I select no rating due to consistently bad people services and horrible moving services! But I will select one star just so this will be added to the web page.. We had contracted them to move our entire home to a location approximately 35 min away from our current home the move date was 8/8/2019. Scheduled to arrive at 7am.. we were up at 4:30am to make sure all was ready for the move. They called at 7:20am saying they would be there in about an hour, they they finally arrived around 10:15am around 12:30pm they were loaded. Driver and crew stated they would stop for lunch. around 2:00pm we received a call from the office stated that the truck had broken down and they were waiting for a mechanic to arrive and solve the problem we received several other calls about the trucks condition and then we were informed they needed to tow the truck back to the lot and unload and reload our furniture. But they wanted to reload and deliver the next day! We said NO! we need our items today, we had pressing responsibilities the next day and could not wait around for hours for delivery not only that but we had no place to stay. They finally arrived around 10:30-11:00pm to unload in the dark. Our items were so roughly handled and treated. Not only that but the damage to our furnishings was beyond words. The movers were tired as we were. They were clearly unhappy having to unload this late. They were done around 1:am. Some damaged items were easily noticed and the head of the crew took pictures and was clearly unhappy about the damage. In the switching of the trucks they forgot our 3 flat screen TV's.. They were left in the cab of the broken down truck. They promised to deliver these around 7:30 that night. They never showed up, I did receive a call from the warehouse manager that no one was able to drive them out because there was no driver! I stated we were promised they would be here tonight.. he hung up on me and would not respond to any further phone calls. We received the TV's 4 days later after numerous calls to the office complaining.. At this point we were beyond unhappy ( at any I mean any time they could have turned this around) We called the credit card company and put a hold on 527.00 of the cost.. they were aware of this hold and informed us if we do not release the 527.00 they can not go on with the damage claim.. we released the 527.00.. With no resolution they finally stated on 1/22/2020 they will not fix the furniture but will reimburse us with $332.40 which is a percentage of the moving weight as stated on the contract. So, 1/22/220 they said they would not repair the furniture and finally after many calls to them on 3/19/2020 I contacted the Attorney General office and filed a complaint. Today is 4/30/2020 and still no check! I was contacted by the owner of the company around 4/13 to 4/17/2020 stated the check number and that all the information needed by the Attn General was sent in. I was promised a return call from AZ DISC Movers by 5:30 last night to resolve the missing check issue. NO RETURN CALL AGAIN!!! I have talked to the ATTN GENERAL office again and filed a second complaint to them, by the way they had sent out a 2nd notice and have no response. AZ Disc Movers have lied to us SO much. Thankful for Arizona Discount Movers! I had booked with a company that I had mistaken for another company and to much of my surprise, they had horrible reviews (BEWARE of Arizona Moving and Storage) when I looked them up on Yelp. I quickly cancelled and needed a reputable company to fill in on short notice. I booked with Arizona Discount Movers almost immediately afterwards. Not only did Arizona Discount Movers fit me in on short notice in a time slot that worked best for me, but they did a fantastic job! They were quick and efficient, which matters when you're being billed by the hour, and they incredibly careful with all of my items. They had two stops to make on the way to our final destination, but they didn't let this frustrate them or slow them down one bit. Both men that helped me out were friendly and clearly enjoyed their jobs! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a friend or family member. read more

These guys show up with an small Enterprise truck that they had to load twice to move our stuff which cost us more time and labor. Then they show up with NO wardrobe boxes...I called their office and offered to drive from Goodyear to their office to pick them up which they informed me they did not forget them, they were out of wardrobe boxes...this on a Wednesday, not on a weekend where I could understand they could possible run out. We had a couple brand new items still in the box go missing.....never will I use this company again. read more

This company moved us in November 2010 and it was pretty much a nightmare. One guy worked VERY hard and pretty much did everything while the other guy stood around in the back of the truck doing whatever he was doing in there. I had everything packed in boxes and ready to go and had moved a considerable amount to the new place already. They arrived at 7:20 and finally got done close to 5:45pm. I feel like they milked the time for all it was worth. The one guy who was the hard worked was so nice and friendly while the other guy was rude and not very friendly. At the end of the day, it took 4 times for him to add up the charges after I kept correcting his mistakes. All in all.....not impressed and being a Realtor and being asked for moving company references, I was hoping to have a great reference to refer them too. read more

Arizona Discount movers "helped' my family move from central Phoenix to North Phoenix in early July. Our problems were two fold, first the truck they sent was to small. We had a 2 bed - 2 bath patio home and because the truck was to small it required two trips and an additional $300.00. I have moved a few times on my own before and it has never taken me more than a 26 foot truck and one trip to do the job, and trust me I don't have enough stuff to warrant two trips. In addition the movers went missing for an hour during one of the trips (which is when my golf clubs went missing, see below) and when I made the complaint to Jay at ADM he stated he would refund me an hour. Jay I am still waiting on that refund. Prior to my second complaint let me also tell you that significant damage was done to my dinning room table. When removing the legs a large chunk of wood came off. They moved the table and reassembled it with the hopes we would not notice. My daughter sat at the table for dinner our first night in the house and it nearly fell down. That is the kind of people they hire. eventually ADM sent a guy to repair the table and he did a fine job. My biggest complaint is that the my golf clubs were stolen. If you look at other complaints on yelp you will notice a theme. I brought up my concern that the clubs were stolen and the initial story they came back with was that we told them not to move the clubs, so clearly they saw the clubs. Fast forward to the time they are supposed to cover the loss and they suddenly don't remember seeing my clubs at all. Convenient. I had to call the police and eventually get insurance companies involved but who wants the hassle of that. Addendum 9-15-2014: I appreciate the opportunity to respond to the falsehood in Amy's response. First I have watched the piece below and I acknowledge that the local news made and error and it was a different ADM. As such I have removed the link from my initial review. To respond I was never informed about 2 trucks in the move. That is an out and out lie. In fact I called and spoke to William on Monday June 30th (2 days prior to the move) and confirmed that truck was big enough and we went through the list of items to be moved. He confirmed that there trucks were big enough. I notice you conveniently do not respond to the fact that your guys disappeared for an hour, and yet I paid you for that hour. Its only a nine mile drive, where did they go, and why did I have to pay for that? Amy states that I did not follow their procedures and that they addressed the issue of the stolen golf clubs. Nothing could be further from the truth. I spoke to them when I noticed my clubs were missing and then gave them the four weeks they asked for to address the issue. According to Jay I was at fault for not video taping every item going in and out of the truck. I made my complaint to Jay and I was informed that they have a 4 week period to review the claim, and yes I wanted some answers quickly but prior to filling a police report and talking to my insurance company I gave them the four weeks they asked for. When they failed to respond and resolve my complaint I then called the police. I never indicated it would be a hassle Amy (so that is lie #2) to call the police because point of fact I did call the police after your 4 week response period. What I did tell Jay was that I was concerned about 3 unsavory individuals who know where I live knowing that I made a complaint to the police. Yes Amy I did write a sour review, one that ADM rightly earned. However I also waited two months to do so and gave your company ample time to honor the satisfaction guarantee you make on your website, so please don't question my credibility. read more

They showed up early and got started right away. Prep of our furniture was good. Move went smooth but once we had time to decompress from a very busy week, we noticed some damage on our dresser and stainless steel refrigerator. I emailed the company to have it addressed and a few days later, Jay R., calls, apologizes and says that he will get a furniture repairmen out to look at both the dresser and refrigerator. Also said he would forward a check for the refrigerator damage. Weeks go by with no response from anyone an no check. I reach out again, and spoke to Jay. He said they have 30 days to address these sort of issues. (No mention of that in the initial call and gave every indication of getting things resolved quickly). He said he would get a check out to cover the damage. Weeks go by and nothing. I send another email and get a response from Amy. Jay finally calls, talks to my wife and assures a check will be in the mail. Finally, after nearly 50 days, a check arrives with lame form letter. The two mover dudes were good. I understand damage might happen but how you deal with it is the trick. After the fact, the communication was very poor. I also do not being lied to. Do what you say you are going to do...it really is that simple. Sloppy customer service. I am sure the owner will come on here to defend their actions by referencing the law but lets be very clear. The first conversation (within a few days of the move) I had with Jay was that he would get someone (furniture repairmen) to look at it. That visit never happened. He also said to cover the damage to the refrigerator, he would send a check. In the initial conversation, there was ZERO mention of taking 2-4 weeks to process. Only after hearing NOTHING for a few weeks, I reached out again. He responded by saying it takes 30 days to get payment out. First I had heard of this. Well, that time came and went, and nothing. So, once again, I reach out and get a response from Amy saying that it will be handled. Jay talks to my wife and says check will be in the mail. When it arrived, it was filled with gibberish about the law and how the case was closed when I cash the check. This is how these folks deal with customers that have experienced damage. Once again, do what you say you are going to do. If you do not, its dishonest. Customer service is really a simple process I would recommend tightening up. read more

I have been meaning to come in and update my review. Because of the positive experience I had I decided to use AZ discount movers for another move. I'm not sure what changed but this experience was completely different than the last. The driver was rude and ended up hitting my vehicle and the movers damaged some of our furniture. I am giving two stars instead of one because they eventually paid for the damage to my vehicle and some of the damage to my furniture. The company provided a two hour window and then arrived early. The movers were nice enough, but I was a little angry upon receiving the final bill. As I recall, I was told they charge 65 an hour and an 8% fuel charge. They also charge you 65 dollars for travel/transport? AND (which I know I was not told before hand) they have a two hour minimum. We gave plenty of opportunity for AZ Discount Movers to fix our $5,000 Stone Creek entertainment center. When I called, I specifically asked if they were familiar with Stone Creek because it's very difficult to take apart and reassemble, and they more than reassured me that they were very familiar with that brand and very experienced. The movers were very friendly, but they immediately said they had no clue how to take it apart. When they tried, they gave up after about an hour (of paid time), then called in another person. We had to wait an hour for him to show up and he knew how to take it apart; unfortunately he was in such a hurry, that the top of the entertainment center came crashing down and caused some damage. I was in the other room and came running in to see what happened. They assured me, the company would repair the damage. Well, no one called me back and after calling them several times I was finally told to take pictures, fill out their claim form, send it in, and wait 60 days. Ok, I patiently waited. Nothing. This happened in June. No word yet, as of October. So I do not recommend this company. Now my beautiful entertainment center has some serious gashes in the wood. Shame on you AZ Discount Movers! UPDATE: After posting my review, I heard from Jay, who arranged to have someone come out and repair the damage. I travel and am away most of the time, but my daughter, who's house it is, said the repairs were beautifully done and the repair guy was a very nice man. Thank you, ADM, for repairing/making right. They even fixed a couple of dings from before. I have upped their rating to 3 stars, (I would give 3.5, but don't know how to select 1/2 star) because unfortunately I only got their attention after posting this review, and the damage may have been minimal (according to their response), but a big ding is a big ding, and the extent of damage should not determine the level of customer service. This company charged us TWICE the amount quoted and had all our belongings hostage in their vans because they couldn't finish the job in the one day promised. They literally packed a box with 12 sheets of tissue paper and half used roll of tape, they used wardrobe boxes, poorly taped, for nearly everything. The worst thing is that they broke my baby grand piano and wouldn't repair it. I have filed complaints with the Arizona Attorney Office and the BBB. Steer clear of this company. read more

To respond to Jay, I must say if this is how you treat a "Valued" customer, then there is a great need for improvement. First, why is Arizona Discount Movers responding to my second requst for compensation in a public forum? I sent an email on January 18, 2016, with absolutely no response until yesterday on Yelp. That is not the way to treat a "valued customer". With reference to the stucco damage, I saved ADM $300.00 by finding someone on MY OWN to repair the stucco damage. Yes, I sold my house in 5 days, and understandably the new owners wanted the damage repaired. Had I waited for ADM to find someone my house may not have closed. The company Jay sent out wanted $350.00 to repair the damage which ADM would not have paid. I was NOT willing to sit around waiting for ADM to find a repair company and jeopardize my sale due to the carelessness and neglect of ADM's movers. I paid a great deal of money to have my beautiful furniture moved 4 times and stored. Why should I expect that ADM would have damaged my furniture? If I had even thought that damage "though few" was acceptable to ADM, I would have gone with another company. I did not accept the Joint Military Weights because the weights for my furniture is very low. Should this happen to you, be aware that there is a website www.movers.com (viewed over 70k times) which has dimensions and weights associated with dimensions. So, I did not just pull numbers out of the sky. And yes, ADM damaged the particle board leg of my Copenhagen desk, but the hard wood top was affected by the damage. Also, BEWARE you are NOT bound by the military weights unless ADM has changed their contract. Also, the hose was part of the move. My husband took the hose off the reel hanging on our fence wall and given to the mover. I have no idea what bushes Jay is referring to. I guess this is just like the other reviewer's missing golf clubs? ADM did not go above and beyond to fairly compensate us. Every step of the way has been a fight. How disappointing! read more

6/16/16 Only reason for the move up in stars is Jay has been very cooperative and has taken accountability for not responding. Our schedules have not cooperated so we have not resolved the issue but today I experienced a setback from them. I called to get an update on when they can come out and see the damaged furniture as well as drop off the new glass frame. I called and asked for Jay and spoke to someone else who doesn't handle the claim side and had to fill him in on what the status was since Jay was on the other line. He said they were not able to do anything with the carpet so I asked why. He said and I quote, "What do you expect us to do?". Um...clean it. It's not my fault they stood the rolled carpet up in the truck and got it dirty, is it? Again, he asked, "What do I expect them to do?". Again, why is it up to me to answer questions a "professional" moving company would know. I said, "If they stood it up, given its a white rug, wouldn't you put a bag or something to protect it?" He said, "we don't carry bags". I said, "well don't you have shrink wrap?". He said, I don't deal with claims I'll have Jay call you. At this point, I really don't know what to think. I honestly thought it was headed in the right direction. Waiting a call from Jay now. 7/1/16 ADM came this past weekend to deliver the replacement for the broken glass. They also took pictures of the ripped box springs, dresser and white rug. He tried to fix the dresser drawers but couldn't and made a suggestion to clean our rug with Dawn. The rug specifically said "have professionally washed" and it's white shag carpet so suggesting for us to clean it and potentially ruin it blows my mind. We didn't get it dirty so why should we clean it and chance potentially ruining the carpet? He stated he would send the information to Jay on Saturday 6/26 and get back to me on next steps. Hey Amy, I can certainly say you are right about not being able to prove it. Otherwise this wouldn't be a post but more like getting served to go to court. It's also not worth it though. While we can't prove what we do know, doesn't mean it holds no weight. Your a business and for you, perception should be reality. This was our fault in the end anyways. We get what we pay for. The ceiling fans are gone and the last time they were seen were in the garage while the movers were packing everything up. Then they were not seen again. Yes you can speculate that someone could've took them, but our garage has been left wide open in this neighborhood many times and we have had no trouble. But your right we can't prove they were stolen. So I will knowingly assume that your video cameras have blind spots. It would be very easy to know where the blind spots are and even easier to hide stuff underneath other items being moved. While there isn't enough evidence to prove it in a court of law, I will leave it to the next customer to view this post to make their judgement call. Where there is smoke there is fire. I also was not very happy with the workers helping themselves to my homes bathroom and the demands for bottled water every five minutes. The guys that moved me were very nice, however they overlooked some shelves that had been taken out of a piece of furniture. I called and they confirmed that they do, in fact, have the shelves, however this was over a week ago and they still have not been delivered. It was an understandable mistake that they were overlooked, however one would think that they would be more responsive in terms of returning my property. I would not use this company again. Response to the comment below: I reported the shelves missing via email and phone call on the 8th. I was not given any sort of timeframe, only told that the manager would be notified and would get the shelves delivered when a delivery happened in my area, which is not good customer service. If your group accidentally forgot something, the sense of urgency to return it should be higher. On Friday, I followed up with the company to see why the shelves hadn't yet been delivered and why I had not received any sort of update. At that time, I was told again that they would look at the schedule and would deliver when they had a call in the area. I protested, at which point the person on the phone indicated that they would try to get them delivered today "since I live close." Billy did make a trip out of his way to deliver them, of which I was greatly appreciative. As mentioned in my initial review, the movers themselves were very nice. They were professional and I'm appreciative that they did return the shelves. The rest of the individuals that I dealt with were less professional, as the "comment" below would indicate. read more

MOST DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE!! First time I have ever used a moving company and I tried to gather as much information as possible before choosing a company. I really liked the website and how they said customer service was a priority. Not my experience at all!! 3 hours late to begin. I was told at scheduling that 2 guys would be able to do the job and that turned out to be false. Not only did I have to pay for a third mover it took 8 hours. Did not complete until 10:30PM!! The movers were filled with so much negativity and made rude comments to my husband and I about moving our stuff and that we were moving into a 2 story home. It created so much stress on top of the stress of moving. Also, all of the large items were discussed at time of scheduling and told it was ok but movers were upset and vocalized the dissatisfaction of having to do my job. It makes you feel very uncomfortable to have people so unhappy moving your stuff and in your personal space. I feel they were careless with items and did not have care for our space. The next morning when the cable company came out to connect cable, it was noticed my TV had a crack inside the screen and would not turn on. I immediately contacted the company and spoke to a manager. He was not very empathetic and passed me off to the next person. I finally got to Jay and he was kind but had terrible communication and follow up on my matter. I discussed the disappointment with my experience and now my husbands Xmas present, 55 inch tv is broken. No care and when I asked to speak with owner 3 times. Was told she is busy. It is clear that the owner does not value her customers experience and the information on their website is false. In the end of all of this (30 days after move) I was given $30 for my TV(per contract) and one hour off my move for the unsatisfactory experience. While I appreciate the effort to do right, it is rather insulting that this is what the value of my experience was determined. I had requested a full refund due to the awful day I had to spend listening to their employees make me feel bad that they have to move my stuff. The emotional part of this experience is what is left. Unfortunately, I am in the business of networking and giving referrals is a daily conversation for me. I can only refer people now to stay away from this company. I would hate for anyone I know to go through the experience I did. Shame on me for not moving my own TV, shame on me for not doing a better research job on this decision. Move on from this company and don't trust anyone with delicate items. They claim that the careless handle of the TV was not how that happened but Samsung says ABSOLUTELY it happens just like that!!!! read more

We have used ADM the last two times we've moved. Both times, we've had very nice guys busting their butts. Last year when we moved, the two guys worked together to get everything done. They even gave us tips and tricks that would save us time and money. This year, we had two different guys. Now, one was really working his rear off to get our stuff out. The other guy just stood in the truck. Our move took about an hour longer this time because of the standing around. We weren't too pleased that we paid an almost $150 more to accommodate for that. Again, they do a good job and we will use them again. However, we did notice when we put our table together that there was a knick on one of the legs and one of the chairs. We weren't going to make a huge deal about it because they aren't noticeable. read more

I just had Arizona Discount movers move all my stuff and let me say I am very happy! Movers Ronnie and Simon were amazing and hardworking guys. I have a lot of expensive delicate furniture and they took their time to wrap everything correctly. No damage or scratches at all. We have moved a lot in our life and stuff always gets damaged due to lack of care and improper equipment. Not Ronnie and Simon! They were courteous, professional and fast. My mother who doesn't speak fluent english was moving out of her home and needed to store her stuff for a few months until her new place is ready. We got a few quotes and this one was the best. Though her stuff is still in storage I will revisit this after they move into their new place in a few months to make sure they still hold the standard they offered my mother. My mom is very critical of things and order and cleanliness. She said these folks were outstanding from every aspect. Even when I dealt with them over email in getting a quote etc. She said they were very friendly, quick, packed things up great and kept clean after themselves. These movers were great! Shahf, DJ and Duante were thorough, shrink wrapped practically everything, and were friendly and respectful. They worked hard going up and down stairs with very heavy pieces, handling items carefully and always asking where things should go in my new home. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I had similar experience to another review I read with why I went with this company. Mainly because of the excellent experience and service they provided me approx 5 yrs ago for my move. The were quick, professional and did a great job. Completely not the case for 2nd move in Nov 2017. The office staff is friendly and helpful, although the truck they assigned my job was too small and the movers had to make 2 trips. That may have been on purpose since they charge by the hour. I'm not sure. All I know is the 2 movers seemed competent at first and all they had to do was load truck and move to new location. Everything was packed and ready to go. It seemed to take a very long time but it was a stressful day. At the end of day when everything was supposed to be at new house, it felt like they was less stuff in new house. Also, they mixed all the boxes. Instead of keeping kitchen boxes in kitchen, they had a few boxes in every room. Maybe that was on purpose to hide the theft and cause confusion. It turns out that anything of value and they could easily take and use is missing! i.e. cordless drills, toolboxes (3 total) filled with tools, tools still in packaging/unused. We had an inactive contractor/construction business and all the business equipment at the house. Even worse, one of the movers was probing my mother about the tools to gauge how familiar we were with what the planned to steal. I didn't find this out until after the move. Long story short - if I wanted my stuff stolen I would have hired randoms from Craiglists! read more

I don't know if words can explain the awesome job this company and the workers who showed up provided. I had a 3 man crew scheduled to help me move from East Phx to Avondale. Cal gave me a call prior to showing just to let me know they will be there soon. They show up and all three movers (Cal, Marcus, Justin) introduced themselves. Looked around my apartment just to see what was doing and pointed out any concerns etc. As they were working they wrapped everything that needed to be wrapped. NEVER STOPPED WORKING. All helped each other out. They all had great attitudes and great customer service. They never seemed frustrated by the 3 stories of stairs. In the middle of the move Cal came to me and expressed concern over a particular box. It had no lid so the contents were exposed. Their were financial documents and a credit card. He said it would be best if I take that box with me and in my car. I couldn't be more impressed by his honesty and professionalism!!! As we get to my house they wasted no time! Opened up the truck and went to work! I gave both Justin and Marcus opportunities to take a shortcut with leaving a box or furniture somewhere other than where it should go...they both said nope!!! Awsesome moving company!!! The 2 movers they sent did an amazing job, making sure all of my belongings were carefully wrapped and taken care of. I used this company for the move out of a townhome, into their storage for 3.5 weeks then again for the move into the new house. I would highly recommend this company for your moving needs. Helped my sister with her move, mostly telling the movers what to take and what to leave. Three trucks and about 7 men, they all seamed polite and careful, but not everything ended up at the new house. There were 2 5 gal water bottles about 4 inches full full of change the were worth about $5,000 and they must have all been in on the theft. I think when they brought in wardrobe boxes for some of the odd items they rolled the bottles into one of them and dropped it off on the way to the new house. My sister talked to them about this but they told her that she was just trying to rip they off like so many people do, WHAT A JOKE. She contacted the sheriff and they eventually said there was nothing they could do about it because one persons word against another. DO NOT USE THIS MOVER. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. They started out showing up 4 hours late, then showed up with no packing boxes & no-one to help us pack (part of the deal) and 2 trucks that weren't large enough to move all our stuff. I'm having to make at least 3 move trips from Prescott Valley to Chandler to move stuff they didn't have room for. They're guys had worked until midnight the night before (why they were late) and left our Prescott Valley home at about midnight the day we moved. They'd worked & driven about 24 of the previous 32 hours. Then of course you have to pay before they unload, so you're left picking up the pieces. read more

Would never use this moving service company again. Awful customer service and disrespectful employees. Employees complained about the company and management, yelled cuss words, threw my belongings down my stairs, and argued with one another. It also took twice as long to move me from point A to B as the previous company I used before for the same amount of items and distance. read more

Again using Discount Movers was the right way to go. They moved my son and his family from Scottsdale to Chandler with no issues whatsoever! The price quoted was on the mark and they were very courteous and respectful of their belongings. This will have been the 3rd time someone in my family has taken my advice and hired Discount Movers but make sure you use the right company because there is another company with a similar name that does not do a great job like these guys do. We used Arizona Discount Movers for a recent move from Chandler to Mesa. I forgot to call and set up the move until about 10 days beforehand, so I was a little worried that I wouldn't be able to get it booked, especially since we needed 3 movers for our heavy furniture. Luckily they were able to accommodate my needs. Right from the start, they impressed me. We got an email with details of our move, a confirmation call a few days prior as well as a call on the day of, letting us know they were on their way. The 3 movers they sent, Dido, Ricardo and Tyler, arrived right on time and were very careful to wrap our furniture well with mattress covers, plastic wrap, tarps, etc. to ensure that none of our items were damaged or got scratched. They had a great sense of humor and kept everyone laughing, which was appreciated being that we were feeling the stress of moving. Everything went equally as well at our new home. Even when moving our extremely heavy bed upstairs, they never once seemed irritable and still kept smiles on their faces. They also took the time to ensure that every box or item was in the correct room and area that we wanted it in. The move did take a little longer than I expected, but I think that's due to the amount of care they took in wrapping items and putting everything in the correct rooms. I've had movers move the same items a little quicker before, but nothing was wrapped and all our boxes were dumped in one room. I definitely think it's worth paying for an extra hour or two of total move time in order to have the move done well. Moving is never fun, but they made it a much more tolerable experience. Hopefully we don't have to move again anytime soon, but if we did I would absolutely use them again. read more

Absolutely incredible work Justin and Gilbert were polite and respectful, had the job done in no time. We actually had to move on a sunday and these to were in good spirits and not upset with the situation at all, i am very impressed.
