8 year customer. Cautionary tale of how a cell acessory purchace can taint an entire customer experience. I am giving 3 stars to ATT management protocol. Relocated to the Renton area. Eligible for an upgrade. Signed up for a Galaxy S4. for a 2 year contract on a Saturday. Purchased case, charger and screen protector. First tech was really nice, used the in store technology and quickly got my order ready. I needed to back up my i phone so i put the items on hold and she gave me her business card and i said i would be back in a few hours. i returned to the store about 2 hours later. Again a really nice employee walked me through the rest of the upgrade process on behalf of he Co worker who was at break. When it got to applying the screen protector, she dis not have the right tools to apply the protector. Used my credit card and her name tag instead. Kept commenting to her Co worker how she wished she had the tool. Tech said that in 24 to 48 hours the protector would be virtually invisible. All the staff said to come back within 24 to 48 hours later if there were any problems. 48 hrs later. Protector shows visible and tactile rips where the tech tried to smooth out the cover. I work from 6 am to 7 pm. Drove 30 min to store after work.There were four techs and one customer in the store. A nice employee told me that a manager needs to approve the $30 screen cover replacement and they never work past 6:00 pm. He suggested I "Come back on a weekend" ATT. Empower your employees to make decisions. Any funds you invest in trainimg staff is wiped clean if you don't allow an employee to make a judgment call on a $30 accessory for a customer that pays several $ for a cell agreement. Maybe you should have a decision maker on the staff until closing time at your locations. read more

Amazing! Our entire transaction was spent laughing and truly enjoying our experience! We added a new line to our family plan and utilized the next program for a new device. Not only was the rep Marshall thorough, but went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth! Between his peers and manager Thomas, we were given some of the best service we've had In a very long time. It was refreshing to say the least, especially since our first stop was at the new Fairwood location. because it's much closer, we thought we'd give it a shot, what a disappointment! Simply because of the initial unfriendly interaction and lack of enthusiasm we turned around an left immediately. Thank god we did! The Renton landing team is truly exceptional, they are knowledgable and very helpful. It's worth the drive, I promise!! read more

The worst customer service ever!!!! If there's such a thing as negative star I would rate it as that! First they ordered the wrong phone for me. I went back there to return it. Was on the wait list for an hour and half. Then the return wasn't handled correctly. The following day got a call that they will charge the phone in my account I just returned because it's not showing in their system as returned. They wanted me back in their store so they can AGAIN handle the return!!!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE experience! No way I will ever come back to that store again, not in this lifetime!!! read more

Wonderful staff and apparently they just got a new manager. I was greeted immediately, was helped by a young lady and got my new Galaxy S4. She helped me set it up and transfer my contacts. The sales person offered to do an account review and found a way to save me some off my bill. I even found out about their new home security plans. Great experience and I will definitely be going back anytime I need more help!!!! read more

His enthusiasm, attitude and energy were all what I expect to see at the Four Seasons or from someone who was enjoying being there for you. Some of the slowest service I have ever seen. Almost unbearable, employees don't seem to have any idea of what they are doing.

I'm a now 3 month AT&T customer and I find this store to be very helpful and much better than my previous carrier by far. In my most recent visit the asst. store manager Dali spent quite some time with me helping me to add functionality to my phones profile. She was knowledgable and very friendly and super to work with. Went in Saturday afternoon for an upgrade. I was immediately greeted by two different employees and was on the waiting list within a couple minutes. Three minutes later I was being helped by Vince who was very professional, knowledgeable and had me set up and out the door in no time at all. Great experience I must say. read more

I wish I could give this location 0 Stars. I never write reviews but this one was too horrible not to. Incompetent would be putting it nicely. I might as well have gone to a McDonald's take out window and asked them about phones and upgrades. After waiting 30 minutes to speak with anyone I finally got a customer rep who knew NOTHING about At&T, its products, and how to use the technology. He could not answer the most basic questions like what's the difference between this device or that, or can we review my plan options. And he didn't even try. His answer to most everything (including adding or removing a line) was call the 1-800 #. Really?! And, 95% of the Samsung s8s, s9s or Notes on the shelf did not even work! They were out of battery life and he had no idea how to charge them on their docks. Clearly he had no training, no incentive to help, and no desire to be there. I been a AT&T customer since 2007. I recently moved and don't get any service in my new place. I have two Iphones and pay around $170.00 a month. My brother has another provider he gets a great signal with his phone at my place. I called customer and they had reset my phones and that didn't fix the problem. They told me to purchase a micro cell tower for $200.00. I feel like shouldn't have to pay for something that I'm already paying for. They said that's the best they can do. I was planning on updating to two Iphone 4g's but i don' t think I'll be doing that. read more
