Just switch to AT&T 4 weeks agoand one iPhone stopped working, SOS only. Customer care started a ticket. Then closed it same day without notifying me. Called back today & tell us we have to take it to the Apple store. Apple store told us bad antenna, but replacing would wipe everything. Oh, and I can't back it up because iTunes can't connect. AT&T won't replace it, they say it must be repaired. Who should I switch to, Verizon or T-Mobile. read more

I arrived prepared for a quick trade-in with an appointment, phone already wiped and ready to go. Instead, I waited 15 minutes while the only employee helped a walk-in customer ahead of me. When I finally spoke with him, he mentioned it was his first day working alone. This raises a real question about management: why would they leave a brand-new employee to handle the store solo? I left completely frustrated and will not be returning to this store. Poor management decisions like this cost them loyal customers. read more

Tried again to get service with at&t at this location (Alicia Pkwy). Very disappointing experience. They will tell you they are not busy and to come over and then are busy when you come in. They will tell you one price, and after you agree to it, the price changes when its time to finalize the deal. They tell you the process takes 30 min when in fact it drags on for hours. They will promise to call you at a certain time, and then totally blow you off. I was told I would be called at 11 today by the manager, Ruby. By 12:30 no one had called. I called in to find out what was going on, because I had set aside my time and had been waiting around. Ruby said they were busy and would call me back in 10 min. Never called me back. F for customer service here. Would not recommend this store. read more

Broke my dads Iphone! My dad went to this store to sync his contacts to his ipad and the girl took his phone to try and sync it and his contacts disappeared. He went back and asked her to fix it back to what it was before and the girl legitimately said "it is what it is". My dad is a contractor and has many repeat clients that reach out to him and now he is not sure who is who from the last 30 years. Don't trust at&t with your devices because if they mess it up they will deny it and do nothing to fix it. Trash. read more

Upgraded my iPhone and realized after I got home that they snuck in two add-ons without my knowledge: Next Up Anytime and Protect Advantage. Spent over an hour on the phone with AT&T trying to remove them. To add insult to injury, they are charging me the first installment of Next Up and it's non-refundable. So basically, I'm being charged for something I never asked for, nor knew about when signing up, without being able to get a refund. Edit: after speaking with an AT&T rep for the third time, I found out that I'm being charged the full $730 for the iPhone 15 instead of the promotional price (under $300). The person at the AT&T store didn't correctly input my information in the system when signing me up. This experience has been incredibly frustrating. I wish they would train their people properly. read more

Came here this morning to get my phone fixed. It is 1006. The doors were locked. Customers service is out the window. The girl has went in the back and close the door once you let me in six minutes late and open up the windows and now she's in the back doing whatever and I'm just standing here even though I'm in a rush and I have my whole day to get done now I'm waiting on her. Returned to the store yesterday. Sara was amazing. She did everything she could from her end to resolve some of my issues. Unfortunately her hands were tied. The support she got from AT&T trying to complete my transaction was discouraging. I spent most of my morning in the store and had to go back later in the day for another hour and a half. My account is still messed up. I have spent hours and hours talking to different agents on the phone. They all tell me it's been handled, but clearly based on yesterday's experience it has not. Sara she deserves a 5 star rating. AT&T -1 I would like to be able to discuss my issues with someone that can resolve them. read more

I had lots of problems with my previous internet/ cellphone provider and decided to cancel my service. I was really upset and stressed. She sat with me for few hours and walked me through everything. Great experience at this store with Melissa. She was able to quickly handle our trade ins and new phones. I later had to return due to another store screwing up the trade in of one of our three phones and she was again quick to respond and helped get it resolved. Definitely ask for Melissa! Went in right after work to get a phone upgrade and Devante wouldn't help me since it was 637 and said they close at 7. Never had a store refuse to help me. Will not visit this store again. Watched him refuse to help the 3 other people behind us with same excuse of c they close at 7 so unable to assist with any needs. Might as well close at 630 if unwilling to help anyone. read more

Absolute worst service. I was with my friend at this store. She wanted to pay her bill (don't even ask me why she does not do it online). One other customer in store, maybe high school aged girl who asked lots and I mean lots of questions. After 15 minutes I asked the guy how much longer. His reply: "not sure". But I will get someone from the back to help. Really!???? I am so glad I have Verizon. They aren't great but they beat the hell out of theses guys. read more

Warren was super patient, professional, friendly, & helpful. I'm so thankful I came to this store to get my Iphone and Apple Watch going. I'm not a tech person so I was really appreciative that Warren had the patience to work with transferring my old phone to my new phone and watch. There was a hiccup along the way but his suggestion resolved the issue easily. After leaving the store I noticed that the store was supposed to be closed long before I left, so I was so grateful he didn't give me the boot when the clock struck. I had the WORST experience at the low budget T-Mobile store in Aliso Viejo ( read my review for that joke of a store ) . Workers are incompetent. I requested to have my apartment number added to a shipping address multiple times and now i have had to call at&t multiple times, i have been on the phone with them and ups for over 3 hours total and still cannot fix her mistake. read more

I walked into the store today to find the doors unlocked but no one inside. The store was empty. I waited a few minutes and then started yelling "hello?". After 10 minutes I finally knocked on the employee door. 5 minutes later an employee finally walked out and asked what I needed. No apology or anything. I told her my phone wasn't working. So i was at the DelTaco seen this store didnt even know it was there. Thought it was still the bird store. Went in because i wanted a new phone. The dude think his name was Warren or Wayne something with a W. He got into my account but i still owed money and my screen was cracked hence me needing a new phone. But then he showed me i had insurance and that i would have to pay a deductable but it was less than what is was going to cost to pay off the phone. So 3days later i have a new phone. I have read lots of reviews on this store that were horrible so needless to say I was hesitant to go there but the other stores where booked. We walked in at 3pm and were greeted by Esdras. (Sp?) He was kind, knowledgeable and best of all when we didn't want something he suggested he wasn't pushy and was very respectful. We bought a new phone, started a new plan and changed a phone number and walked out at 3:30pm! Completely unheard of and we left happy! Went here to upgrade my dad's phone. This place is a joke. Very sharky, used car lot vibe in here. The staff told me they could price match and then pulled it away at the last minute. Tried to slip it into the order anyways by glossing over the cost repeating they would "hook us up". Ended up not buying the accessories through them. Found the same screen protector they tried to sell my dad for $45 for $15 on amazon. The staff also said he had no option but to have insurance on the phone without explaining how the insurance worked or what it was. They didn't even know what the deductible was for the insurance. They just insisted he got it. "It just comes with it", they said repeatedly. They told him if he didn't want it he could come back the next day to cancel. He ended up wanting it so they applied the insurance. After we left, I researched their insurance vs. apple care. Apple care seemed far superior. He went back to cancel the insurance that "came with it" and they told him they never applied it. If he decided to keep that insurance, it wouldn't have done any good. They didn't sell it to him. I'm very glad I went with him to buy the phone. They were ready and willing to take advantage of anyone that came in. I would NEVER recommend anyone go here and AT&T should be ashamed that this authorized vendor is representing their name. This was the worst service I have ever witnessed in my life. The girl at the front was polite and then she asks the guy with the glasses for help with my ipad, maybe she was new. We explained that we received the wrong sim card for our ipad to the African American gentlemen and we need help with getting our cellular network activated on the device. He told me let me see the ipad and asked me to take out the sim card, I asked him if he can replace it for us and we called At&t and they said we can just go to the store. He ignores what my gf says and proceeds to say "if you already called AT&T then why do you need me" we were a bit shocked and then he says well we have to charge you for the new sim card even though we received the wrong size in the first place. then he proceeds to look for the sim card slot and he cannot find it on the ipad... really? So we agree to pay then he tells my girlfriend and I that it is not his fault that we received the wrong sim card, Sir no one is blaming you for anything instead of your rude comments please offer us help in reconciling this issue. We leave the store because the guy tells the girl in front of the computer that he should not help us due to my gf not having her ID on her. I go ahead and tell them that she can verify her account by her pin and he phone is with her. He turns us away and says no we cannot help you. Then he comes to the front and closes the door on us. Shortly after, my gf and I stop at the AT&T store in El toro rd. and we ask for help there and without any questions or hesitation, the representative by the name Adriana helped us with activating the ipad without making it a difficult task and has us on our way within 5 minutes free of charge. I know now to never go back to that AT&T store in Alicia pkwy due to the rude and dismissive customer service for such a simple task. Please investigate this so other customers don't have to experience such rudeness again. Thank you. read more

If I could give this store no stars that's what it deserves. Warren is a con artist and a liar. My wife and son went into the store on a promotion to get a new iPhone with a trade-in. My sons phone had a crack in the corner, Warren said that there was no problem with the phone and that they could trade in the phone and get the deal but AT&T could not download his old phone to the new phone at their facility which is should've been a red flag. Warren told my wife to take the New phone home and download the old phone and return his phone the next day. We went back in there today to return the phone I was told they cannot take the phone back because it has a crack and we would have to get that fixed before they would take it. Now I see why Warren did not download my sons phone at the time. He was scamming a 15-year-old and my wife! SHAME on him! All I Gotta say is what Goes around comes around Warren! Don't go to the store it's a franchise go to corporate store or risk getting scammed by Warren. read more

Don't go there in hopes of getting anyone to help you. I went in and was ignored for about 5 minutes while the one staff talked to someone about updating their phone. I left, came back about 30 min later and now there were 2 people working and neither person seemed capable of multitasking to even check in with me.
