We have always been taken care of when we have come in. We just switched over to AT&T and the service has been amazing but we had an issue with our bill and we were getting way over charged, we had to go in multiple times before someone figured out the issue. It did get frustrating at times but we were taken care of by the manager and she was very patient and made us feel understood. We will always come to this store over the others! I came in here a few days ago to upgrade my iPhone to the 5s. After I was signed in, Elaine came to assist me. She was EXTREMELY nice and very personable. What really caught my attention is that she offered to find me a better deal at either Radio Shack or Bestbuy right off the bat. Thing is, I came here because of the great reviews and decided to pay the extra $60 for her exemplary service. Elaine was not pushy when giving me different options or when showing me other products offered. We even had a polite conversation about my military background and about my son. The staff is friendly, been in that location a few times within the last past 6 months due to the Samsung note 7 recall. They took good care of me everytime I went in for the recall issues Samsung was having with the Note 7. Can't wait for the Note 8 to come out. Buyers Beware! Long story short, these people are in it to put money in their pockets & do not worry about yours. PLEASE make the drive to a corporate store. The person who opened my account was Mathew. At first he seems genuine but after this incident I can tell he just doesn't care. Since opening my account with this store I have had issues that have not been resolved. When walking into resolve these issues they are always RUSHED & make you feel like they just want you OUT then make false promises that they will fix everything the next morning. They promised me they would take care of their mistakes but two months in the problems are still on my account. I went to a corporate office to try to get help after opening my account & they could not help because I did not initially open my account at their office. I was the only one waiting & there were 2 workers behind the counter helping one customer. I guess it doesn't matter if a customer is waiting to be helped while 2 employees are basically standing there talking to another customer (who was an AT&T employee himself since he stated it & had an AT&T t-shirt on). Maybe I'm just spoiled by the AWESOME customer service I receive at The Apple Store that my expectations are too high for AT&T. Just noticed the other person was the manager. My review is based on the superb service by Josie. She clearly enjoys her job and it showed. She was patient to describe all the different options we had available to us and options did we have. You see, our plan was back before AT&T, before Cingular, before Pacbell, when it was LA Cellular! I digress. Our plan was so old there were all kinds of problems but she maintained professionalism at all time. We also appreciated her candid advice for how to maximize savings and ways to meet or exceed our needs. In the end, I chose my phone and worried about transferring everything to the new phone. Wonderful, helpful, and understanding. I was greeted promptly when I entered the store. I had a laundry list of things I needed to fix. The woman who helped me worked through every item on my list. If she couldn't fix it, she told me how I could get it done. I went into the store raw and exhausted after several fruitless phone calls, online chats, and interactions with"authorized dealers." Went in to purchase a smart phone for my elderly dad. The customer service rep Dana was so incredibly patient, kind to my parents, and knowledgeable. I appreciated that if Dana didn't know the answer to a question, she was honest. She took her time with us and as other customers arrived she would greet them and assure them that they would be helped. Many, many years ago I was a retail supervisor and recognize eceptional service. Dana is outstanding. She was also very validating with my parents, she assured them that the more they practiced the easier the smart phone would be to navigate. She talked about how many elderly clients are using smart phones and that they too would learn. She helped my parents feel more confident about their abilities. Great job! read more

***Update! I just received an email saying that I "signed up" for insurance for an additional $15 more a month. This seems pretty odd to me since I clearly told the employee that I did not want insurance on it because of a previous bad experience. I told them multiple times. This shows how much of scammers these employees are. *** DANIEL SERRATO made our simple situation into an hour long process. Firstly, we called the store to see if they had a certain color In the iPhone 11. No answer. So we decided just to come come into the store. We originally went to the AT&T inside bestbuy because their customer service is always more helpful. We purposely tried to avoid this store because of prior bad experiences. But because best buy didn't have the color we were looking for, we decided to give it another try. We came into this location and checked in. We were told that it would be a 5 minute wait. 30 minutes later past and no one had helped. We were getting frustrated but we tried to be patient. We were finally helped. We only came in for one thing but DANIEL SERRATO kept insisting we purchase TV cable and other phone lines . He went to the back and we thought he was checking to see if they had the color we asked for but turns out he never checked. He went back their to rehearse his sales pitch. We kept telling him no. We didn't need any of that. We came in for one thing and one thing only. He wouldn't answer our questions. He just kept pushing their promotions. After about 5 times of us telling Him no, he finally went to check. I understand it is his job to sell things as he makes commission but it was super uncomfortable. Not to mention he lied to us numerous times. He tried scaring us by saying it would be more expensive if we didn't add 2 lines and cable. But the numbers weren't adding up. He pulled out his calculator and said he would break it down for us but he never did. He added some random numbers on his calculator and then just said "yup it's more expensive if you don't agree to this deal." But he never broke it down. Besides, why would we suddenly want 2 more new lines? There is only 3 people on our plan yet he wanted us to go on a 5 device plan? Also, we wanted to change the number on the new iPhone and he lied to us saying it wasn't possible unless we get new lines. We questioned how this was the case if we have done this many times with other companies as well. He said they don't do things like that at AT&T. We were confused. We both immediately went to the website while we were there and found that we could change the number by paying a fee. That was fine we just wanted it changed. But he kept insisting it wasn't possible. So we got the phone and just decided to do it on our own. I think it's ridiculous that he wouldn't help us just because we didn't want to add new lines. As we were leaving, he made sarcastic comments. We could even see that he immediately went to go talk to another employee about us. This employee is a liar and shady. All he wanted was to make a quick sale. He was very pushy and deceitful. This isn't the first time we had an experience like this. Will never come back to this location again. If I could give this store zero stars I would. I came in to this store to upgrade to the new iPhone for me and two other lines. We were sold on upgrading when we were told that we would be getting $1000 for the trade ins of our old phones, we even asked several times how much the trade in would be, and were told the same number by two of their employees. However when it came time to trade it in, only 1 line qualified and the other two did not because they'd were iPhone 11. That's not the worst of it, their employee sold us over $200 worth of accessories with out our knowledge. She basically said that we would be paying for half of our new iPhone taxes now, and once our new phones arrived we would pay the other half. In return we would be getting these accessories for free. On a return visit to the store we were helped by a different employee, and that's when we found out that those half taxes that we had paid, were actually a charge for the accessories. Their manager only offered $50 store credit after we had been duped into paying over $200 worth accessories we didn't ask for. Communication broke down especially when on this visit we were also told we were not getting the $1000 trade in for two of the iPhones, and we left feeling scammed and mistreated. In the end we left without trading in those two phones, went to another att store, and we found out that the other store had already placed one of the phones to be traded in via mail with ups, again without telling us. It took us several phone calls to att until it got sorted and had to turn in old phone via mail. read more

This place had the rudest staff of an att store ever it was like I was walking into the DMV actually I rather walk into a Dmv with no appointment then ever step foot into this store again. Sales associate was not very nice it was a woman but things didn't hit south until I called the manager a tall Guy with some massive complexes it seems because he was just there to bully and not solve the situation Diffusing the situation He was there to prove a point and he was awful at it If this guy was working for my company I would fire him immediately. First of all I want to thank Thomas for going above and beyond for me. I had a situation where my plan changed without my consent and he partnered with customer service over the phone and customer service was no help in fact she was trying a to charge me a prorated charge for something I had no control.
