    Cornbread with honey butter
    John J.

Went on a Tuesday to try their first of the month fried chicken dinner with a French twist. The dinner is plenty for four people so the two of us had a lot to take home! Service was excellent by Brandon. He timed the dinner perfectly to match our pace. Water glasses were filled promptly without us needing to ask. And even the owner came and checked on us. We definitely felt like they wanted us to have a great experience. We opted to start with the caviar and French onion dip. It comes with homemade potato chips. Sort of an odd combination and the onion dip really overpower the caviar so you don't really get that flavor in our opinion. It was good but you're paying for the caviar so we probably wouldn't order it again. The dinner begins with your choice of cornbread or homemade biscuits. We opted for the cornbread and we're not disappointed. My only suggestion is that it would've been better to have that later in the meal because we filled up on the cornbread! The next course is a side salad of your choice either Caesar or their house. We both opted for the house with vinaigrette, and it was very good. The fried chicken had a wonderful crisp and was juicy and tender inside. Great flavor. It comes with macaroni and cheese, collard greens, and a delicious Black Eyed Peas concoction. They provide their own hot sauce, which goes well with all of it. Dessert is also included and it was a fresh peach cobbler with ice cream that was delicious. We really enjoy the ambience and they also have a temperature controlled patio, which we have not tried yet Their wine by the glass list is very good and we really enjoyed both the Bordeaux and the red Burgundy.

Wow - love AT Bistro. I stopped in for dinner solo and ate at the bar, which had a decent crowd. The service was great (two excellent bar tenders) and they answered my menu questions. I got the gumbo which was outstanding, along with the white fish milanese which was crunchy and delicious. A great cocktail menu and wine selection. Can't wait to return.

Wagyu beef carpaccio and crudo of the day

Great ambiance with nice decor! We had reservations but there was enough room for walk-ins on a Saturday night. We chose to sit in the patio, and they do a great job of keeping it temperature controlled. Lovely service and plentiful free parking in the garage nearby. The drinks were tasty, but the appetizers were meh. The salted grapefruit spritz and mint berry bliss (nonalcoholic) were great! We got the wagyu beef carpaccio, which was more like thinly-sliced roast beef instead of a true raw carpaccio. It certainly did not have the fatty flavor expected with wagyu. There was also very little beef and primarily arugula, so felt more like an arugula salad. We also got the crudo of the day, which was salmon--my favorite! The fish wasn't super fresh, but I enjoyed the addition of plums. Not sure if I'd recommend going here for the food, but I would like to try their happy hour! Looking forward to trying their $26 burger and martini deal as well!

As soon as we walked in I was just like ... Wow This lovely place looks stunning inside, the hostess was so smiley and gave us a warm welcome. We were seated right away, it was a beautiful day so we decided to sit outside. I like their patio, it's completely covered, very comfy and definitely a lot of privacy we got. I honestly wanted to try everything from the menu. I thought we picked a couple of items only it we ended up with so much food :))))))) Delis food of course and we almost finished it all including dessert. Like I said all of our dishes were spectacular, but if I would have to pick a fave, would be the spicy shrimp, fries (don't judge me) and the almond joy. I've never had such a unique dessert before. Was amazing really. I asked for more chocolate syrup, I highly recommend you do that too if you go here and have this tasty treat. Muhammad and Hugo was our servers and this very helpful gentleman called Dee, who I owe special thanks for, for bringing me all the extra things I wanted for my meals ;) Even the owner Bobby paid us a visit who is extremely delightful. I always appreciate the extra love. We are all the same after all. Our next trip here is already in the make, stay tuned! Free parking across the street. Thanks team for making our experience special. See you all very soon

Was really disappointed to come here to a nice restaurant with great reviews & appetizing food, my date made reservations for my birthday at 8:30, just to be back in the car at 8:35 because the kitchen was closed. Please fix your reservations schedule; it's unfair for people who make reservations if the kitchen is closing around the same time. Was a huge disappointment.

    Snickers desert. Sinfully delicious!

Great food! We enjoyed scallops, gumbo and the mars desert. Along with, wine and chocolate espresso cocktail, prepared by our favorite Mixologist. You do not need a reservation, but it's always a good idea just in case. Great service, food was delicious and well presented. Highly recommend.

Wonderful New Neighborhood Bistro - "using classical French techniques but with a worldly influence of taste"!

Couldn't wait to come back after my first lunch visit when they had first opened. Cozy and casual. Wonderful service. A Hawaiian twist to their menu. Sensational was their kalua pig, house ham, swiss cheese, mojo au jus "New Style Cuban" handheld. On this Saturday, to my disappointment, only brunch did they serve at lunchtime. New server. To our table was my tasty "Hawaiian Locomoco" before having to ask again for their shining "Biscuit & Jam". I just checked their home page before writing this review and the information is still not clear of them not serving lunch on Saturdays. Being so, no spur of the moment visit will there be from this customer ever again. Still, I wish this neighborhood bistro well. CHEERS!

Absolutely delightful. Made a resy and came here for lunch with a friend. Service was great and the food was delicious. We shared the bang bang shrimp app and it was so good. I loved that how light and crispy it was not heavily battered. I had the tuna noodle salad and it was flavorful and unique. I thoroughly enjoyed it. My friend had the grain bowl with wagyu steak it was amazing as well. We had the watermelon cocktail-so refreshing! Will definitely be back to try some other things soon!

We originally had reservations for "Malais Kitchen" where we were ignored for 20 minutes before walking out. So not a great start to the night. We walked around the corner to this place where we were immediately greeted with a warm welcome and seated right away. Good thing we had early reservations at the other place. The service was great and so was the food. We started out with the biscuits and crudo of the day. Both were delicious. I had the spare ribs and my wife had the pork sugo ragu. Both were delicious. My wife also enjoyed the French mistake for her cocktail. We finished off with the almond joy and the strawberry tart. We will be back!

Went shopping at Target and walked out and saw this place for lunch. First off the hostess was very nice. She offered tasty suggestions which is very helpful. Everyone was so welcoming. Our server by the name of 'D' was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He even gave us a tour of the back of the house and their private dining area. D was very personable and paid attention to our needs while dining. I wld suggest that you ask for him for a great experience. The dessert is deerelicious. The mint chocolate chip with cookie crust was my favorite. We also had a chocolate ganache bar with ice cream. Yummm This place is a must try. Thank me later.

Went for a mid-week dinner with friends. The food was very tasty and unusual (quail or green fried tomatoes - local twist). A lot of dishes with foie gras, if you are a fan you'd appreciate that. The best part though was the staff. They were not only knowledgeable, but very engaging, fun, and nice. It just added to the experience. Plus can't go wrong with half off wine on Wednesdays, am I right?

    Fantastic wine selection

French Style Meets Texas Sensibilities When most Texans think of a French restaurant, images of snooty waiters serving petite plates of overly creamed dishes comes to mind. Thankfully Au Troisieme Is redefining French cuisine for Texan sensibilities. The "Third Place" is the perfect restaurant for everyday upscale dining. Let's start with the cocktail list: a unique assortment of crafted cocktails made specifically to match the season, created by a true mixologist that knows how to balance flavors while amplifying the effect. And the wine list is extensive with just the right paring for every dish on the menu. For starters their small plates are perfect for sharing between two people with the Tuna and Avocado a must order. Their large plates will appeal to everyone with a nice assortment of meats, fish and vegetable options. However the big stand out is the Pork Sugo Ragu- probably one of the most delicious dishes my wife and I have had in recent memory. And to cap it all off is their desert menu with every option beyond appealing. Rarely do I get excited about a new restaurant but Au Troisieme is now my favorite upscale restaurant in Dallas

Fresh Catch sandwich was to die for. The Sauce males it, but the rice flour fry on the fish is SO crispy!

The freshly grated Parmesan on top was chef's kiss.
