Nice and clean looking interior. Good variety. Service is fine. Prices are a bit much, even for Chelsea. Quality could be better. I think this place has standard deli food that tends to be mediocre at best. I ordered an ultimately disappointing bacon, egg, and cheese on a roll that cost something like $10 (?!). The egg and cheese were fine but the bacon was incredibly old and stringy and the roll was pretty meh. The flat bagels are more like vaguely bagel-shaped bread than proper bagels. For comparison: I was wandering around at 8am when I happened to stop by Westside Market on 15th Street and 7th Ave. I ordered a BEC for $6 and at checkout the cashier let me know that it comes with a free coffee (!!). I ordered a bacon egg and cheese. Idk what this is. Maybe beef bacon? I don't eat beef. It didn't look or taste like any regular bacon I've had before, it simultaneously soggy and chewy. I could barely eat a bite. Even when I tried to take the bacon off the bagel its self is not good. Who puts oats on an everything bagel? Everything is wrong here. Stopped in yesterday. Got a blueberry bagel with veggie tofu cream cheese (no additional toppings), which somehow came to over $10? Absurd, even for the area, but okay. It was ordered "toasted" but was very obviously not toasted. Also ordered an iced latte with oatmilk and "vanilla flavor". As we were waiting for our order, I saw the barista pouring vanilla coffeemate creamer into a latte, but I assumed it wasn't ours, because we ordered ours with oatmilk. She then gave us that same latte, and I said "oh, is this with oat milk?" Which she confirmed yes, "it's an oatmilk latte"........ it seems that by "vanilla flavor" they mean they add vanilla CREAMER (not a torani type vanilla flavored syrup like every other coffee place I have visited in my life). So she added oat milk and an additional dairy creamer. Even if I were a person who could have dairy, that would be so much cream? I really think they should make that clear on the menu, or even just mention it especially since we ordered a non-dairy bagel spread just before that. The latte was $7, and we threw it away. We went back to the counter and ordered an oatmilk latte with no "flavor", and the barista scrolled on her phone for a solid five minutes before she made our latte. It was so bizarre! Delicious fresh bagels! They tend to put A LOT of cream cheese on the bagels. I usually ask them to put about half or tell them "that's fine" and they're good with that. Be aware that the pumpernickel bagels have raisins in them. It was a bit of a surprise for me (I really hate raisins in things....). Fast service, friendly people and reasonable prices, although soda's are $3, which I think is high... .but that's just my opinion. read more

The Bagels are super market quality, not fresh NY bagels. The first insult is you order and pay on an atm like screen, great. Staff got my order wrong. I ordered two bagels both toasted, one with cream cheese, the second with white fish. First attempt of my order, was given to another customer. Then they remade my order. When I got home I had two plain bagels NOT toasted with plain cream cheese. When I PAID for one with white fish. I walked back two blocks to get what I ordered! I ordered an egg bagel toasted well done with just a little bit of extra plain cream cheese...I don't know if this was this girls first day or what, but what I received was a PLAIN bagel, not toasted at all with about 6Ibs of cream cheese on it. Maybe working at a bagel place isn't the job for you if you can't get the most simple bagel order correct. Even if you have simply been to a bagel place as a customer, you should have been able to handle that.
