Ordered the turkey bacon egg and cheese on a toasted everything bagel. The meat to egg ratio was perfect, they were very generous in how much bacon they put, I wasn't fighting to scrounge for meat in my bagel. It was also seasoned very well, not overly salted. Bagel was toasted well also. The staff was very nice and friendly. As for the store front itself, you could tell they put effort into decor with grass walls and chips stacked aesthetically on the walls. The location is pretty optimal too as it's right next to Walkers coffee to grab coffee right after also. Would definitely return here. read more

It was ok. We ordered 2 everything bagels with cream cheese and a bacon, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel. Those were fine. Not great, but fine. Service was fine, but not quick. The problem was the tofu cream cheese on a cinnamon raisin bagel. Inedible. We've had tofu cream cheese before and this was, by far, the worst. Also it was significantly more expensive than the regular cream cheese. We had to throw out the entire bagel. It wasn't even salvageable . Bagel Rx's turn. Let's start with a little background. I pass by Bagel Rx quite frequently. Before it opened about a month ago, I was hoping to be one of the first to review. Unfortunately I wasn't. Instead there were 2 bad reviews commenting on service. I thought that was unfortunate since bad reviews can kill a business. Every business goes thru opening jitters so to bang em hard out of the shoot I think is a little unfair. Thats why I waited. Now for my review. First of all, clean and bright. You can order and pay at the kiosk or at the counter where a smiling young man was ready to assist. Ordering my test bagel, toasted everything with butter was prepared quickly while the cashier poured my large hot coffee. Self service counter contained the various creamers. Also were the sweetners which included Sweet N Low. Why do I call that out? Many businesses have abandoned my sweetener of choice and went solely with Splenda. Have we not paid attention to the news about artificial sweeteners being bad. At least saccharine is tried and true. Took a lot to give cancer to rats with Sweet N Low. More than I would ever consume in a lifetime. Sorry for digressing. Back to our regular reviewing.... Onto the morning meal. Right amount of crunchy on the outside and softness on the inside made for a delicious bagel. Coffee was hot and fresh. So as I sat at table outside consuming my breakfast, I watched a steady stream of people come and go getting their morning coffee. Idk Service is odd and annoying if you are in a rush because the woman taking the orders did not understand the words, bagel, bialy, scallion, soy, cream cheese, napkin, or bag. In my sometimes complimented diction and raising my voice, it took her three attempts to understand my simple bagel order. Thank goodness I did not also try for coffee!! It's also very disorganized. It's hard to tell where to place your order, where to wait for it or avoid cutting in front of people or having them accidentally cut in front of you. I really wanted to like this bagel place. We were very pleasantly surprised when it replaced the smelly old Subway sandwiches place; it was a much welcomed addition to the neighborhood. Truthfully, the bagels don't taste bad... The problem is that I have been here three times, and they messed up my order all three times. I have never received what I actually wanted. Today I asked for capers and I received some sort of pickled green vegetable (pickled okra maybe?). Last time, my husband ordered a regular BLT and got turkey bacon instead of regular bacon. My son ordered lox on his bagel but received pink lox cream cheese instead. I just can't trust them to get it right. The problem clearly stems from lack of orderly process: customers are ordering by the cashier as well as with the person preparing the bagels in the back, and the game of telephone begins between them. They're shouting toppings back and forth to each other, not knowing what goes with what. Massive confusion ensues. The fresh squeezed juice is delicious, though. This is a very new place, so I have to give them a slight edge. However, today I had an everything bagel with scallion cream cheese. The cream cheese was good and the portion was generous, but the bagel was really stale. It was not moist or fluffy, it was slightly hard and, well, stale. I'll try them again in a month or so.
