My wife has a Aston Martin DBX purchased new at Aston Martin Dallas. We have never been happy with the car or the service. The car has wind noise on the drivers side that no one knows how to fix and no one at Aston Martin Dallas seems to care The car wears tires out within 8K miles and the dealerships answer is: thats the way it is A simple annual maintenance is over $2300 There is some funky smell in the cabin-so we had the air filter changed (way over priced) and there is no change. Now they want to clean the coolant system for $650 and they don't know if that will make any difference. read more

I am not one to write reviews, nor have time. Yet, I feel I should warn people about this dealers horrible business practices. Always look at the 1 star reviews. They tell the true story. DO NOT BUY a car from this shady dealership. I had a deal to buy an Aston Martin with a trade in. Put a deposit on the vehicle and was negotiating the terms of delivery when they suddenly changed their tune. While expecting to be sent a sales agreement, our shady sales person, Simon, called with a shockingly different, more arrogant attitude than the pleasant Mr. Sales Guy he was when trying to sell us the car. They demanded I send my car in to them 2/3 across the country, so they can all of sudden "evaluate" my trade in. My car is perfect. However, I wasn't born yesterday and know that they would attempt to change the deal once my car was there because they would have me over a barrel. When I said we made a deal and I put a deposit on the car, he pompously said either send the car or no deal. You would think at the level of selling Aston Martins, customers would not have to deal with such low life sales tactics. Come to find out... They sold the car to someone else (after I put a deposit on it) which is why they had a change of tune. Again.. DO NOT BUY from this dealership. There are better dealers all over the country that at least tell you their terms up front and won't change the deal when someone else walks in the door and wants the car you put a deposit on. Every other dealer I spoke with said this is a major issue and should never happen. But it happens at Aston Martin Dallas. I will be notifying Aston Martin corporate and the BBB. read more

Do not buy a luxury car here. The cars themselves are beautiful but the service is incompetent. We had a 2021 Aston Martin with the AC not working in the middle of summer. They tried to convince us this was "normal" like we had never owned a car before. We have a 2018 Bentley SUV that we have serviced with the same team, and it is also awful. We have service pick ups that never happen, our appointments are always missed with no follow ups. We will be expecting our car to be dropped off one day only to never hear back from anyone. Instead we have to track someone down to tell us that our cars won't be ready for another week. The stress here is not worth the beautiful car. Go elsewhere to purchase and service a luxury car. read more

What an unbelievable experience! After buying from Chris and team, I felt compelled to tell everyone about the exceptional experience I had at Aston Martin of Dallas. I arrived late on a Saturday to look at a car expecting everyone to be gone for the night or for the weekend. To my surprise, Chris Johnson, the GM was there at 5 after close and welcomed me in with open arms. My wife and I spent over an hour with him as he explained the differences in the vehicles, options and above all made her feel welcome. We left that night considering the vehicle they had and another vehicle elsewhere. When it came down to making the decision to purchase, it was Chris' attention to detail and his ability to connect with us that made the difference. Once we returned on Monday, we learned the true depth of the experience at the dealership and the quality of the facility, the team and the vehicles. We left with a remarkable car at a great price and above all -- a remarkable experience. I could go on but if you're considering an Aston Martin, you've got to experience it for yourself. The reviewer below me sounds like one of those folks who buys the lowest end, highest mileage, oldest year model used Aston/any other sports car, then blames the dealer for pre-existing issues that they were made aware of many times throughout the buying/servicing process. As far as ultra-luxury sports car dealerships are concerned, none can come close to the caliber of Aston Martin of Dallas. The sales staff are top notch and their service department is efficient and the employees in each department are personable. Despite how long it can take to get certain parts in (European parts/vehicles, it's a standard part of the "game"), they have taken good care of me and my vehicle. (It was used by the way, none of these "buyer beware issues" are accurate.) read more

I would highly advise anyone buying a car to avoid Aston Martin Dallas, I purchased a 2016 range rover for $55k and had to take it to Land Rover Dallas for a $3,000 repair not even a month after my purchase. The vehicle had multiple issues; no oil change done, front wheel bearings that would not even pass a state inspection and full front and back brake job. When I called to speak to the manager, his response was "you bought a used vehicle, deal with it". read more

I feel compelled to let people know about the amazing service I received from Aston Martin of Dallas. I had an issue with my Ferrari 488 and was unable to pass Texas State inspection. The VIP service from both Jason Wynn and the GM Enver Kaba was first rate. At first I thought they dealt with only Aston Martins but they quickly put my mind at ease and proved their team is equipped to handle virtually all high end exotic cars. They quickly fixed my issue with the car. Jason was right on top of things and was super efficient at communicating with me during the process. The GM Enver spent quite a bit of time with me explaining my problem and how they fixed it. He then personally gave me a tour of the whole operation. Both these gentlemen were very personable and professional. I would highly recommend this place for both service and sales. The Aston Martins they had there were stunning. I will definitely consider them on the next car purchase. Ask for Jason if you are in the market for an Aston Martin. Top notch place! read more

TLDR: Likely thought I couldn't afford their cars, assumed (without verifying) that my randomly thrown budget was for buying outright (which would limit buying options at their price range), and was just looking for a reason to stop spending time with me. I think so because he and the other guy there both wouldn't help me much and were impatient at nearly every question I asked. Disappointed with the language and treatment and lapse in courtesy. Perhaps because I looked young (23) and wore understated clothes (it's what you would expect from someone buying a car of which part of whose appeal is its understated look, right?), the second salesman, Kenneth was really rude from beginning to end. From the beginning he was asking me curt questions trying to pick apart my finances, admitting he was trying to find out I wasn't wasting his time as he said he considered it valuable, and had a condescending reaction when I said my dad was drove Lexus ES350 and picked further into additional fun cars he might have, etc. When he was done but still unimpressed and unsatisfied I was finally able to get him to go through a survey of the models (and he had a curt, cold, dismissive attitude the whole time). As he surveyed for me, I commented on things I liked or didn't from cars in the showroom in order to help the narrowing-down process and since a lot of options and customizations are available that allow one to upgrade or downgrade and not have to throw a car out of consideration altogether for any car brand. About 10 minutes into talking with him, I started asking him about the steering wheel on the Vantage, since I was searching for a luxury interior and this wheel had a sporty (but cheap) feel- the leather was very tough and dry (classically like processed/ground leather), with no napa softness, no punctured pattern anywhere in the leather (if A-M was going for a sporty feel), no chopped bottom. So before I could even get the full question through, my use of the word "cheap" to describe the wheel turned him really dismissive, scoffing, offended, told me this brand wasn't right for me and to look somewhere else, saying nothing A-M makes is cheap, and that he refused to work with me, and scoffed saying "don't sit down" when I tried to sit in his office and talk with him because we were through. A hard-leather wheel that's tough and dry and plasticky, thin and unsubstantial, (like from hard processed "ground leather"), without a needle-puncture pattern for grip or a chopped bottom or chrome (for a sporty wheel) or a soft napa or suede leather like the more expensive DB11 and wood and stitching (for a luxury wheel), and with a thin, unsubstantial grip either way is not a high-end steering wheel. But rather than direct me to other options for *that* car, direct me to other cars like the DB11 which has suede, recommend how a steering wheel can be changed off market, or at least admit that that's all they had to offer and let the customer have a chance to look past the steering wheel, within just 10-15 minutes of having met him and asking him questions he called me a "pain in the ass," asked if anyone else ever told me I was one. (I was respectful the whole time, and he, refusing to answer my questions about the steering wheels and work with me said /I/ was a pain). These are expensive vehicles, so of course a buyer at this price range is going to take more time and be more thorough and make sure it's what they wants, otherwise they can get something they don't like at any price range including much lower. - "Cheap" is relative, especially in a world that ranges between people making pennies and billions a day. If a customer says something seems cheap to them, it's about their standards, not about the salesman's: 1. suggest something potentially better, 2. suggest at least an alternative or 3. admit that that's all they have and calmly give the potential buyer a chance to accept the limitations present, but 4. absolutely don't take it personally- the customer's just trying to pick the sales associate's brain to find and consider all the options. -Customers walk into your dealership with respect and good faith, and using the word "pain in the ass," cussing, being rude, curt, impatient, and disdainful is unacceptable. Disagree, but treat people with respect and dignity. -Success required to buy a nice car is often if not typically bred from a pickiness and thoroughness and commitment to excellence and being a pain in the ass in industry. That's the reality of especially your customer base. -Being discerning AND interested in your brand was a compliment to that brand. -I'm sure leasing a Vanquish would have cost around/below the budget I told him for the first few years, it's the car I so far liked the most, but I didn't even get the chance to step in or even inquire on specific questions because he was already throwing me out and saying he refused to work with me. read more

I don't ordinarily do reviews on cars that I have owned, but I am going to make an exception based upon exceptional treatment. I discovered the car of my dreams, Aston Martin. I had owned a couple of Ferraris, a Bentley Continental GT, Porsche Turbo and a few others, but was never really happy with any of them. They were all bought in Houston, which is about 250 miles from where I live and service is a real pain no matter what the reason, be it scheduled or spontaneous problems. So, I made up my mind I would go no further than an hour from home to buy my next car, that would leave me with Audi, MB or Jaguar. Long story short, a friend bought a Vantage in Dallas and turned me on to calling Aston Martin of Dallas (250 miles away) and the rest is history. Almost three years ago I bought a DB9 and then a Rapide S and finally a Vanquish. I traded each in as I ended up with the Vanquish. I might mention at this point that a main reason for considering each upgrade was the fact that the trade-in values were quite fair for both the dealer and myself. Each time I called in with the smallest concern or most minor malfunction I was treated with the utmost regard. I might mention I'm a bit picky, but no matter, I received total courtesy and concern. My experience with Chris, Jacob and whoever else may have answered the phone has been beyond reproach. I will definitely be back to them when I tire of the Vanquish, but as much as I love the car, I will most likely only see them when it's being serviced. read more
