next time ill order a side of hummus, no biggie. I also like how they provide a quarter of a raw onion because I love onion. I will definitely come back and try more dishes. Thank you Aria!

This place is the real deal best persian kabob spot in the south bay. Forget about other places that are not even authentic Persian kabob places, they are usually greek or indian style kabobs with herbs and different additives. Persian style is the best because the meat itself is the star of the show, juicy and flavorful. I got the beef and chicken koobideh which was spectacular! Both juicy, fresh and flavorful. The basmati rice is fluffy. The tomato is roasted perfection. It all melds together into a symphony of bliss. Its high restaurant grade quality. The place is clean and the staff is extremely friendly. Will be back here for my kabob fix every time!

The best Mediterranean food in town, everything is delicious and freshly made. This is a family owned business, the real deal. Not only is dine in and take out good, my friends and I have ordered their food for a couple of parties and it was a hit! Portions are generous and the food is high quality. I love the chicken tender kabob. My friends love the Cornish game hen and chicken koobideh. The meals come with rice and a roasted tomato and onion. The owners are friendly and accommodating to dietary restrictions.

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The ambiance is spacious, inviting, and smells amazing as soon as you enter. I was greeted with a warm smile, which immediately made me feel welcome. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Everyone worked together to assist us from start to finish, and they were very helpful when it came to answering questions and helping us order. When the food arrived, it was steaming hot and absolutely delicious. Every dish was perfectly seasoned--no extra spices, sauces, salt, or pepper needed. The flavors spoke for themselves! This was honestly some of the best food I've had in South Bay. The combination of great service, wonderful atmosphere, and outstanding food made for an amazing experience. I can't wait to come back!

Well GDang! I have been craving some Mediterranean and have been kinda disappointed by some of the local South Bay offerings. I've tried a handful of places, some in Gardena, Torrance, Redondo... I used to always go to Panini Grill in the OC or Irvine Grill. As I finished ordering the beef soltani, a lady with her daughter were picking up a take out order. I decided to go wait in my car since it's cook to order which was about 20 minutes. I held the door for them on the way out and she tells me, "this is the best Mediterranean in the South Bay." Lady, YOU DID NOT LIE! Serving size for price is good. If not eating like I was starving, it was probably enough for three servings. The meat was so tender,not needing a knife to slice. The cashier and server were super nice as well. This is going to be my go to for sure!

My family (party of 10) made a reservation for my dads birthday here and had the absolute best time! It's family style so the food came out in shareable portions which made everything that much more special. We had basmati rice with a sauce that was smoked to perfection and the beef and chicken kebabs. The beef is by far my favorite but the chicken was close behind! The waitress was incredibly helpful and sweet and at the end they played the happy birthday song & had a ice cream sandwich with a candle. Such a nice touch on a perfect dinner! One of the best Persian Food places in SoCal. Randomly came across it as was searching for a Halal place in Torrance to order food for a business lunch with delivery to our office. Trust me, you will not regret. Warms fresh, and juicy..not dry as sometimes kabobs can certainly be. The client messages me next day asking I share where we ordered lunch from as they would like to for their company as well. That speaks volumes! There's more than what meets the eye at this place! It's small, quaint and the food / service is top notch. While it's not a typical restaurant ambiance inside, we loved our visit and will be back. ITS ABOUT TIME! It's about time we have a true authentic Persian cuisine that absolutely tastes amazing without breaking the bank. I ordered just about the whole menus today with my family and was so impressed with everything. The rice was so flavorful as is and I always have to dress up my rice at Persian restaurants. The meat was all so juice and well seasoned, just like how my parents made it growing up! Food not the only thing that was fantastic, I went with my family to go eat (9 of us) and we were treated like royalty, 3 different servers would take turns asking us if we needed anything and ended up taking a seat with us and becoming part of the family, this is what life and the world is missing, the interaction, the affection, the people! Friendly staff .. parking can be a problem if arriving at peak times.. tables and inside little small for the bigger folks I'm 5'9" 220lbs .. food excellent.. good portions .. little disappointed that they didn't have that white yogurt, cucumber, dill sauce sorry I don't know the name of it that ... but most Middle Eastern kabob places have .. but they did have a buttery red sauce.. prices are on the high side read more

What an EXPERIENCE. The second we walked in, we were warmly greeted by the Owner. He helped us with ordering and was so hospitable. We ordered combo #1 "the Favorites" and it was a very generous portion that was SO DELICIOUS!!! Every protein was succulent, juicy, and flavorful. The loobia polo and white rice combo was fantastic and paired well with the meat. What an incredibly satisfying meal! The ambiance created by the staff and customers was so fun and warm. You can truly feel the family vibes here and tell that everyone there loves and wants to be there. I left with the biggest smile and an incredibly happy belly!!! Wow! What a great find. We were visiting from Hawaii and wanted to try something new. We shared a combo platter with skewers of beef and chicken, grilled vegetables, and two different rice preparations. Meat was flavorful, juicy, and so satisfying. The service was outstanding and when we explained we were new to Persian cuisine, our server talked us through the menu and helped us choose the best dishes to try. We definitely loved this place. I visited this new gem of a restaurant! Please come inside You wont be disappointed! I immediately felt transported to another country! The food was amazing but even better was the homey vibe of customer service! As I ate my lunch I was in awe of the fact that I felt like I had taken a trip and was transported to Persia. The menu also features traditional Pakistani, Persian, and Arabic dishes, such as Beef Nihari and Haleem. After several visits, here are my thoughts on some of their grilled meats and desserts. Beef Kofta - 3/5. The kofta was a bit dry and tough. I wish it had more fat and seasoning to make it juicier and more flavorful. The grilling is also somewhat inconsistent--sometimes the kofta comes out beautifully browned, while other times it's over-charred. Grilled Fish - 4/5. This is easily my favorite item on the menu and, in my opinion, their best dish. The fish is seasoned just enough to enhance its natural flavor without overpowering it. It's grilled very well, developing a beautiful golden-brown crust while remaining moist and tender inside. Beef Shish Kebab - 3.5/5. The quality of the beef is decent, especially considering the price. Given the cut of meat they use, they've done a commendable job with the grilling. The beef has a solid seasoning base and a nice sear with just enough char to add flavor without becoming overly smoky. It's reasonably tender, though I wish it retained a bit more juiciness. Chicken Shish Kebab - 3.5/5. Very similar to the beef shish kebab. It has good flavor and is grilled well, but it could benefit from being a little juicier. Gyro - 2/5. Unfortunately, this was the biggest disappointment. The gyro meat on the vertical spit often appears to be rotating without enough heat to properly caramelize and crisp the exterior. As a result, the meat comes across as dry, rubbery, and lacking the rich roasted flavor that makes a great gyro. Kunafa (Knafeh) - 3/5. This dessert has both strengths and weaknesses. The cheese filling has a pleasant, slightly salty flavor and a creamy texture, and I appreciate that it isn't overly sweet. However, the syrup is underwhelming. A good kunafa should be generously coated with a fragrant sugar syrup - ideally infused with rose water or orange blossom water - to provide sweetness and aroma. I also wish the kataifi, the shredded pastry dough, were crispier and lighter to create a better contrast with the gooey cheese filling. Overall, Al Hamra Kabob Grill is one of the better places to enjoy Middle Eastern-style grilled dishes in the South Bay. While a few menu items could be improved, the grilled fish stands out as excellent, and the shish kebabs are solid choices. The owner is also incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a warm, neighborhood atmosphere that keeps customers coming back. It's not perfect, but it's a restaurant I enjoy visiting from time to time and one I'd recommend if you're craving grilled Middle Eastern flavors.

I forgot to notate the coupon deal that enticed this visit, so my best guess is either a BOGO offer, or a buy one & get one discounted offer; I wanted to support local restaurants during lockdown so I wanted to give them a chance, & the signature menu listed chicken sandwiches that we both might like. When I called in, a friendly melodic male voice picked up & took my order. After I was done, he asked how did we hear about Calf & Chick, & I informed him it was their neighborhood flyer. With a 10-min. estimate, it was just enough driving time for my order to be ready. The restaurant is located around the corner from home, & sits behind Wendy's off of busy Sepulveda Blvd. & Pennsylvania Ave. Upon arrival, I waited another 10-mins. for my order. The cashier said strips & onion rings were still in the fryer & wanted to make sure they were hot. The spacious dining room was empty due to lockdown, but their phones were ringing & ringing for takeout. When my order was ready, I checked my bag to be sure that there were 4 items since I had infrequent expedite issues during lockdown. Everything was still warm when I settled home to eat. I had the panini... it was warm & savory, your taste buds hit particularly hard with the tasty garlic paste on a crusty roll. It was flavorful, however, the greens were old, & not from being pressed/toasted. I told her I had never seen the barbecue sauce before and asked what it looked like. She repeatedly just said "it looks like barbecue sauce" instead of simply showing it to me or explaining it. I even asked if she could show me the sauce, and she still responded dismissively and seemed annoyed that I was asking basic questions before deciding what I wanted on my food. What made the interaction worse was that there wasn't even a line or rush happening at the time. I wasn't trying to hold anything up -- I just wanted to know what I was ordering. The receipt listed the employee name as "Estuardo," although the employee helping me was a woman, so the register name may not match the actual employee. I'm leaving this review as constructive feedback because a little patience and friendliness goes a long way with customers.

Absolutely loved this place. Aria's Grill is a family run Persian spot tucked into a strip mall on Sepulveda, and the moment you walk in the hospitality is genuine and warm. The chicken barg was the star: tender, juicy, beautifully marinated and grilled with that perfect saffron char, served over a mountain of fluffy saffron rice with a grilled tomato I demolished. Everything tasted fresh and authentic, the way it should be. Portions are generous and the value is excellent for what you get.
