I'm a current Seatown Parter Plan holder so I can't speak to value. However I wanted to call out…read morethe amazing professionalism and knowledge. I requested a tune up for my water heater and furnace. The team of 4 showed up, explained the process, and began work. After each of the tune up they provided a very detailed explanations of everything they found (both good and bad). They provided several options and there was no hard upsell. Overall I enjoy being a member and getting free and discounted tuneups! Shout out to Kevin who explained the mechanics of my furnace and helping me explore options around my current problem!

Seatown Review: Before You Hire, Read About Our Experience…read more We hired Seatown because of a previous positive experience with one of their plumbers. When our water heater failed, we contacted them again for a replacement and several electrical projects, including an EV charger installation. The salesperson who came to our home told us he could offer a particularly good deal and an additional 10% discount if work started immediately. Based on those representations, we signed the estimates and proceeded. Shortly after work began, we started researching the pricing and became concerned that the quoted costs were far higher than market rates. For example, we were quoted approximately $7,500 for a replacement water heater and installation. Our later research indicated the unit retailed for about $2,350, leading us to question the overall pricing. In total, Seatown's billings approached $17,000. Based on our own research and discussions, we believed a reasonable price for the completed work was closer to $8,500. We requested a detailed review of the charges before making additional payments. After discussions with Seatown, the company reduced the total cost by approximately $7,000. We ultimately paid about $8,500, including our down payment. We also discovered that a required electrical permit had not been obtained before work began. The permit was secured approximately one month after completion of the work. During the subsequent city inspection, the work initially failed inspection and required corrective action before ultimately passing. Our concerns were not with the workers themselves, who were generally professional and courteous. Rather, they involved the pricing, sales process, and permit handling. Based on our experience, we strongly recommend obtaining multiple bids, asking detailed questions about permits, and carefully reviewing pricing before signing any agreement. Doing so could save you thousands of dollars.

We are extremely satisfied with the service we received from Trevor Nelious who is doing business…read moreas Parks Plumbing. He got the necessary permit and installed two bath tubs in our rental house. He also rerouted a drain pipe for our downstairs bathroom, which involved demoing the concrete and filling it back in with new cement.Furthermore, he has experience in construction and framed a partial wall between our bath tub and sink area. He is extremely courteous, is a small family business owner and takes care of our house. He always wore booties over his shoes when running in and out of the house. Everything works great and we are extremely happy with his work. He is the only plumber we will ever go with in the future and we have all already called him for a second job when we got a leak on a pump in our basement. Here are our observations: *He consistently answered the phone *His work was guaranteed and was high quality. *He provided honest estimates and did not charge for unneeded products or services * He ran everywhere while doing work for us and as a result has a competitive price and finishes the projects quickly with a high level of quality. *He provided a detailed estimate and a detailed invoice. *He is licensed, bonded and insured and a good guy. And as a last note, according to my sisters, he is pretty easy on the eyes. Take a look at his BBB score, the customer reviews on his website and give him a call.
