Aspen is amazing! We hired them a year ago because we had so many ants, spiders, etc. Kyle is the technician we usually have at our house and he's great at what he does - efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. He's always on time, and finds bug issues sometimes (wasps etc) we didn't even realize we had. Most importantly with 4 cats and lots of critters residing in our forest-like yard, having pet safe bug spray is super important to me. They make it really easy to get service scheduled on a quarterly time period - there is no self scheduling etc. It's also a very reasonable price as well. We haven't had ants AT ALL (not exaggerating) since last year when they first started showing up. I can't recommend them enough and I regularly refer friends over there when asking who we use. read more

they sounded really good and they treated and I still had issues so I called them had someone come in dispatch but then they said oh send someone out to take care of the stuff that's happening with the ants and the mice and nothing and then I and they're like well. Will you have your monthly one coming up and just the fact that I have more ants and they didn't follow up and the fact that my problems are still there. My husband is livid and feels that we got ripped off calling them. You get a call some other country. It sounds like it's local call and it's just overall frustrating. read more

Right after the heavy rain we had some ants invade our laundry room and utility sink. Called Aspen and they came out and treated inside and out. Have not seen them since. Had a scheduled follow up visit today with Nathan and he did a great job of doing an outside foundation treatment plus cleaned all the spiders and webs from the porch and a few wasp nests from the garage eve. I began with Aspen Pest right after moving into my first house, at the recommendation of my sister. The customer service and sales are extremely nice. Not pushy but extremely helpful. I love the guarantee that if there's a concern about unwanted critters in between quarterly visits, they will come back and help. So I didn't know what to expect but the first visit was quick and some rodent traps were set. They don't deal with slugs not by the house, but they will made suggestions and helped me. I had a time when some strange bugs were getting in my house and aspen came out quickly and helped. They've come a few extra times also when I saw wasp and yellow jacket nests in my eves. Overall I love this business and the customer service they provide. I believe it's a family owned business which I love supporting. If you need good pest control this is your place! read more

He noticed several loose or broken vents, and took the time to seal them up to prevent pests from gaining access. Hands down, this is the best pest control company I have ever used. It starts with a quarterly text that I get announcing their upcoming visit. If I have areas of concern or need to choose a different day/time, I only need to reply. They come out. To my house, inspect and maintain bate stations. They also come into my house if requested. For example, we had sugar ants making their way into the cupboard. They sprayed and installed bare traps - problem solved for 3 years now. My billing is automatic - this is the vender that I never have to call and never have to deal with billing issues. I highly recommend Aspen! read more
