Great restaurant. My favorite Chinese food place. Only thing that could use some work are the attitudes of the employees.

Wow...... not one employee has the ability to pick up their feet when they walk. Food wasn't prepared as requested. Bus boy walking around with broom and dustpan sweeping where people are eating and banging the broom on the pan as loud as he could. Bill just dropped on table with no words spoken then looked at badly because she came back 10 seconds later picking it up asking if it's ready...... no, I didn't put my card in it yet. We have eaten here a couple of times however it's always been takeout. We have ordered a mix of things but mostly sushi. Decent variety just wish it had more flavor. Nothing bad but nothing to write home to mom about. read more

My husband ordered the Thai beef salad and we were appalled at what he received. It was an overcooked gray meat substance which was about 1/3 fat globulets. It didn't look like beef. It was inedible, even to our dog. My husband did not send it back because he felt bad for the new waitress. I would have. We have pictures. read more

Lot's of flies, not a good sign, warm maki, thought to give this place another chance after 8 months. We were hoping it was a bad night. It was worse, mango tango had salmon on only half of the rolls. The menu description stated crab, it was imitation crab. The crazy tuna roll, my favorite was mushy and the tuna was mainly mayo. I was very impressed I got my order to go. Everything we had was fresh, Sushi was great. I will go back again and again. Next time I will sit down and be served. Finally - authentic sushi in Antioch! Actually, they've been here a while and I've never been disappointed. The Mermaid Roll is amazing, but my new favorite is the Christmas Roll. Finally! Decent Asian food in the area. We have been looking for decent Chinese, Thai and sushi in the area and this place actually delivers on all. Service was excellent, food was outstanding. My wife had the sesame chicken, my daughter had the Vietnamese spring rolls and I got the green curry. I base everything on whether a place can make a good green curry and Asian harbor makes an excellent green curry. Creamy, sweet, and very savory. We also tried a couple sushi rolls and were very happy with them. Pricing is fair, portions are huge, service is excellent. Only suggestion I would make would be to open the curtains so people can see inside. Nice decor, pleasant and comfortable. I thought it was just another "china buffet". It is not. This is a destination restaurant. We will definitely be back. I would suggest you try it also. read more

Very good rolls. Tried heart to heart, Mexican and crunchy 2 in 1. Good sashimi as well mackerel, Tako and tamago. Small seating area at sushi bar only 5. Not sure if many people sit there. Took them a little bit to get us menus, then a little longer for drinks. Had to ask for soy sauce. Chefs were not conversational. Display case was not see through due to condensation on the outside. Hard to get 5 stars for sushi. But this place is by far one of the best sushi restaurants. Great service, very clean, and delicious.

We enjoyed the sushi and Thai food. The California, tuna, salmon, crunch rolls were very good. The Pad Thai was different but ok (wish it had bean sprouts and more lime flavor). It is nice to be able to enjoy a variety of asian dishes at one place. Pricing is reasonable. We will definitely go back. read more

I had the Thai Basil and it was delicious. Just the perfect amount of spices. From the outside the place doesn't look inviting but once you enter it has a good atmosphere. The service is just ok. The waitress doesn't really interact nor asks questions. Once you get your food it is a little difficult to get their attention. I visited towards the end of the lunch rush. I will definitely come back to try some other dishes. I like that I can choose Thai or Chinese food. read more

Just ordered dinner there and picked up our meal, opened the package when I arrived home and we were missing half of the suchi that we ordered. So I called them and they said they no longer make that kind (but it's on their online menu) and the lady who took my order didn't tell me that they don't have it. I thought I was ordering enough for my family. So now we have our dinner, but not enough suchi to go around. I called there and they wanted to offer me something for next time, but then they changed their mind on the phone. They acted like it was my fault. read more

It's a shame how poor the service is here, because the food is pretty good for the price and there isn't really anything like it in Antioch. Food always come out fresh and correct. Some of my favorites are the California roll and the shrimp tempura roll. However, service is some of the worst I've had, especially from the young male server. They tend to ask you what you want to drink and eat right away which can be troublesome when you don't know what you want. If you don't know right away, it's hard to get your order in. I've had times that I've been the only customer in the place and didn't even get a drink refill or had to wait 15+ minutes to get the bill. I can see this is a service problem. Any time I order on the phone or deal with the managers they are pleasant and everything comes out well, it's just a shame service is so so poor. I like to support family owned businesses but they really need to make improvements and retrain their servers. This place has such potential. read more

Hands down, the best Asian restaurant to ever exist in Antioch. The decor inside is really well done, tasteful and expensive. They have a sushi counter, and it's always delicious. Their menu has a ton of variety, but the Japanese food is much, much better than the Chinese. The lunch specials are so good and fairly priced. I've eaten here a few times, so far so good. I've only tried a few of their sushi rolls though but in comparison to others I've tried, they pretty much top the list. Prices are a little higher than some other places I've been though, hence the 4 stars. They have good quick service but the girl at the front could be a bit friendlier. read more

So so so good! My husband and I are on a mission to try each of the specialty rolls and they have all been wonderful so far. Our favorites are the pink lady, mango tango, christmas, heart to heart, mexican, and hot hawaii. The staff is always very friendly and there isn't usually a wait. After reading all the rave reviews decided this sounded good to me. Ordered the crab rangoon to start they came cold. OK these were sent back and by the time we got warm ones our entree orders came out, these were awful and I could not tell what was a mushroom or a piece of chicken. We ordered extra spicy and the flavor was so bland it was like they have one sauce and put it on every dish and call it something else. Sorry but I could not eat more than two bites and I hope I don't fall ill. Wait staff very inexperienced and did not even think about not charging me for this terrible experience. I need to brush my teeth after that. Skip this one and get a pizza anywhere. read more

I do not normally review restaurants. But when my friend and I decided on an impulse to go to this restaurant, we were pleasantly surprised. We ordered a Godzilla roll and a Rich N Famous roll last Friday, and they are just so delicious. The service is a little slow but we understand it is a busy night. The price is reasonable and worth every single penny. I will definitely order from this restaurant again. read more

I have dined in and had carry out. I usually get the the dinner where the chef makes his special and I am never disappointed. The rolls are great as well. It is great to have a good sushi place so close. I gave it a 4 out of 5 stars because the last time I went our waitress never asked if we wanted anything to drink, didn't understand that my mom wanted to substitute her soup and never asked if we wanted dessert. We would have probably spent more money had we known what the specials were or a popular dessert. Otherwise, great business! read more

I have come here once before with my husband, and the food and service was so good we had to come back. That was the worst mistake! I will NEVER come back after what happened. My husband and I decided to drive from Round Lake to Antioch to come and order the Pad Thai again because it was so good before. We walk in and we are seated by a shorter lady, a different waitress from the last time. She didn't really seem to know much English but that was not a concern of ours. Her service however, was well below average, we waited an hour for a PAD THAI, our drinks weren't refilled, and we SAW her standing around. This isn't even the bad part. My husband and I finally got our food, and the manager came over and apologized to us and was very kind, so all was forgiven. We got our check and all was well, until we saw TERMITES crawling on the booth!!!! I had felt a tickling on my leg while I was eating and I figured it was just my skirt but now I'm really not so sure. If there are termites ON the booths, you know there are more INSIDE. Makes you wonder what lies in the kitchen? Be wary before you come here, a restaurant should NOT have bugs. read more
