This was the worst customer service ever! We walk in to 2 employees working with customers. Nobody acknowledged that we entered and sat at the counter waiting patiently for 10 min for someone to say hi and sign us in. I had to approach the employee who was super rude and annoyed and was told it would be at least a 45 min but probably longer. I am switching to Verizon along with my 7 family members because of the poor customer service on the phone and at both stores. Worst!!! read more

Avoid this store at all costs. Go to a corporate store if you can. First off, the employee who assisted me looked hungover, tired, and was seemingly completely uninterested in being there. Could have been bc I went in today, the day after New Year's. I was "helped" (if you could even call it that) by a representative named Coral. I had questions about my bill, as it has jumped over $60 a month the last few months and I am unsure why. Coral had very little patience when I asked her to break down my bill. She was working on an iPad, and I asked if she could print my bill so we could both look it over it together to help me understand each charge. She wouldn't print my bill because she said they aren't allowed to use the printer? When I proceeded to ask questions concerning my bill I guess she got bored, because she pulled out her personal phone and began texting. I've never experienced anything more unprofessional. I stopped myself and said, "looks like I should just go somewhere else for help" she said, "ok" without even looking up from her phone!! I couldn't believe it. Before leaving the store I informed the manager of my unpleasant experience and he replied, "Ok, sorry about that." Instead of trying to help me. I'm like what? 0/10 in customer service skills--all the way around. Don't waste your time at an authorized retailer who hires inept workers when you can go to a corporate store that is actually helpful. read more

This review is for the location and store not AT&T as a service provider. I have been wanting to write a this review for some time. I don't have a long story prepared, I am just really impressed with the guys that work here. They are all super nice, attentive, and knowledgeable. The costumer service at this location is amazing. I love knowing that whenever I have a problem, concern or new needs I can come here and within a few minutes I am walking out the door. Alex helped make the big switch to an iPhone in February and although I had a few problems with the first bill, he immediately corrected it by updating my plan, starting from the day I bought the phone. Every time I come in with a question the guys are able to answer it immediately. And the one time that they were not able to correct the problem in store, they made me an appointment at the Apple store for the same day. They always add that extra step of getting the door for you on your way. Thats all I have to say; great costumer service! read more

After signing my life away to AT&T, albeit accidentally, Miguel was able to straighten it out, better than corporate customer service could even suggest. He was able to help me avoid like five ridiculous steps to get my plan back to normal and ended up saving me $330+ bucks I would have been on the hook for. Also, big thanks to Patti, who was able to point out where I went wrong right away, expediting the solution! Horrible customer service. We have been coming here for years, but over the last 6 months the employees just don't seem to care about serving their customers. You walk in, they take your name and then ignore you even when sales associates are available and playing on their phones. We will have to try another store as this one is dying. Went in to ask a general question. Was asked for my ID- I said that it was a general question why do they need my id?? She already had my phone number and magically when I left the store my phone no longer worked. I really don't think it was a coincidence that when I wouldn't provide id she shut off my phone. THANK YOU IVAN! after over 8 long excruciating hours between being on the phone and going into different corp stores. IVAN was the ONLY person able to finally help me get off of my brothers phone plan and on to my own pre paid. I was at wits end and about to never use AT&T again but Ivan worked his magic and was able to find a way to get me off of my brothers plan of which had a delinquent balance of which AT&T sharks will not let you off until the account holder pays the delinquent balance (which is crockshit(. I am happy to say today I have my same phone, same number, and luckily for AT&T im still using their service, I was about to report AT&T to the BBB, write bad reviews, and much more, but thanks to IVAN i am able to stay with AT&T prepaid. Crystal the manager on the other hand was no help whatsoever and she is the manager, I came in when Ivan wasnt there on one of my numberous attempts to get my phone line switched to prepaid, and just briefly explaining my story she told me there was nothing she could do and maybe by calling their 800 # i would have better luck...dumb...she should not be the manager, she didnt even pull up my info before saying there was nothing she could do... and now as you see she was WRONG and because of her i almost switch carriers... Unprofessional staff at this location. The lady that helped us was inexperienced. So, it took 3 hours (not exaggerating) to set up my own phone line (1 line). She was very slow which I can understand but she would never ask her coworkers for help, she would just keep trying to do the same thing over and over again. Then when she did ask her coworkers for help, they were not helpful at all and seemed to just let her try to figure it out on her own, which was frustrating for me. I asked questions that she didn't know the answer to, she only answered based on her own experience only. For example, I asked if I can expedite the shipping for my new phone and she flat out said no - without giving any options or information, didn't even ask her colleagues if it was possible. I almost left and went to another store but I already committed too much time here I didn't want it to go to waste. This process took forever, we wanted to upgrade a line for my mom after but we knew it would take too long, so we went to the AT&T store in Valencia next to Kohls right after, and they were so fast and helpful, and my mom's phone came in the mail today with next day air. I noticed this location does not follow the same COVID protocols as the Valencia/Kohls location where they were 1:1 service with Plexiglas. read more

I've been with AT&T for about 10 years now and never had someone as knowledgeable and helpful as Liza. She fixed the problem I was having with my iPhone and got my old number back along with all my apps and contacts and went above and beyond what she had to do. Went to this location early morning to shop for the direct tv. I was the second person in the store. They said will be a minute or so. After 15 minutes when more people shows up out of the sudden I saw they're taking them ahead of me. When told the lady she said I'll be with you shortly. Which I left. I'll take my business somewhere else. Also all the devices in the store were off. I had to turn them on so I can see them. And it was almost 11:00 am when I left. Do not go there. Very bad store management. Just one positive, the security guard outside was very polite. read more

I don't even want to give this place 1 star but I have to just so I can add this review. I went in to buy a couple of things there were 4 associates in the store and 4 customers. One sales person was on his cellphone talking so loud to probably someone from another att office clarifying some plan for a customer. Another two were attending to a couple and this one girl with her iPad looking up heaven knows what to help another customer in line but was taking forever to finish with what she needed to do for them. I had two things to buy all I needed was someone to ring my items up . The girl with the iPad just kept telling me 'give me one second' when I have been standing there waiting for almost 20 minutes! She's walking around with that iPad like there's a million customers in line. People were so unprofessional I got so upset and dropped everything and left the store! If I could give 0 star i would! ATT service is average and spotty! I did business with them about 15 years ago. They have the by far worst customer service in the business. To get an issue resolved it absolutely painful, that is if they can which usually they can't. On top of that the promise prices that they never deliver. For example my ATT home phone that was 911 and local calls only with nothing else they said would be 5 dollars a month, and it turned out to be 39 a month with nothing. ATT tricks you in every way. I had such bad bad service that I disconnected early on their cell phone over 16 years ago. But at the 9 year and 11 month they sent me an offer to settle for 77 and consider the matter closed. I was stupid enough to try to settle. I didn't know that once you pay it they can trash your credit for another 10 years and charge all sorts of fees. They are liars and cheats, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!! They say I owe now 1144 dollars now. But their service sucked either cell or land line you choose. Read the reviews! And I would get the inevitable update that they are sorry...bla blah blah all talk and lies too. They don't care in the least! Take it from 25 plus years experience with them. I recommend Tmobile for cell ...not the best coverage either but great customer service! And I also recommend get cable internet and use voice over IP and fire them. That is what I did and I will never do business with anything they have something to do with. They don't empower their people to do anything but charge you all sorts of fees, and they tell you what they can't do instead of what they can do for you. I walked into this store today to talk about getting a new cable box. I started talking to Gabriel about how expensive our U-verse cable package already is without adding another $10 a month to it. He suggested Direct TV and we talked it over and he showed me how much I'd be saving. While I was signing up for it he casually mentioned a "two year contract", which made me think, but I figured I was saving a good amount. After I'd left the store someone told me to be careful because they had been taken by these guys so I called to check and YES my price would go up OVER the amount I would be saving after the first year, and I would be losing other features. I'd say that was flat-out lying. He neglected to tell me that the contract was for two years but the "price guarantee" was only for the first year. If this was the first time these guys had been dishonest I would give them the benefit of the doubt. It however is not. Time and again they have been deceitful with me and other family members about phone issues. It is not a one person issue at this store; it is part of their system. They are not trustworthy so STAY AWAY! I am not sure if the other stores are this way too, but I will not go into this place again. When I called the store to check out what the deal really was, I talked to a stand-in manager named Freddy from the Valencia store. After I found out what the real deal was I told him I wanted to cancel immediately. He assured me he would handle it. I never received a new text saying the deal was canceled so I drove back to the store and Freddy had hit the road without handling it. Unbelievable. AT&T, are these your people? read more
