Super happy with my experience. Took my mother in to upgrade our phones, Justin did an excellent job helping us. He took the time to listen to any concerns I had and also to explain things in a way that my mother would understand. If I could give him 6 stars, I would. I also feel the store is doing a good job operating during the pandemic. The doors are propped open for ventilation, everyone is of course wearing masks and is spaced out. At the tables where you sit 1 on 1 for help there is plexiglass and plenty of hand sanitizer. read more

I'm seldom one to go for a one-star review, but after 5 hours, y'all have earned it. Lost my phone yesterday - oops. My bad. Came in to make the insurance claim and also took the opportunity to see what VZW pricing was like. Well, VZW had a price of about 40% of what I was paying AT&T for the same service. So yeah - VZW was offering service for $95/mo against what I was paying at AT&T (over $200/mo). Yes - I probably could have renegotiated with AT&T some time ago. So, gotta love AT&T rewarding loyalty with fornication. Note to the public - check in with your carrier every six months because you might have better pricing there. Anyway, I was trying to stay with AT&T because I've been a loyal customer for 16 years. Welp, initially they were willing and able to come pretty close to my VZW pricing and I was willing to stay, BUT it was going to take 2-3 days to replace my lost phone. So no problem, I would have been willing to roll with an AT&T plan anyway and just roll with two carriers - one for personal use and one for business. The customer service in this store is atrocious. We purchased a cell phone and they had us open a new ghost phone line. As it turns out, we did not need another line. Then we had billing problems and got overcharged $800.00. We made two trips to the store for assistance, requesting help from the store manager. This last visit we were in the store for over two hours. We requested the store manager upon our arrival but were told she was busy and unavailable. The sales associate trying to help us, had only been there one month. Being told they couldn't help us, and that we needed to return home and fix the problem ourselves . It is not clear if the problem has been corrected, until next months billing arrives. Why in two hours, the store manager could not come out to assist us and show some level of customer service and taking care of their customers. We will not shop at that store again. read more

Once we got to this location, Edgar really took care of us every step of the way. I'm a longtime ATT customer. I went in to check out new phones for the family. We were promised to our faces a bunch of discounts, and they didn't come through on any of them. We were in the store for over two hours, and then we walked out of there with nothing. Super slow service. At one point loud music started blaring from speakers and no one seemed to want to stop it. The place seemed deserted except for a few customers and the 5-6 employees standing around. We also found out that they mixed up my wife and daughter's phones in a previous visit and assigned them the wrong numbers. We wanted to do the BOGO offer and trade in two phones. I don't see how it could be so complicated. One of our customer service agents had issues with his technology (a tablet). This comes off as unprofessional in a store filled with technology. I don't even blame the customer service agents. I want to make that clear. They seemed like nice guys just doing their job, but they couldn't be flexible and get the deal done. This kind of inept customer service can only come from the top down. I have zero faith that ATT cares about me as a customer. Poor management and business sense. Got a call late that night from one of the agents (again, he seemed like a nice guy) but it was too little too late. Paying off our two devices, unlocking them, and we're out of there! Walked into another wireless carrier the very next day and got the absolute opposite vibe. Super fast service. No technology issues. No blaring music. I won't name them because I don't want you to think I work for them or anything. But it was night and day. Pleasant to work with, good deals, and no lies. read more

The iPhone is dying a slow death. If I open an app, it gets lazy, shuts down, and refuses to work. If I'm on the phone for 30 minutes, it'll tell me the battery is dead and when I plug it into the charger, the battery will suddenly be full. If I want to take a picture of something interesting, it'll shut down. You get the picture. This phone is not so marvelous anymore. I took it to the AT&T store. They looked up my account and told I'd be up for an upgrade in March. They also told me a new iPhone battery is $100 and if I bought the Apple Care Package at the Apple store I could get it for free. Well sir, that was a year ago I don't know if I bought that $69 insurance plan. They also recommended I check out a place up the street that will basically service the iPhone for cheap. Well now, there's a thought. I like cheap. They had all the answers to my questions and a hundred solutions. I love that. They didn't inconvenience me and were super friendly and also told me to put my phone on edge (instead of 3G), turn off push notifications, and change the brightness. So you basically don't want me to use this phone for what it's known for because the battery sucks? Is that what you're trying to tell me? Either way, I have to take up the issue with the Apple store or one of the other places they recommended. At this point, I'm thinking the Droid might be a better option and on a better network. This store is horrible!! I waited for 45 minutes to get a new SIM card. I asked for them to just hand me one and I could activate it over the phone and they said they couldn't. Such bad service and a waste of time. One employee walks around taking down people's names instead of actually helping anyone which is such a waste of resources. So 2 people were helping a queue of over 7 people talking over 10 minutes per person. The girl who finally helped us, Jessica, was very nice and quickly got us a SIM card but the rest of the experience was horrible. I will skip this store in the future if I can help it. read more

Store wasn't open yet but store manager was there 30min before he said he'd let his employees know I was there first. Which he did when store opened he went to back to get sim for as other employee Josh Hernandez started on paperwork and taking phone apart to install chip, before I knew it Jovanny Gama appered with chip and Josh installed and my phone was back in bussiness. I do everything with my phone I was lost this is I am taking time to write this review. As others should when you has model staff working for them. When you walk in, they greet you with an IPAD asking for your name and phone number.... it's their database to put you "in queue"... Despite the LONG line of customers waiting... I think the employees do their best to maintain customer satisfaction.. The reason why the wait is so long is because the employees are PATIENTLY answering customer's questions and concerns... They are doing the best they can to get what the customer wants.. I seriously stood and waited over 30 mins listening to this sales guy adhering to and complying with this customer's "some what demanding" requests... The customer basically got what he wanted and the sales guy was UBER patient!!! After being a loyal AT&T customer for over 15 years, I decided to terminate my account after rude and insulting behavior by sales reps Eduardo and Jazmine, hoping my and others' actions will bring about change in the store culture. AT&T customer service had asked me to go to an AT&T store to exchange my iPhone that I purchased in-store with another iPhone. I first talked to sales rep David, who refused to process the exchange and asked me to call customer service while in the store, in order to punt the responsibility of processing the exchange back to them. While customer service rep was on the phone and reiterated to David that he should process the exchange in store, David lost his temper against me and the customer service rep (Stacy) and claimed customer service shouldn't be directing customers to the store. When I got stressed about the fact that the store wasn't accepting my exchange and asked David to calm down, Jazmine laughed at me and Eduardo started mocking me and arguing that it was ok for them to treat me as they were. Eduardo didn't seem to care about losing a customer and said go ahead file any complaint you want. Customer service rep Stacy was very kind and equally shocked at the store reps' behavior and filed a complaint that will hopefully be reviewed as she also witnessed firsthand their behavior. read more

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! I had the BEST customer service experience with Marlene and Marisol. They went above and beyond with helping me get my home internet set up. I have never set up home internet by myself before and I wasn't looking forward to it, however this was the easiest installation process AND the best part was that they were just a phone call away if I needed anything or had any trouble and had the issue resloved for me in minutes!! I am beyond satified with my ATT service thanks to Marlene and Marisol! I would highly recommend working with either one of them as they are the most intelligent and efficient with the work that they do. They love to sell you products and new line activation. But when ATT hit a snag and can not send the phone. They will not except the accessories that you bought for the new phone. The worst thing is the manager would not even come out to explain to you. Guess they wanted the numbers up and not costumer loyalty, even though we been with them for 20 years. I have been a very loyal customer to this location, however, I did not receive truthful information, nor was I ever advised properly before purchasing a device.
