My friend and I came to check out their Apres Ski activity. It was a crowded place when we arrived. We got through the entrance to their outdoor space. There was a table set up with Blossom beverages with tastings of their espresso martini. We also got drinks at the bar and hung out chatting and listening to the dj. This was a cool place to check out and enjoy hanging out at.

Beautiful beer garden to enjoy in good weather. Limited seating inside. Really friendly staff. Most importantly, really good beer! Their lager is very refreshing. As far their flagship IPA, delicious. Beautifully balanced with no bitterness. Cheers!

Absolutely love this brewery! The outdoor space has plenty of seating but it is very popular so can get crowded at times. The beer is some of my favorite of all of the breweries in the DC area and the staff are very friendly. I was choosing between a few different beers and the staff let me sample a couple to see which one I liked best. The vast selection is guaranteed to have a beer that fits everyone's taste.

Blüm Crushwave 2022. An unrosé, yet still refreshing.

Apparently the food is at other sites then delivered, Chicken & Whiskey plus an Asian restaurant. Some baked goods seemed available. I ordered inside, which was weirdly hot for 7 pm, and I hope the worker conditions are OK. The Blüm 2022 was a rosé, but looked and tasted like a fruity refreshing white. The ambiance was open, friendly but quite warm with no reprieve. Went for an event, but I may have changed venues to eat on site and in comfort.

Great spot for coffee and beer! I love the open beer garden style and the fun branding. Coffee was tasty and we returned later for a sour beer which was great!

This place gets so packed, but it's a great spot for some good beers in Logan Circle. My friend and I ordered a couple half pours from the outside bar. A couple knowingly cut the line and announced their justification, so it would be helpful if they could have clear queues somehow, though who knows if that's possible considering the limited space. We found a ledge to sit on after getting our beers. A dog had its own adirondack chair, which was perplexing given the state of the space. Some people have no situational awareness, I swear. I had two sour beers and enjoyed them both. Aslin puts out great stuff, and I'm lucky that they distribute to my city.

Cute little spot where they literally card everyone! Lots of seating and good vibes. I was sitting alone and several guests asked me if they could sit at thr table with me. Very polite guests and staff alike. I appreciate that you could try 1/2 pours. Can order via qr code at the table as well as at the bar. Plenty of variety in their beer. I tried 2 of their iPas and both were good.

On a beautiful day in DC while touring through the Logan area we stopped into Aslin Beer company to get a beer, sit outside and soak in the sun. You are ID'd as soon as you walk in. You give all the way to the back and order your beer. I ordered "Bringing sexy back." It was a nice light pale with notes of peaches , mango and papaya. I didn't care for the plastic glass they served it in but it was very good. We grabbed an Adirondack chair outside and hung out for a bit. It's a great vibe!

Favorite brewery when I visited DC. A lot of outdoor seating. Very dog friendly. They have their own food truck. Two bars on site to make catering to the crowd easier, but the lines are still long. To go cans and merch available at the back bar. The back bar tended to have a shorter line. Wanted to work here during the day. A lot of people had their laptops and were doing the same. However, their wifi sucked. Thankfully I only needed to work for a little bit and used my phone as a hotspot. Didn't have a bad beer while we were here. Unicorn Vomit was my favorite (TIPA). Had some chicken tenders and fries from the truck. Nothing special but it hit the spot. A lot of people were getting huge fried chicken sandwiches. They looked good. Left at 5ish on a Friday and there was a huge line out the door and down the sidewalk. Vibes are great. People are friendly. Plan to wait if you want to get here during a popular hour. Don't forget your ID. They carded at the door. Can't wait to come back here.

Even on a busy day, there are plenty of tables to choose from. They also have a well ventilated indoor area. Drink-wise, there is a large selection of beers to choose from as well as a few non-beer options such as cider. The bar is also well-equipped for some cocktails. Overall, I'd be here all the time if it were more conveniently located. And fortunately, I found one that was perfectly right and proper! Before entering, Right and Proper had me won over with their outdoor mural paying homage to Duke Ellington and a who's who of local DC jazz heroes. Upon entering, I was even more blown away by their elaborate and wild indoor murals, especially the dog & cat bathroom art, and the EPIC animal battle centerpiece! Since I came towards the end of their night after the Brewers pizza party at Andy's Pizza, I wasn't particularly hungry. But I did make note of their cheese counter, where you could purchase offerings like Midnight Moon, Willoughby, and Morbier by the plate or to go by the pound. They also had a good selection of handhelds, appetizers, dinner, and brunch offerings. However, the best thing might be that, during the unpredictable government shutdown, they had the option to pay a meal or a beer forward to a neighbor in need. I also managed to enjoy their Brussel sprouts that delivered a pleasant umami bomb with its sweet Thai chili sauce and crushed peanuts. For beers, they had a right and proper mix that went beyond the IPA overload, while also having good ones like their Big Tomorrow west coast IPA. Their flights came at a reasonable price and allowed me to enjoy offerings like their Haxan robust porter, Senate Maerzen Marzen Oktoberfest style ale, and Super Carina Italian Pilsner. Factor in all of the above and a good selection of brewery games and table spaces, and they had everything I look for in a solid brewery!

The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming, which is exactly what you want in a local haunt. You never feel rushed, and the service keeps the good vibes going. While the food was a bit middle-of-the-road for us this time, the excellent service and neighborhood feel make it a place I'll keep coming back to. It's a great spot to catch up with friends, enjoy a unique house beer, and soak in the local energy.

Dacha Beer Garden is an interesting set-up. Walk up to the host stand and get your hand stamped before gaining entry to the dining area; more on the hand stamp later. The interior is ginormous and the "walls" are heavy duty plastic with the center of the room having an open ceiling for natural lighting. This being summer, it was a thousand degrees, but all of the fans on the highest setting, did a good job of circulating the air. Dacha does have one of the better Happy Hour deals for DC (see picture for current specials). I came with a large group of 10+, so we all ordered a bunch of items to share. I sampled the blood orange hefeweizen, which was slightly citrusy and added brightness to the smooth wheat beer. The fried shrimp was surprisingly delicous and tasted quite fresh. I was expecting reheated previously frozen and heavily battered shrimp; but this was not the case. Each piece had a nice snappy bite and lightly battered with good seasoning. I would've liked more of the dipping sauce, but a squeeze of the roasted lemon gave some needed acidity. Also snacked on some of the curry wurst, which tbh was waaay too sweet. Fries were good though and not soggy. Service was a bit slow, but to be expected since I only observed three servers for the entire dining space. The runners did an admirable job of delivering food/beverages after we placed our orders. Regarding the hand stamp, the restrooms are located directly across the courtyard at Jackie (https://www.yelp.com/biz/jackie-washington-4?osq=jackie%27s). So you'll need to show the host at Jackie the hand stamp to use the facilites and then again to return to Dacha. Even if I wasn't in Navy Yards for a Nats game, I would return to the Dacha Beer Garden. We all had an enjoyable experience, but the only slight detraction is the non-Happy Hour prices are on the higher side. But this is only a minor gripe since that's any place in 2025 when dining out. Of course, Dacha is expected to be loud, service somewhat slow, and usually crowded. All the things a good beer garden should be.
