The 2 stars is only because *Jesus* deserves a pat on the back for running the store alone and doing whatever he can to make sure customers have the right information. We came in so my husband could pay his past due balance caused by a months long fraud issue dating back to November. We finally thought we had it settled when SAL helped us and showed us what he owed and what was need to keep his service active. My husband paid that amount and we left happy. To our surprise, his phone shut off yesterday. He had to use pto to come home and grab me so we could go to the store AGAIN to get this figured out. The store has no manager on duty so nothing could really be done and Jesus did his best calming us down with the information he had. SAL was a moron and have as an amount that was less than what was needed to keep the phone active. Due to this we now are expected to pay reactivation and go through more chaos. After 5 different stores, multiple associates telling us they can't help us, multiple phone calls to loyalty that went nowhere, a phone upgrade that was upsold and turned out to be a terrible choice, and now a store that has NO MANAGER ON DUTY? We are done with AT&T I have no idea how these stores are surviving out here when you force the stores to stay open while incompetent people are screwing over customers with their lack of knowledge in the job you desperately needed numbers for but didn't bother checking resumes. on March 31, i went into the location of AT&T 710 E. Flamingo road around noon.I was there 2 hours, and no one was able to help me. I went in asking Salvador for help to get a new sim card. He he attempted to help me and add a new sim card or a e.Sim card but was not capable, or nor did know how to do his job. I asked him if he can go get a supervisor he told me that his manager was on break for another 20 minutes and couldn't come help until his break was over. I proceeded to ask Salvador if he can get customer service on the line.He refused to do it, made me write down the number as he yelled it across the room.I sat on the phone with a lady.She asked to speak to a manager. manager came out.She asked for something from the manager.The manager never came back with what she asked for from him.. Salvador then threatened me and told me i was being hostile,when i asked for the manager and he was gonna kick me out of the store.I told him I couldn't hear him over the boombox.That was blaring,loud Banda music. Hey proceeded to tell me that this was request from CORPORATE office. Mind you I couldn't even HEAR the lady on the phone. I left 2 hours later. No one in the store capable to help me. Do not use this store. This is a third-party AT&T retailer, and they will add additional charges to your bill without your knowledge. I traded in three iPhones, and without my consent, they added the "Next Up" phone trade plan (3 x $6 = $18) to my account. He assisted me in getting my FIRSTNET medical discount. He took his time and catered to my every need by establishing a new line and showing me all the upgrades available to me. I had never utilized my promotions before and was able to get my iWatch & my iPad. The medical discount was the most important because online services would not help me with that. There are simply no words to describe how utterly fabulous this particular AT& T store is! Honestly, I try to avoid going into ANY AT&T stores because, typically, there's always a ton of customers waiting around for the one or two employees working & the wait (& agony) is too much for me to handle. HOWEVER - THIS place was like HEAVEN & I say this with all honesty! I went in because I needed particular USB charging cords for a few of my devices. I was greeted IMMEDIATELY by Kay (when you go - make sure you ask to see Kay...because she is AWESOME!) I thought I was going to have to explain the issues I was having, but as I started to talk, Kay jumped right in (she saw the devices I'd laid out on the table) & finished my sentence for me! And then she went & brought back everything I needed & even explained the difference of the cords & which one to use for each device. This took a matter of 90 seconds! Can you imagine?! When was the last time you went to an AT&T store & had any of your issues fixed, dealt with, resolved in less than an hour...OR LONGER?!?! Kay was so polite & patient & knowledgable - she literally put a smile on my face (I'd been in a terrible mood prior to this). She asked if there was anything else she could help me with & I remembered I needed wireless ear buds. Kay walked me over to the section where all the headphones/buds were located - and you all know how $$$$$ they are. I told her my husband would kill me if I spent $250 on another set of ear phones (I've lost 2 DRE Beats already ). And, instead of the typical face & attitude I get at other locations, Kay pointed out , with a smile, nodding & saying, "I totally understand. Let's see if you like these, they are a great option at a great price!" And, boy, was she right! They are the cutest little ear buds & they come in a little black charging case AND they are also able to make/receive phone calls! And, you can not beat the price at $49.99!!! (In case you're looking for earbuds, these are JBUDS AIR). I have issues with earbuds because my ears are oddly shaped lol, but these are perfect! And they come with an additional 2 different custom gel cushion tips!). Kay nailed it immediately! I was out of there in less than 15 min. (Well, maybe 20 - coz Kay & I chatted some) . I had to visit this location to get a free Sim card because my replacement phone did not come with one. The store itself was nice. Small and clean, very well organized. I had no problems with getting the Sim card. The manager put it in for me, set my phone for me and made sure everything was working like it should. Of course she tried to up sell a couple of things, but that is her job so I wasn't mad. She wasn't pushy at all and actually gave me information I did not know about. (I'm writing this short review for Mom. :p) Just 'cause the AT&T kiosk at the Boulevard Mall wasn't there anymore, my Mom and I decided to look for their branch nearest Maryland Pkwy. Well then we saw this one, thanks to Yelp! We were here early evening on a Monday. We arrived to a seemingly laid-back atmosphere, clean, fair-sized store with relatively busy representatives. We waited for our turn to be serviced. After the waiting (which we really didn't mind much), we were approached and assisted by the store's manager named Victor and later on helped by Irving, one of their sales unit representatives. We cannot asked for a better customer service; they were both perfectly good in PR, really were all out there doing the job, and thankfully both were just cool and patient with all my Mom's inquiries (not to mention we were up until and beyond their closing at 8PM). IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD I went to this location so I could switch from T-Mobile and possibly get a new phone since the phone I have now (IPhone XR) is starting to give me problems. As I'm being helped the manager (who is a male) is floating table to table flirting with the other associates making myself and my girlfriend uncomfortable as he talks about the lady helping us saying, "let me know if she's bad, I'll take her to the back and tie her up." A few minutes go by and as the lady is in the middle of helping us she stops and starts ordering food off the manager's phone, which is when he says "order whatever you want you know I take care of all my girls." Obviously my girl and I are pretty irritated at this point and can't believe how unprofessional these workers are. Even after she gets done ordering her food she then gets up to show another associate (who is a girl) a video that was not work related and not taking in consideration that we weren't trying to be at an at&t store all day since I had to work graveyard. I was thinking about getting the iPhone 13 pro max but didn't like that I had to wait a couple weeks for it because of how high in demand they are. So I just asked for the service without the phone and told them I'd come back after I've thought about it. THEY DID NOT INFORM ME that if I didn't take the iPhone deal and order it that same day that I wouldn't get the same deal when I come back. Even though I went back a day later, since they were being so unprofessional and didn't inform me of all the information I should've known before making my final decision and leaving the store, I'm now stuck with my problematic phone and forced to put a $330 down payment for the phone when the day before it was $0 down. Check this out; I came to this location to add my wife into my account and just to narrow things down, we encountered some errors which is another AT&T department responsibility, that took at least 28 hours to get resolved which was totally expected due to the nature of the situation. You see I didn't mind that it took that amount of time because Jose V. and Nathaniel (manager) who also got involved in getting the situation squared away, went above and beyond to help me out and make sure that the issue gets fixed and my wife gets a phone that she wants and worth paying for., especially Jose V. who really got down to the back and forth making phone calls to make sure I get what I need and so is with Nathaniel, both made sure that the issue gets addressed once and for all. As with anywhere, the accessories for the phones were overpriced. Store was clean and I was approached within 5 minutes of waiting for assistance. They were slightly busy on a Wednesday around 2 PM. Wish I could give NO stars. Worst experience from Chakata and really the whole team. I have STILL been dealing with nothing but problems Since October 7th. First I spent 3-4 grueling hours there while they transferred my number and I understand it's hard to do from my old carrier METRO PCS but they had loud music blasting over the movie Hocus Pocus playing on the TV not muted. During the time there I had 3 different people working on my account. Chakata tried to use my credit card linked to a different ipad of theres from another customer and at one point looses my post-it note with my SS# and other info on it. Even with all my info written out for her and my ID Chakata still managed to put in a completely different email address and got my apartment number wrong so I had no way to access or set up my account online. Took many hours and calls for a month to finally set up my account online just to view my bill. When there all she cared about was making a sale I suppose because she NEVER went over my needs in a phone plan what the monthly would be ETC. When I nervously asked what my plan was over the loud music and movie playing she replied "I GOT CHU GIRL" I almost wrote a review after 2 weeks still trying to set up my account dealing with att on the phone I decided not to put any more energy into but now I finally received my bill and it's a mess with not one but TWO PHONE PLANS and loads of features and insurance I definitely didn't ask for, want or need. read more

I placed an order for in store pick up. This store was super busy and really warm. Like i was sweating the whole time. I was in a rush and the whole thing didnt take too long. One thing that sucked was the machine to transfer my contacts didnt do it. He didnt check if it worked so that sucked driving around with no comtacts. I switched to Android from iOS. Those things aside the guy who helped me showed me how to get a $50 credit using isis wallet. I thought that was above and beyond. He was an Asian guy with glasses. MIKE IS SORRY AS HELL. I have spent $65 for an unlimited wifi internet plan. I did not connect to my wifi until the following day & internet was not available. The next morning I went im bright and early to get it fixed. Turns out Mike set up a voiceline account to my hotspot device. ZERO DIVIDED BY ZERO IS WRROOONNGGGG ANSWER MIKE........ Mike had to call customer service, call lasting 1 hour. I had to leave to go work, he swore his call would be completed in 5 minutes and to keep restarting the hotspot until It began to work......DAY 2 NO INTERNET. The following day (Today) I go back to the store & request that EVERYTHING be Cancelled & my $65 refunded. Mike told me he could call customer service again and that my money is nonrefundable. WOW!!!! I told him no need & I left the store. AT&T is POOH AS HELL they can't deal with nothing in store ??? Ive been with Verizon for years, I came to AT&T cause its the only tower that reaches Mercury, Nevada, where I work. I do not recommend this Branch nor Mike's help. Once I got to my car I called AT&T MYSELF and within 23 minutes yall I had a functioning WIFI using the money I had already paid!!! I was speaking with Jessie, male type, & he was MUCH help!!! I used the store at the beginning of the year. Got two lines and two phones. I came here, because of the advertising they had for the purchase one phone and get the other one free. I told them that I hated Iphones, but my wife liked it. So they sold me one Iphone 7 and one LGV20. They did not tell me that in order for the promotion to work both phones had to be Iphones. Because the price of the phone were to be divided into 30 payments, they said that I will only be charged for one phone. When the charges started coming into my bill, I contacted AT&T, Surprise!! They had intentionally screwed me bad. They got me into two phones under the impression that I was only going to get charged for one. Good Training! My parents' phones service are not working in the United States so my phone is the only thing can contact and navigate so I want a new Phone ASAP. That supposed to be a very simple work since I got my ID and very thing with me (except I didn't bring my holder travel with me!!!!) I'm in a family plan with other three college friends. The store manager told me that I need to be an authorized user in my account so that I can do anything with my phone and SIM card. This can be done online.My holder, who has been outside the country for about six months and I'm the primary user in the account right now and paying the bills every month. Then I login to my account to add me to be the authorized user. The manger said she see me doing it and I can't do this and she left a note on my account to tell every each other Att stores to block me to get my new phone and service except my holder is coming to store with me...Excess me?!?! Really ?! ?! I just need a new phone ASAP and you want my holder to buy a $2000 fly tickets to just come to verify me?! My holder tried to call the customer care oversea to verify me but the customer care did't allow her to verify me via the phone because of the manager's notes, she must come to store with me to verify me..... Now that our company uses AT&T for wireless service, I've had to stop in to this store a few times for various reasons, and every time I go in the service is impeccable.
