Story time... I will…read morenot be returning due to the following experience. To begin, I originally booked my appointment for Thursday to get my nails, lashes--everything--done. However, last minute, I was advised that my appointment was canceled because the selected nail and lash technicians were unavailable. So, I rescheduled. I rebooked my appointment for that Saturday over the phone, specifically requesting that the owner do my nails. I scheduled services for nails, lashes, toes, etc., and planned to spend a significant amount of money. I booked in advance. Upon arrival, I was informed that the owner would not be doing my nails as she was having "surgery"- hence another technician would be doing them. I was very disappointed. After checking the schedule through the booking app, I discovered that the owner does NOT even work on Saturdays. The information I was given over the phone was inaccurate, and I was misled. Within four days, nearly all of my nails had come off. I kindly reached out for a resolution, but I never received a response. I'm sure I will receive a response below a mediocre explanation yet the pictures say it all. FYI: I did not have multiple discounts. The owner had a promotion stating "Discount after 4th visit". Yet- I paid the price with poor care. Discounts don't compensate for nails popping off. Unbelievable. DO NOT receive service here.

I politely asked her to clean the sides of my nails more thoroughly because I run regularly and need my toenails properly cleaned and maintained. What was especially upsetting was the reaction from the man doing my manicure. He became involved in the conversation even though I was speaking directly and politely to my pedicure technician. His attitude toward me was completely inappropriate and unnecessarily hostile. I had not been rude or disrespectful to anyone, and I remained calm and positive throughout the interaction. Ultimately, his service was so unacceptable that someone else had to take over my manicure. Unfortunately, the issue with my pedicure has now gone beyond simply being dissatisfied with the service. I woke up this morning with significant pain in my big toenail, and I am currently unable to run because of it. I am requesting a full refund for yesterday's services. I have been a customer here and came in expecting the same level of care I've received previously, so this experience was particularly disappointing. I also hope that management addresses the way I was treated. Regardless of whether a customer is asking for something to be corrected, there is no reason for an employee to respond with hostility or an attitude, particularly when the customer is communicating respectfully. I had hard Gel on my nails from my old place. Not chips or cracks! I was asking for my nails to be cut all the way down and hard gel again. Ben was the tech, he used a dremel to grind off what was on my nails and to cut down the length. I first had to keep telling him to go shorter and shorter. He then used the nail file and it still wasn't getting them short enough and they were extremely crooked. I had to point out about 8 of the 10 nails one by one that need to be leveled out. He then did his thing painting them. I got no lotion, no cuticle cutting, no hand message. Just the Dremel, file, paint, light and oil. About 3 hrs later 1 nail chipped. I went back and Rose tried to corrected it. She removed everything off the nail again. Placed some type of liquid hardener, cure it, but did not smooth it out so after it was painted it looked rippled. By that night a 2nd nail cracked, by morning a 3rd nail chipped. I wasn't doing any house work or anything to cause it. By day day 3, I have 3 chipped and 1 cracked nail and that's not mentioning the one they corrected. $50 for Hard Gel and 2 Visit, tipping both visits. Gone! Update: 7 days later my nails are so messed up. I really wanted to possibly go back and give them one more chance but absolutely not!

With that being said, I got a gel French pedicure, but keep in mind I did not get a sugar scrub, hot towel treatment, or any extras however she still charged me $70 as if I choose a deluxe pedicure package.
