He was very clear and walked me through a few different options, which I really appreciated. On installation day, Brandon arrived right on time and worked quickly to get everything set up. There was a small hiccup because Brandon didn't have the mixing valve with him, but he was very transparent about it. He took the time to explain the pros and cons of the valve again, and I ultimately decided not to install it at that time. What really impressed me was the follow-up. It is now December 2025, and despite repeated calls and constant reassurances that the refund is "being processed," nothing has been returned to us. At this point, their lack of communication, failure to honor the agreement, and ongoing delays have left us no choice but to involve legal counsel to recover the money we are owed. While their "contract" states 30% nonrefundable, I cannot accept that their failure to perform, bad faith, unjust enrichment, and potential breach of contract would be an excuse to have them keep the money that's rightfully ours. There was some dripping of water inside of both tanks from tubes. 2 guys came out, one a prentice. Innards inside of both tanks were replaced, this did not fix the problem. They said there is a build up in the part of both toilets from that drain. I asked if they could snake it and I was told that snaking wouldn't help and both toilets would need to be replaced, at about $1,000 apiece. Both toilets were replaced about 10 years ago during a remodel. I bought that idea at first because I have hard water and I wasn't flushing every time. Tim called the next day to discuss everything. He tried talking me into getting 2 elongated toilets, which I don't like. He told me the round ones were more expensive. I felt like he was wanting to argue with me, pushing me for something I didn't want. I ended the conversation, called the office back a few days later and told them I wasn't going to have them back out. I had another company out AND that guy knew what the problem was within 5 min. There wasn't enough water coming into the toilet bowls. He cleared those out with a long lint brush and both toilets are working great. I am a senior on a limited income but I was smart enough to google a few things. I felt like I was being scammed into spending a lot of money for something I didn't need.

I had to call them five times before they finally sent someone. Turns out the salesman hadn't secured the door properly, so the safety switch never engaged -- a super easy fix. We had a cold night with small kids in the house and they showed zero urgency fixing a problem they caused. Their quote was also the highest I got. I don't blame the salesman for the mistake, but the company doesn't stand behind their work at all. I'd never use them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
