Nothing is more frustrating than ignorant employees. I only dealt with two here so far and they were both either clueless or purposely misleading when it came to explaining pricing. I also ordered a couple iPads and was told they take anywhere from 3-5 business days to arrive. Patiently I waited until day 6 and called the store. They told me they hadn't arrived yet and I could try and track them with my UPS code. So I check UPS and they said my package was delivered to the store three days prior. Eventually I end up going to the store and had someone check again.... Magically it was there! Now I get my bill and of course it's not just a few dollars off from what the sales clerk explained but more like $50 off. Not to mention all the accessories are marked up 1000%. Not cool. read more

I have been with At and T sense 2004 and have never had an issue. They have great customer service! I have had the IPhone sense it came out. Every time I get an update this is where I go because they are so good to me. They take care of there customers. They take the time and go out of there way for you. FYI: never go in there in a hurry though. Not all the time but most of the time you will have to wait because they are so busy. Also when you walk in make sure to get a rep's attention and tell them you want to be one the wait list because if you don't you really will be there forever. read more

Yes. I wish to rate this location a 4 star review. AT&T as a company I would probably not give the same treatment, however if the company was anything like how Aleksandra treated us they'd kill in the wireless industry hands down. Of course you're going to have to wait. When was the last time it took less than 5 minutes to buy a cell phone.. Go through sales banter.. Get it activated... Cell phone buying/servicing takes forever. Aleksandra was soo nice & friendly. She took care of us well. I bought my Dad an iPhone for Father's Day and she went through & did a mini walkthrough of the phone for him (even though I've been an iPhone user since 1st gen) & showed him the features. She was very thorough with everything & made sure we walked out of there satisfied. I recommend coming here in the middle of the week in the middle of the day to save yourself some wait time. And definitely wait for Aleksandra if you are in no hurry. She was great! read more

I just bought this yesterday!" I will say I started cursing at them and becoming that customer everyone hates...that was wrong on my part...but the way they treated me was not right either...so I called AT&T right in the parking lot from my friends phone and they hooked me up with a new phone...no charge! Initially had mistake made to my account and stop in at AT&T on Daily. Staff took responsibility for mistake, and manager Brad handled the issue quickly. Mistakes are bound to happen time and again but it makes such a big difference when responsibility is taken and the issue is corrected promptly as it was today. The issue was handled very well and service was top notch. Really warm and capable manager both personally and professionally; very knowledgeable and competent. Worst store ever. Made an appointment at 2:00. Sat around until 2:30 before being acknowledged and "helped" by an employee who asked what we were here for, then went to the back for 10 minutes with no word. Employees take forever because they spend every minute trying to sell up and get bigger commissions. I have been an ATT customer for 5 years and this was my store. Today they lost me as a customer. I will never go back to this particular store. I was there today to order the Iphone X. I was second in line. When they opened they didn't have any Iphones on lauch date. I call the oxnard stores and all of them had iphone but because i was waiting for this store to open didn't get mine. I cannot beleive that didn't received any phone so I think they either keeping them for themselves or trying to resell at a higher price. read more

What a terrible store representing such a terrible business! The store was a construction zone filled with disgruntled and dissatisfied customers. The workers looked equally dissatisfied, probably from the extreme manipulation a company of this size exerts on the people on the front line. Regardless, the service drones informed us that in order to see if a prepaid sim worked on a particular phone, we would first have to purchase the non refundable prepaid sim card. You're telling me that a multi billion dollar company with thousands of cell towers across the US can't figure a phone compatibility issue without first charging the customers $45???? I didn't take their bluff and went to Verizon, where they more than gladly ensured compatibility before charging for the prepaid card. I know one lost customer doesn't affect a monopoly, but hopefully more can now smell the stinking b.s. of a mega corporation who has zero point zero percent consideration for their employees or customers. read more

SCAM ARTISTS at best. I joined ATT almost two years ago. I was quoted a price of roughly $110 "all in" on a cell phone and tablet plan. When my first bill arrived, The bill came out to over $130. I contacted the store, they made an adjustment, stating that the correct amount would show on the next bill. That didn't happen. I called the store and they re-adjusted stating there was something wrong but they had taken care of it. I'll save some of the details to suffice saying that... over a year later... they're still charging me over $130 per month and nobody has taken ownership of this. It's too late to "return" any of the devices and go with a different carrier. I am now looking to transfer my service to T-Mobile as I'm tired of getting the run-around from store staff and even the manager. I would NEVER consider another ATT product/service after this. I hadn't planned on writing a review but when I got a text this afternoon saying I was at 65% of my data plan I about lost it (I've had the unlimited plan since before AT&T was Cingular). The night I went in, I called into the store while driving to it to make sure they had the phone i wanted, no answer. I pull up to see all the employees sitting around tables so I call again, no answer. I go in and asked why no one answered and was told they keep the ringer off. Then once helped, the lady goes back to find the phone I want- I timed it- 10 mins, did she go to Narnia for it? After calling into small business division tonight, I learned that the lady who helped me changed my data plan without my permission and despite my telling her not to touch the data plan. read more

One star is one star too many. This was the WORST! It was filled with stressed out, over burdened customers who looked like they wanted out of there almost as much as the service reps. We were trying to purchase a prepaid card for an international phone. They informed us that all they could do was charge us the $45 first, regardless of whether the phone would be compatible with their network. Imagine a restaurant who demands a tip for their service staff before they serve any food. Only something a monopoly can get away with. Had a great experience here at this store. Was a walk in and the store was quite busy, walked up to someone who I can only assume was the manager, Josh. Instead of making me wait for an available associate, he helped me himself. Took the time to answer all questions I had about my upgrade. Being a military family I like straight to the point answers while still remaining humorous at the same time and I have to say Josh did! My husband liked having his help as well. Went in to upgrade my NEXT plan. Made an online appointment for 10am opening time. Was greeted by the manager and helped by Jeanine. Ordered my new device, made an adjustment to another cellular plan and answered questions regarding digital home. Prompt, efficient, friendly and accommodating. There were even professional painters doing touch up work on the walls! My first experience here was a great one. I just received an email stating my new phone has shipped (less than 8 hours later). If you are looking for that "WOW" experience from an AT&T associate in the Camarillo, CA retail store ask for Craig! (Sorry, I didn't get his last name but he is tall, his hair is shaved and he has the most gorgeous blue eyes!) I live out of town and was in the area visiting my son and decided to stop in to look at Apple's latest technology in phones. Because I am not in the least tech savvy, Craig had his work cut out for him from when I entered! Not only did he patiently explain the features of the lastest Iphone to me he demonstrated how they could personally benefit an old lady like myself (I am 61). The AT&T stores in my area, we have (3) are horrendous! If you ever get anyone to wait on you, consider yourself lucky! If they spend any time with you answering questions, it is unbelievable! If they treat you like Craig in Camarillo (over the top), AT&T needs to clone him! I plan on buying (2) new Iphones next month (one for me and one for son). With daughter, friend and myself we came to the store and was immediately greeted by Amanda Bloomgren. Told her I needed to upgrade my phone and get an overview of my plan. She immediately started to look over my very, very old plan (does not exist anymore) and suggested several options. She even took a pen and pencil to show all the breakdowns and what the costs were now and what they would be later. Actually came out cheaper! She did not try to over sell me any item or features. I chose the IPhone 6plus, due to it's bigger size. And I have carpal tunnel syndrome that kicks in sometimes. She allowed me to feel several models, to see what I felt comfortable with. When I It came to time to choosing the back, they did not have the Kate Spade one I wanted. She simply ordered it for me. Wish I had came in earlier to work with her. She is very knowledgeable and patient. Answered all my questions, Works well, with older clientele. I am sure my daughter, is looking into buying the new IPhone that is coming out in the fall. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I can't believe it! Almost every review is negative and about their terrible customer service. Brandon has ZERO personality, he looks like he hates being there and doesn't realize that a simple smile makes a big difference in some people. He has this angry look on his face that doesn't make you want to buy anything from him. My wife asked him a question to spark some kind of conversation and still got NOTHING from him. The manager of this store should monitor his interactions to confirm what everyone is talking about on here. He couldn't print a receipt of our purchase so he said he would email it to me. Weeks later I had to go to the store to get one because I never received it. He's super dry and doesn't want to be there clearly. The only reason why we still purchased and added a phone is because my mother needed a new phone ASAP and no other store was open. I should have read the Yelp review before going to this store. I will never go to the store again. This store needs to work on their customer service and organization. I went to the store for an on-line pickup. I spoke with Brandon regarding my order and he was extremely rude. I upgraded my phone via my on-line account and paid for a new IPhone 11 phone. I thought it would be easy to choose to pick up the phone at a local store verses getting it shipped. BIG MISTAKE! I ordered the phone at 11:00am and received an email letting me know that the order was being processed and I would receive an email "shortly" to let me know I could pick up the phone. 6hrs hours later -- no email. I went to the store, they seemed surprised to see me. I told them, I paid for the phone I just wanted to pick it up. They told me, the phone is not ready you have to wait. After waiting for about 10 minutes they told me, since I was a "walk-in" I was put in the waiting queue. After a 35 min wait, the phone was brought to me. They told me that my payment did not go through, so I had to pay for it again. Thank goodness the second charge was declined from my bank because I had already paid for it and AT&T had taken the money from my account. Unfortunately, I thought it was an issue with the bank NOT AT&T. It turned out that the payment was accepted on-line, AND I had to pay for it again. I would have walked out and returned the phone but it was my daughter's birthday and I was hoping to make this experience special. Instead, they were rude, I felt as if they did not care. Dollar Votes Count: I would not recommend using this store or wireless provider at this time. To be fair I walked ready to purchase an iphone however they were totally out of stock. So i left with 3 devices I did purchase and a liat of rebate and deals I was to receive. So these promised rebates never showed up but my bill did. I had to call ATT wireless 3 times and eventually spoke with the Member of Loyalty Dept. just to have one $30 fee waived. My lines were not set up on my business account and I ended up getting 2 seperate bills. After paying my bill(s) Member of Loyalty, Mike told me my Samsung J7 phone was "a piece of crap." And I'd have to pay the phone off to merge the accounts and wait for a credit. Blink blink.This experience started at this store and I regret spending my time and money there. This is a learning opportunity for me as a business owner on how never to treat a paying or even potential customer. I am current on my bill with a piece of crap phone I do not like and a provider I respect even less. Forget buyer beware..run away from this store! One star because 0 was not an option. read more
