    Great customer service for once. Help my folks get new iPhones and they had the patience with my dad asking a million questions about his shiny new toys and paper work benefits . Either way they actually help and explain whatever phone you want.

    Crowded but the sales lady took care of me quickly and we had a few good laughs while I bought a new phone for my son. I hate the paperwork associated with getting the rebate. Why can't AT&T simply discount the phone. I know they're hoping we won't jump through the hoops to save the $50, but I am jumping.

This was not my first time with a less than average experience at this location- feel all they care about is commission and making a pretty buck. As soon as Vaughn found out he wasn't going to be selling anything and we were trading in a phone (we imitated a process for upgrade at a location closer to us but were told we needed to go to a corporate location to trade it in), his demeanor was less than welcoming, he was muttering so we could barely hear what he was saying, and he was just haphazardly throwing things around. There was an admin issue and he said he couldn't help us- I asked very kindly, since it was an error on T-Mobile's part could he fix it and then help us so we could complete the transaction. He said there was nothing he can do, and made me call customer service. Customer service said that they could fit it in store so we could finish it, but Vaughn refused so I asked for the manager. After a bit of waiting, Brandy (the manager) came out with no intention to help- just straight off the bat- "this ain't our fault so you should go back to the other location" despite the simple fix that customer service recommended them and then threatened us with a restocking fee of some sort-for what, I have no idea. No wonder Vaughn behaved the way he did, his boss isn't any better. If you do decide to go into this location, good luck! Hope you don't have the same experience as me.

The associate was not welcoming and almost dismissive. He told me the device wasn't available at his store even though a T-Mobile call agent directed me to go there. He then asked a colleague if customer service had called him and the colleague said no. The associate seemed to want me to just go away and didn't offer to help in any way, like by finding the device at another store. Stay away from this store if you expect good customer service.

In fact, after going to the nearby Verizon store first today, I was told to either buy a wireless charger (which wouldn't work as I have something glued to the back of my phone case) or just buy a new phone (a prong from my charger broke off inside the charging port, leaving me unable to listen to music [I hate AirPods, plus I connect my phone to my car's sound system]). I drove across the street, and they were able to fix it within 10 minutes. Along with the cleaning and getting a new protective glass installed, it set me back a whole $35. Also, the service has been friendly - dare I say outstanding - on each of my visits. TLDR: the employees at Verizon and other such stores are primarily salesmen. They want you to buy something, and they aren't super well versed in how their products actually work. The guys at Super Smart phones have YEARS of expertise, can fix nearly everything, are great with customers, and have extremely reasonable prices. The only drawback is it's a little hard to find. Super quick, personable - five-star experience all around.

After replacing it he shows me my phone which now has a message stating that it's not a genuine apple part. I ask him about it and all I get is "it's ok, it's, ok". Well it's not ok. My screen isn't working right, my battery (which I just finished charging) is half way after being on my phone for less than 20 min, and stuff that worked before EVEN WITH THE CRACKED SCREEN is no longer working. I went back the very next day to request a genuine apple part replacement and the owner basically says I'm stupid and everyone knows that you can only get apple parts from apple. NOT TRUE. I searched the internet and found a few places that do it. I'm most upset that the guy did not tell me it wasn't going to be an apple part. THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN MY DECISION, not theirs. I was planning to go back again to get another screen, after wasting almost $500. It's actually not even worth it. I want my money back. But the scam of an owner isn't going to do that. I was warned by another At&T location that this store customer service was poor, should've taken their advice. If I could give a zero I definitely would, both of the reps laugh in my family members face after I asked why we weren't allowed to enter the store. My mother felt as if we were racially profiled when the reps spoke about customers stealing. Honestly I'm still in disbelief that they told us to go to Target. One word for this store Ghetto. Ronald kept it short and said that he couldn't help because he wasn't the manger and when we asked for one they apparently didn't have one on that day. Also the phone number on the receipt is not their store number. It's a number that redirects you to some random sales line for AT&T. Buyers beware. Go to an actual corporate location!!!!

I told them no I was coming to pick up my Nintendo, and he called me 10mim after that and say they were waiting on a part and it was gonna be ready next day ( second lied) next day they called me and he say the screen was the problem that they fixed the charger but my screen was bad now, I told them is was working when I took it there and I went today and PICK UP my Nintendo and the guy say my Nintendo is on the warehouse and they don't have it there!! They trying still my Nintendo? They don't want give it back to me they don't give me any received this is on the SPRINGFILEND MALL AND THEY BEEN THE WORSE SERVICE I EVER HAVE IN MY LIFE.     SCAM ALERT I called…read moreahead to ask about repairing the front glass on my iPhone 16 Pro Max. They told me there were two options -- a cheaper screen and a "premium" one for $249. When I arrived in person, they suddenly said it would be $290 and only changed the price after I reminded them of what they quoted me on the phone. They bad-mouthed other nearby phone repair kiosks, calling them "scammers" and claiming they were the only honest ones. Unfortunately, that couldn't have been further from the truth. I asked if the replacement screen would be any different from the original Apple one, and they confidently said it would be "exactly similar." After the repair, the screen was obviously not the same -- it was glitchy, ran at 60Hz instead of the original 120Hz, and had a thick black border around the display. When I pointed this out, they tried to gaslight me and insisted it was 120Hz, even though a side-by-side comparison proved otherwise. When I asked about the black border, they shrugged it off and said I "didn't specifically ask about that," as if I'm supposed to know the right technical questions to ask. I told them I didn't want the replacement and asked for my old screen back. After they reattached it, my phone screen stopped working entirely -- now it won't even turn on. Avoid this place at all costs. Dishonest pricing, poor workmanship, and zero accountability. I wish I had gone anywhere else.
