When I arrived they looked at my phone, said it could be finished by the following day then proceeded talking about pricing. They were charging $130 for aftermarket screens then for $200 they said they can put on a "OEM" screen (Original Equipment Manufacturer). So I said why not. After I paid they said they would have my phone ready following day 12pm. Next day arrives, I show up, and they tell me "we're still waiting on your screen, UPS said it would deliver by 1pm". I asked again when it would be ready he simply said "we'll text when it's ready later today". Throughout this whole encounter they never contacted me once about the status of my phone. So now comes 7:30 pm, mind you they close at 8. I show up since they TOLD ME my phone would be ready, when I show up the guys behind the counter faces just drops, like he was seeing a ghost. He was relaxed, scrolling Facebook, sitting in his chair doing NOTHING. He immediately jumps up when he sees, grabs my phone, and says "it'll be done right now, come back in 30 minutes". Like HELLO?? So what were you doing BEFORE I got here?? So after dealing with their poor communication, lack of respect for the customers time, and constant back and forth, here is the cherry on top. THE SCREEN IS NOT OEM!!! THEY CHARGED EXTRA FOR THE SAME SCREEN. I immediately noticed when I got my phone that the screen wasn't correct, it didn't automatically turn on when you tapped the screen, it didn't adjust the brightness to your atmosphere, my front camera became BLURRY!! Literally a whole headache taking it to these clowns. If you have more patient, FIND A BETTER REPAIR SHOP!! These guys will just try to make the most amount of money while giving horrible service. On top of that they say they "email/text" receipts but you never get them, not even in spam or junk, you just never get them.

When I brought it here to CPR, they showed me that it was actually the screen protector and not the actual screen. They quoted me $25 for a new phone protector and offered to put it on for me right there. I was so grateful! When I asked if the other places would know that they said, "Of course, they were trying to take advantage of you!" I had been loyal ever since. The Bad: Fast forward to now (about 10 years later),... I hate to say it but I believe greed has gotten the best of them. I went there a few months ago to repair my iPad screen. It was $260! I went twice last week asking for a quote to submit to insurance both times they took down my information (on a "sticky note") and told me the owner would email or text me a quote within a day or two. I just had a feeling those sticky notes go directly in the trash. Here it is a week (& several follow ups) later and no one has contacted me or knows anything about my previous request(s). My advice,.. pretend you are interested in getting the repair asap, otherwise, I'm quite sure they just throw it in the trash.

Due to another fact a ps5 was taken in for a hdmi port replacement which gave us an estimated absurd amount of between $130-170 payed extra which led up to $205 with taxes to get it so call refurbished. Which mean thoroughly cleaned and replacement of thermo paste. Got it back dusty. The fan was filled with debre. And I don't think the put in a new thermo paste because the ps5 heat up above 70 degrees instead of 60 and under if a new thermo paste was added. Poor service after all since I payed $205 just for a single hdmi port to be replaced
