This is an excellent company. Very competent owners, very competitive prices and excellent service. We called 3 companies after our water heater began to leak in the middle of the night. This was the only company that actually answered their phone on a Sunday morning! I've had two water heaters installed by Mark and Blake in the last six months. One was an emergency (minor leak), which was handled the next day, with no BS, with a fair price. They were actually the cheapest quote I got and one of very few that was able to come out next day. I know how much a basic 40-50 gal water heater should cost installed, and their price was fair. Some of the other places I talked to were a bit ridiculous. Both times, they left the new water heater installed, up and running, and everything cleaned up. Not sure what else I could ask for. Our water heater went out on a Friday night of course. I called around to different water heating companies and was really impressed by Mark. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained to me what it would cost to fix it vs. replace it, as well as some things he would like to correct (switch out galvanized pipe with brass fittings, earthquake strap, etc.) due to the shortcuts that were taken by the builders. Mark is AMAZING. My elderly neighbor had an after hours emergency -- pump bearings going out (I later discovered) and SCREACHING sound coming from utility room. I called ASAP Water Heating for her and Mark answered and even though he was cooking dinner he stopped and took the time to review photos he had me send him and diagnosed the problem and directed me over the phone on stopgap measures to protect the system and shut down the offending pump. Then the next morning he gave me a lot of very good follow-up advice . . . all over the phone and he charged me nothing. She would have loved to have hired Mark to come over to fix it but she was anxious to get it done this morning and Mark (not surprisingly) was booked in the morning so she opted to have someone else fix it. Mark answered the phone (as opposed to other companies that let it roll to answering services) and provided me with an immediate quote. He was onsite when he said he would be and was very informative throughout the entire process. The pricing was VERY competitive. I called a plumbing company (that services water heater) to get a second quote and received pricing that was $500 more than what ASAP Water Heating charged.
