I'm basing my review on a single experience. I'm glad I found this little restaurant when I was looking for dinner after work. I tried the combination dinner plate with general tsos chicken, pork fried rice, and an egg roll. For starters $10 for all that food was a great value! More importantly, the food tastes fresh, the chicken was actual chicken breast (not mystery chicken), the fried rice was simple but delicious, and the egg roll was just as good! I had the beef chow fun which I thought was just beef and vegetables. It looked so good from the Yelp picture!! It has wide noodles, beef, onions, green onions, and bean sprouts. It was good! The pan fried dumplings weren't as spicy as I have had but they were ok. They have various combinations you can get for stir fry. Next time I will try beef and mixed vegetables. For a little extra, you can get brown rice! Their website will not work with mobile phones so check their menu from a computer. Even though there aren't any dine in restrictions in Florida, this place has chosen to leave their dining room closed. They have erected a small holding cell just inside the door with room for one person and they make you wait outside for your order. They asked me if I needed my receipt and I said I didn't. Still, he handed me the receipt and asked me to "fill it out." To me this meant add a tip, which I didn't. I tip when I'm waited on or when food is delivered, not when I order take out and have to wait outside for it. read more

I love this "hole in the wall" takeout restaurant. Although the sole desk/phone person had his hands full when I picked up last weekend, he remained pleasant and courteous; my phone order was prepared quickly (within 30 minutes), was hot, and neatly packaged. This family owned business is really great! We have eaten here several times and always leave satisfied. For example, the other day, my wife brought home a few dishes and some egg rolls for us to eat. Since she is not an idiot, she remembered to make sure all of the necessary sauces were in the bag before she left the store, which they were, so no problem! If they had mistakenly forgotten the sauces, then my wife's effort to double-check the order before she left the store would have really paid some serious dividends! About the food itself: Not being a total philistine masquerading as a professional food critic, I appreciated that the snow peas were perfectly seasoned (I hate it when they are overly salty!) and that they weren't cooked until they were too soft. Let's face it: good Chinese food is made with crisp vegetables. We also had the fried rice, which was also cooked to perfection and contained PLENTY of meat. After all, it's "Pork Fried Rice," the implication being that the RICE is cooked with SOME pork, so as to impart a delectable pork flavor to the dish, which is a traditional peasant dish, so you wouldn't expect there to be much meat in it, in the first place. As far as the size of the actual pieces of pork in the rice were concerned, since I'm not a moron unfamiliar with writing in the English language I can tell you that they were neither too "miniscule," nor were they simultaneously "not enough little pieces." Yeah, I don't understand what I'm trying to say, either! English! It's hard! The egg rolls are great although someone who is a pompous, know-it-all, ass that fancies himself as a modern-day Auguste Escoffier might think that they were "weird." I don't know, they taste fine to me. Hell, that same person might complain about how he never receives FRESH Chinese mustard or duck sauce, and yet, no doubt, has never made any in his life (and really wouldn't know the difference in the first place). My family and I really like this place. It is run by a family that is trying their damndest to turn out some really good, somewhat authentic(!) Chinese food. Since I am a local and not a pretentious idiot from somewhere such as, oh I don't know, California, I appreciate their effort for what it is - a sincere effort to provide you with good food at a more than reasonable price. Nothing pisses me off more than some know-nothing, out-of-town jackass who flippantly reviews a small business (that they know nothing about) and gives them a lousy review. EAT HERE! read more

Food was HOT (even after a 20 min drive) and we didn't wait long for our food order. Dining area and bathrooms were clean. Staff polite. It's hard for me to review Chinese food since I am from NY which is the Chinese food capital of the nation. My husband and I decided to order some take-out one Friday night after going months craving Chinese food. The food was good, not exceptional, but it was tasty. What I did enjoy was that the food wasn't overly greasy and didn't taste heavy in salt seasoning, which in return I was able to consume and not feel sick or nasty after eating. The crispy duck was good usually takeout duck isn't from my experience. There honey chicken was hot and crispy the honey was given in a separate container it was pretty watered down.
