We tried this yesterday at Solano brewing company and it was really good! We got the loaded waffle fries with pork and the Asian spice chicken burger. The fries were good but I wish the sauce was a little spicier. The Asian spice burger was SO good! The bun was so interesting and the meat was delicious! I was in the area and DoorDashed this place to try, and I was pleasantly surprised. I got the pork burger and the chicken bites. The pork was melt in your mouth and I liked the spice and textures from the garlic slices and the green pepper. The bread had both a pull and flaky texture I enjoyed. I'm glad there were two layers of paper - it's not necessarily a "clean" way to eat with your hands so things do ooze out. Not a bad thing - but do have napkins ready! The chicken bites were tender, and the kimchi is a new style / flavor for me, which I liked. I was doing wine tastings and hesitated with the strong flavors, but I'm glad I tried and look forward to trying other items. read more

Having grown up in SF and having Chinese friends back in middle school and High School who would bring me to Chinatown restaurants and movie houses to watch Kung Fu movies in places there was no English menus or words, I've come to love good Chinese food. Asian Burger was a chance I took without reading Yelp reviews first, as I usually do because Napa has no significantly good Chinese restaurants that aren't Americanized in the flavoring. I am very impressed and loved my lunch of lobster fish balls , and black pepper chicken with kimchi burger in a sesame sauce, and mango green tea made from scratch! The lobster fish balls were fresh, generous in flavorful flesh and not over cooked, and the sweet and sour dipping sauce was a great accent to a strong taste. The black pepper chicken burger (mine without bun as I am gluten intolerant) had depth of flavor that showed chef skills , moist, tender and every bite was a quality piece, in some delicious sauce. No hint of too much salt and great balance in the spice levels, very peppery which I love, like a grilled peppercorn with no acidity in the back end. The kimchi was subtle but very enticing and I ate every bit of it, as it had a unique flavor that was different than I've had before , not like the typical red chili paste taste of many Korean kimchis. The mango green tea was not too sweet and a good balance of green tea flower not being overpowered by the mango juice. Service was friendly, polite and eager to answer questions. They gave me a remote ringer fob so I didn't have to stand and wait and the food was ready in a reasonable time not taking too long. The food truck is clean and seems new, the online menu and ordering from DoorDash is also offered. The black truck could be missed at night without more color or lights! read more

The Grand Opening flag caught my attention so I decided to pull over and give this food truck a try. Did not disappoint. I ordered the Asian Spice Burger. I have to say that the level of service from the point I stepped up to the window, to when I got my food felt like I was at an actual 5-stars restaurant. They greeted me with a big smile, asked if I need help explaining the various items on the menu...You get a little buzzer device to hold onto and it will vibrate when your order is ready. The chef threw in a kongfu cucumber salad on the house and explained that it pairs well with what I had ordered. He was right. I love trying new places, and this was an absolute delight! The Xi'an Pork Burger has some garlic slices inside and the meat is marinated to perfection! I was surprised that the "bun" was a bit tough but it just adds something to the meal I didn't know I would enjoy so much! The Chicken Bites smell AMAZING and lots of pepper, enjoyed this as well! The cucumber was a surprise and it was DELICIOUS! I'm not sure what sauce it's marinated with but it's so GOOD! The Plum juice has a LOT more sugar than I was anticipating but it was also really good! The THL was a great end to the food, not super sweet and the wrapping is edible! Great job!!!! read more

It didn't blow me away like the few reviews suggested, but it was certainly good and freshly made. The couple who owns it is lovely, warm and friendly, and you can tell that it's made with care.
