I had a to-go order from their website for three meals. They were super communicated and accurate with the timing of when it was ready. It even emailed me right away when it was ready. Everything we had was delicious, with great ranking of spice levels. Pictured here is their chicken pad Thai- even made great left overs!

TDLR: They forgot to stir fry every items I ordered. I ordered to-go for my 7/28 Friday lunch. Pick up was easy and swift since the restaurant was literally empty at 12:30PM with only one table of two customers. Though, the restaurant looks clean and doesn't have the funky smell you get from usual asian restaurants. Got home and opened up my food, man, disappointed to say the least. Both my dishes are not only colorless, but also flavorless. You can see clumps of white noodle and white rice together. I mean I am not expecting a Michelin plating, but what is this? Did the chef forget to stir fry it or what? No colors and no flavors to both dishes. Don't even mention the complexity of flavors you would expect from thai dishes and the "wok-hei" from stir frying the rice or noodles. Paid $30 for this, probably wouldn't pay $10 for them to be honest. Very disappointed, absolutely will not give it a chance anymore.

Tried the restaurant 4 times because it was close and convenient, but tonight it was awful. 6 dishes all unbelievably bland, like they held the flavor. I wanted to bring them back but what's the point. Now I know why it was a ghost town when I picked up my order. 2 salads, 2 noodle dishes, 1 curry and one fried rice. Don't waste your time. Go somewhere that actually wants you to enjoy the food you purchase. What a waste of $100. It all went in the trash, because my dogs wouldn't eat it.

I always get this when its in season Im p sure the price went up by a dollar from the last time I had it ($9 currently), but I think thats a fair trade. The rice is the right amount of sticky and soft, the mango to rice ratio is 1:1, the sauce is not overly sweet and kind of floral, like jasmine. to me this is an 11/10 dish. aside from their food Ive been going to this restaurant since I was a kid and their service is always great, and order's never really take that long. legit dont have anything bad to say about this restaurant

Ordered the Rad Na and was NOT disappointed. Ordered pick up and it was ready as soon as I arrived. Good heat at medium, delicious sauce. A++ Also! Ordered a cold fresh roll also, and they placed cardboard between the dishes do the heat would stay away from the cold. This is great customer service. I will definitely be back.

    Basil Thai was amazing!

I absolutely love this place! I'm always happy with anything I've ever ordered here. Green Curry and Lemongrass chicken are my top favorites. It's always fresh and full of flavor. Did I mention how wonderful the staff is?!

A LOT of life has happened since then, so we definitely had plenty to catch up on. Neither of us had been to Bloom Thai before, but we both love Thai food, so we decided to give it a try. This place is definitely different from any Thai restaurant I've been to before. It's super small, with only a handful of tables. You order at the counter, grab your number, and find a table. They also have a big jug of cucumber water that was so refreshing! They didn't have my usual yellow chicken curry, so I decided to try something completely different--the drunken noodles. I honestly had no idea what I was ordering, but OH MY GOSH... I was in love with this dish! The flavors were fantastic, and they topped it with deep-fried basil. I'm not even kidding when I say I think I've dreamed about that crispy basil every day since! It was SO good! The food was definitely the star of the show for me, and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. I think this is such a fun little spot to meet a friend for lunch, especially if you want somewhere casual and different. That said, it is VERY small, so I personally wouldn't choose it for a family dinner with a bunch of picky eaters or rambunctious kids. The menu is also a little different than your typical Thai restaurant, so definitely keep that in mind. For dinner, I'd probably order it to-go and enjoy it at home. But for a girls' lunch or catching up with a friend? Absolutely! Great little find, and I will definitely be back for those drunken noodles and that amazing fried basil!

The husband, who was serving, checked in several times to make sure I had everything I needed. The chef also stopped by my table when she came out of the kitchen, which was such a thoughtful touch. The pork belly was very crispy(an additional fee), but too salty for my taste. The Pad Thai was good, although not the best I've had. The noodles were cooked well, and I enjoyed the flavor of the sauce. It did not come spicy, but chili sauce was available to add some heat. The spicy omelette tom yum soup had a great balance of mild spice and sourness, and it tasted very authentic. The texture of the fried omelette after soaking in the soup was not my favorite, but that may come down to personal preference. The Thai iced tea had a good balance of tea and condensed milk, although it was sweeter than I prefer. You order at the counter, and the food is brought to your table afterward. Water is self-service. They also have a helpful sign explaining the ordering and seating process for first-time guests. The restaurant was very clean, nicely decorated, and had a great ambiance. I especially enjoyed the small area showcasing the chef's history and journey. Overall, the warm service and welcoming atmosphere made the experience memorable.

Our waiter didn't even introduce themselves and it took us 30 minutes to get water after asking. For a long time I got Drunken Noodles whenever going to a Thai restaurant if I could but the last few times I have wanted something different than that. So on this outing I got the the House Ginger. This was a stir fry with your choice of protein (mine was chicken), ginger, stir fry sauce, garlic, onion, bell pepper, green onion and carrot. It also came with rice and the portion sizes were very satisfying and not too much. The flavor on my meal was so good, very fresh and bursting with flavor. Steve was equally impressed with his as he got the Drunken Noodles. Nothing is too fancy here. Decor is more basic but the place is clean and the food (at least mine) came out in containers but it was so good it didn't really matter. I think a lot if how it's presented is for the "to go" crowd of customers if I remember hearing that correctly from other people I chatted with about their meals here. The environment was very clean, with bright and spotless windows. Taste: I ordered the chicken with rice and added a portion of green curry beef. The chicken with rice was the restaurant's recommendation. It was impressive at first bite and quite enjoyable, but it became saltier as I ate toward the end. The portion of chicken was modest, so overall, it's still recommended. As for the green curry beef, it wasn't very rich, and the beef was scarce. I had expected chunks of beef, but what came out was sliced beef coated in starch. The texture wasn't great, so I wouldn't particularly recommend it. Service: The service was good. The staff came over to ask how the meal was, always serving with a smile.
