I've been wanting to go here since they opened and finally tried it today with my husband. We are big boba tea lovers so ordered their crème brûlée and pudding boba milk tea! They were super yum but excited to try their various other boba tea selections for the future. For our shareable we ordered the Taiwanese popcorn chicken and ugh we couldn't stop eating it was addicting. For our mains, we ordered the Pork Belly Don and Beef Udon.. it was sooo good and I'm surprised I was able to take a photo before we devoured our plates. You can eat indoors or outdoors but there aren't actual waiters. You order the food at the counter and they give you a buzzer for the drinks and a card number for the food. It looks like they partner with the delivery services Uber eats and doordash if you wanted your food to go. I'll definitely be back and bring my family and friends. read more

Decided to try an entrée on the menu this time and order new drinks to try. Ordered the Teriyaki Don which was quite okay. Rather convenient I would say. As for the drinks I ordered the Oolong Slush, Passion Green Tea, and the Mango Sea Salt Cream Cloud! Out of the three I would definitely recommend the Mango Sea Salt Boba. First time trying Artea with my cousin who has been multiple times. I ordered STRAWBERRY SEA SALT CREAM CLOUD drink. Decided to add Bobo to it as well. The drink itself was decent but the cloud was the best part of it. That's probably what made me like it but not enough to order again. The Bobo is extremely disgusting and there were a lot in my drink. They had a gummy texture and no matter how long I chewed on them the texture remained in my mouth until I just decided to swallow it. The flavor of the bobo is horrible as well. I did ask an employee if I can get it without the bobo balls but refused my request. Anyways, naw I wouldn't return. Not a legit Bobo tea spot. read more

They raise their prices every 3-6 months and give smaller portions. Their fried rice used to be $14 6months ago (less before that) today it's $15.50 and their yum roll went from $10 to $12.50... just two examples of what I usually get. their new expensive steak plate tastes super bad don't waste your money on that. The food here is quite good. I had the teriyaki chicken. It came with white rice, soft boiled egg, and cucumber salad. For our appetizers, we tried their gua bao. My husband and I loved this. Great flavor. It's like a taco but wrapped in a steam bun. For my beverage, I tried the mango coconut paradise with boba. I love that it's not overly sweet. The ingredients tasted real like fresh or frozen fruit. I didn't taste anything artificial, which is really nice. Service was pretty slow. We were forewarned our drinks would take 20 minutes. In the end, our drinks took 30 min and our meal took 45. This location is pretty new, so maybe that's why. They were pretty busy too. You walk in the main entrance and order at the cashier. You choose your table. We ordered boba drinks and food so we got a buzzer for the drinks and a number to post at our table for the food. You pick up your drinks at the bar when your buzzer goes off. They bring your food. Plastic ware and condiments are at the bar. I saw another customer with chopsticks, but didn't see this at the bar. Maybe you have to ask? Overall, the food was worth the wait. This is a no frills establishment where service is minimal. If they had a location closer to me, I'd definitely come again soon. read more

Before I start, I just want to say that I am not a first time customer at Artea, but after today's experience I may rethink where else I'll take my boba fund! I ordered online for the convenience as always, it was stated ready time of 12:53, great. I then received an email saying my order was actually ready by 12:49, I was already on the way to the location. When I arrived at 1:00, they told me they had made my order, but in a larger size so they had to remake it, I stated that was okay. I stood there and waited... and waited... By 1:07 I was still standing there waiting as I watched orders placed after me receive their drinks. From my observation, it seems as though some were training new employees (must be the reason for the mistake and the slower than molasses rate that my drink was being re-made). It baffles me that they knew a mistake was made, know & see that I'm waiting there, but not take priority into remediating my order... anyways I finally received my order at 1:09, 36 minutes after I had placed my order, and 20 minutes after the promised "Good news! Your Artea Bubble Tea and Eats Culebra Commons order is ready for pick up" email. Unfortunately, nothing deters my interest faster than not taking proper accountability and putting customer satisfaction first. Artea has been on my Yelp list for a while, so when they opened another location closer to my home base I made it a priority to check it out. I got the mango sea salt cloud cream with mango jelly and it was absolutely delicious. Perfectly refreshing with the little bite of sea salt in the foam and the sweetness of the mango bear jelly at the bottom. I couldn't give 5 stars because the service was extremely slow. We walked in and ordered after one other group, and we probably waited 30 minutes for our drinks. So either order ahead or be prepared to wait. I'm hoping this irons itself out after they're open a little longer, And the drinks were amazing so we will definitely be back, I just just couldn't give 5 starts with the amount of time we waited for a drink. So we check our receipt which was on our phone after we paid- and the receipt on our phone is correct. Not sure how our order goes from the front to the kitchen and changes completely. It was my first time at this location this afternoon. The line was a bit long when we arrived but it moved fairly quickly. Even though they've been open for a short time, they seem organized and flowed smoothly. With the amount of people waiting for their drinks, we got ours in less than ten minutes which is much faster than my last visit to the other location. Kudos! We ordered the creme brûlée and it tasted great. Wasn't too sweet, just right. My littles tried the mango coconut but wasn't much of a fan. I should've stuck to the mango slush so we'll definitely order that next time. They also serve food there. It's definitely on my checklist when we return. Okinawa Kokuto Sugar Boba Latte was really good and just the right amount of sweetness! The boba texture is just perfect; chewy with the right 'bounce' (QQ!). Strawberry Sea Salt Cream Cloud w/ basil seeds: delicious fruity frozen tea . It leans on the sweet side, but once you mix the sea salt cream (really mix it well) it blends perfectly together. Basil seeds added a great texture to the drink. Beef Udon: tasty udon soup, beef a bit on tougher side. Eggs cooked just right - soft boiled. Gua Bao: huge pieces of pork belly which was very tender and I found the peanuts and sugar paired really well ! It comes with 2, but because this tasted more sweet, I think it's better to share. The Mango Sea Salt was the clear winner rich and sweet in flavor highly recommended! The Passion Green Tea was refreshing and hint of sweetness made it all the more better. The Yum Roll was very flavorful, and they disappeared quickly between us. My wife's Rice Noodles were tasty and cooked to perfection. There were ample amounts of mushrooms and chicken.
