First off the place was clean! I used the restroom also and it was clean! The lady at the counter was friendly, ordered orange chicken ( great flavor but not very crunchy maybe ask for it to be cooked longer) sweet and sour chicken (great! Nice and crunchy yet moist) pork lomein (ehhh wasn't a fan tasted off I can't tell but something was off) crab Rangoons (again great flavor but didn't seem cooked long enough, they weren't crunchy) 2 pork egg rolls ( the flavor in these were fantastic the outside crunchy the inside moist....but... sooo greasy!) read more

We stopped here while camping in the area to get takeout. It's a small place located in a strip mall (the sign is very faded so be aware of that if it's your first time here because we initially drove past it. Chinese Food is something that really varies by the region and being from New England I knew that what I found in NY would likely be a lot different than what I'm used to. We ordered a combo plate that came with pork fried rice, beef & broccoli and an egg roll. We also got an order of chicken wings and an order of the Thai chicken curry. The fried rice was pretty good. It could have used more soy sauce when it was being cooked but it had a nice amount of pork and veggies mixed in. The Beef & Broccoli was tasty. The broccoli was cooked perfectly and the sauce was flavorful but the meat was a little mushy. The chicken wings had good flavor but they were breaded which is unlike in New England where the chicken wings are marinated. I really liked the chicken egg roll; crispy on the outside and a soft middle with good flavor. However my fiancé said he would have liked the veggies to be crunchier inside. The biggest disappointment was the Thai Curry. I've had a lot of Thai curries since Thai food is my favorite cuisine. This curry lacked the coconut undertone and freshness to the sauce. Although the chicken and veggies were cooked well it tasted more like an Indian curry. So although it didn't taste bad it wasn't necessarily what we were expecting so it was a bit of a disappointment. Prices were pretty reasonable and I may have given this place four stars because although the food had some flaws overall it was really tasty. However, the lady we placed our order with was brusque bordering on rude. She walked up to the counter, barked at as "do you know what you want to order?" and as I opened my mouth to answer her she picked up the phone, started taking another order and disregarded us. I'm sympathetic to an establishment being busy and if she needed to answer the call a simple "I'll be with you in just one moment" would have been perfectly sufficient. When we finally did give her our order she seemed almost annoyed with us for doing so and she felt dismissive. All of that being said if I was in the area again and wanted Chinese food I wouldn't necessarily object to going back. I'd probably pass on the curry though and I'd hope the staff was having a better day! read more

A great little takeout place! During COVID, they closed their small eat-in table area and bathroom. But we called in a large order and they made it quickly, and it was great! Also you get a free soda can or 2 liter on most orders. Pro Tip: This is a great way to save money on lunch or dinner if you're staying in Lake George! We were in the area and looking for Chinese food and found a good place. I went by the rating for it and wasn't disappointed. The drive from our hotel in Lake George to the restaurant was about 9 miles but was fast due to the interstate was close by. They have a few tables and it is very neat & clean unlike other Chinese takeout restaurants.The staff is very friendly and prompt. Our favorite is the Thai Shrimp or Chicken basil dish. Asia Disappointment. No seating inside; wouldn't have gone there if we knew, but we only had an hour to eat before doctor appt. and New Way lunch was closed though listed as open on website. Yelp was not having a good day... We had pork dumplings, shrimp fried rice, General Tso's chicken and Pad Thai. None of these had much flavor, certainly not a good flavor. Most everything tasted 'fried' as the predominant flavor. The fried rice just tasted like brown rice and onions, no soy tone, no umame, just a little salt. General Tso's chicken tasted like fried breading and the sauce was just sweet, with no other dimension. The place has four stars, and is probably okay for Glens Falls, where oriental food isn't a 'thing'. I live in Plattsburgh now and we're in the same boat. But I've eaten in Philly and New York City and this isn't at all what Chinese or Thai food should be. Anyway, the dogs seemed to enjoy it! read more

I called this place to give an order and they gave me a hard time about doing curbside contactless pick up. Apparently they want everyone to come into the store. When they finally agreed I asked them to make me a fried rice dish and they told me it was all premade. I asked to make one modification and they told me that they will not make fresh fried rice. The staff are very friendly. They're busy, there's not many people I see working there. 1-2 maybe. They still answer calls, take orders, etc so if they don't have time to chat or answer the phone while you're waiting to figure out your answer- I'd think you could be understand of that. 10-20 min is max I've ever been told and it's usually ready in that time. Asia Delight and a Thai place are the only places I'll order from after getting metal in food from another place. Asia Delight Food is delicious, large size portions. This little place is nothing short of delicious! It stand out against the other chinese places in the area. The fried rice was THE best I've had among the 10+ places around Queensbury. I had a sweet & sour chicken combo and the chicken was so crispy and it was real chicken. My boyfriend had a General Tso Chicken combo, he's very picky about his chinese and he loved it. My only gripe about our meal was that the egg rolls were soooo greasy, they were yummy and crispy but the grease literally poured out of them, and the bag. I wanted to take a picture of the food but it was gone before we remembered. We will definitely return here! read more

The family that owns this place is really nice and work very hard. After losing my favorite Chinese place a few years back, my wife and I tried all the places around and all were gross. One day I randomly noticed this place and went in to give it a try and was surprised to find the food WAY above expectation for little Chinese take out place. For some reason, I've never especially cared about rice as a food, but somehow the white rice here is just awesome. How is that possible?? It's just white rice... The Pad Thai, lo mein, sesame & General Tao's chicken, steamed dumplings, chicken & broccoli, and wonton soup are usuals for my family and they are all great every single time we order them. Like EVERY SINGLE TIME over the last 5 years. I highly recommend this place to everyone I knew and they all call this their go-to place now. I love it. read more

GOOD FOOD with So-So service...decent Chinese food. Freshly cooked and tasty...that's the good. However, after ordering and sitting at a table to dine in house, it took far to long to get the meal. We were in Lake George this memorial weekend with couple of friends. It was raining and was cold, we all craved to have some spicy food and decided to order some Chinese. We've tried all the Chinese places in the area looking for something just as good as FDS but nothing had come close, until Asia Delight. I particularly didn't like that I ordered shrimp with broccoli and the guy without washing his hands took a handful of broccoli with his bare hands and dropped it in the pan. Then continued to touch the counter and things, took a pen and was writing some stuff. He did the same with my sesame chicken, took a handful with his bare hands and dropped it in the deep fryer. This place has some of the best Asian food I've ever had, which is a pleasant surprise in upstate New York. The people who work here are very friendly and the prices are reasonable if not cheap for delicious food and generous portions. In particular, the pork fried dumplings and chicken lo mein are my family's favorites. The lunch special they have is a great deal for a lot of food. Since Flower Drum Song closed the only place I could find good Chinese food was an hour away. They have an extensive menu with some Thai choices, good prices, generous portions and well prepared food. I highly recommend their hot and sour soup - which has a nice kick to it, their pork fried rice, and boneless spareribs. My entree was steamed shrimp and vegetables - I was amazed on how many nice sized shrimp were in the dish and a vast selection of vegetables - delicious and prepared perfectly. read more

I called in an order to this place while in town for a wedding. There were excellent reviews in comparison to other local Chinese places, and so I ordered the Sesame Chicken and Chicken Lo Mein. I was not disappointed. I like when the Sesame Chicken is a touch crispy, as opposed to some places that have soggy, icky chicken, and this place had a perfect crisp in the chicken. They were fast to cook it, and the guy who took the order spoke fluent English, leaving no room for error. Inside, there are four small but clean and modern tables, plenty of space to move around. My only issue is that they don't deliver, but you can call you order in and have it ready for pick up by the time you arrive.
