I'd been doing Instacart orders from them but first time physically inside this weekend to check them out. The inside was super super clean. Major points there! In the time I was shopping around they had plenty of staff working, floors being mopped and all of the aisles were well organized and pretty. This market is a pretty standard Asian goods focused grocery store. I found about 85% of what I wanted here. I wish they had a premium sushi section and some more Hawaiian imported goods (aside from juices and sauces) but otherwise I was able to find everything I was looking for. Their hot bar is also solid. A wide selection of items to pick and I felt the pricing was reasonable. Actually throughout the whole store the prices are good compared to other grocery stores right now. I had a full bag of items for $50, good luck elsewhere getting those kinds of prices. I didn't have too much of an interaction with the staff while there, but again, lots of people working and keeping this spot in tip top shape. Also the woman working the register who checked me out was very nice. A great supermarket and I'll definitely be back more often now since checking them out.

I recently discovered they are on Instagram and they posted a pic of a special roast they were offering for Easter so I decided to try it and I am extremely glad I did! It was a pork roast with spices on the outside and peppers and onions inside. Came with cooking instructions and a recipe to follow using some other ingredients to make a sauce . I just roasted it with some potatoes in the pan. The roast was tender and flavorful . I gave some to my neighbor who lives by herself and can be somewhat picky. She called me after she ate wanting to know where I got it and to let her know if I got it again. The pepper bite sausages they sell are delicious as well . I've used them in breakfast burritos and in my version of jambalaya . They have a nice kick and great flavor . There is another thing I've gotten that are fully cooked little Snack stick style ones But the name escapes me. I definitely want to branch out and try more items

I was both surprised and delighted to see there were Keto friendly items and they even carry a Keto All-Purpose flour I have been wanting to try. They had a few varieties of Carbonaut breads and pizza crusts in their freezer section. They carry Santa Barbara cookies, a great self-serve coffee beans section and lots of gluten-free and vegan options. Some of the prices are comparable to Whole Foods but some were even higher. Most common items sell for $2-3 more than what you would pay for at Sprouts or Vons. This is a convenient location to my home close to The Ave and I can see how this would be a great place to shop when making a special recipe. It's a clean store and it's a nice place to shop if you don't like crowds or transients on every aisle.
