Most AutoZones struggle with customer service, but this location was especially frustrating…read more I waited at the counter for about 10 minutes while only one employee was helping a customer. Meanwhile, two other employees were standing in the back talking and completely ignoring the fact that I was standing there. Not even a simple "we'll be right with you" or "thanks for your patience"--just nothing. A little acknowledgment goes a long way, and this location had none. Eventually, one guy came to the front and said "next customer." I walked up and said, "just a few questions--do you guys turn rotors?" His response was, "like go out to the parking lot and mess with them? No." I had to explain to him that "turning rotors" means resurfacing them. Apparently AutoZone doesn't offer that service, which is fine, but the lack of basic knowledge was surprising. Then I asked how much the tool rental was for a brake caliper compressor. He had absolutely no idea what I was talking about. This is a common tool that many people ask for when buying brake pads. Most AutoZone employees at least know basic car parts, even if the service is slow. This location was bad at both. Customer service here was nonexistent and the staff seemed poorly trained. I will not be returning to this location.

I am worried that these won't fit too, because their track record, so far, has been atrocious. I'm glad I'm not a flat rate mechanic, my lift would be cluttered with non revenue producing cars. Thank you Angela for making everything right! Only person at this dealership I would stay away from is Kendyl Taylor. I had a couple bad experiences dealing with him.
