Brittany was our amazing waitress who was so attentive and warm. I had the mahi mahi and Buffalo wings. Both were flavorful with good portions. We left satisfied. You should specify if you want your wings crunchy and hard because ours weren't fried. We also got the infamous bread pudding that there are no pics for in other reviews. The only thing good here is the drinks and egg rolls. Food was horrible. Our server(Sashawna D) got my order wrong. I clearly ordered a classic burger and brought out steak burger with mushrooms and onion straws and steak sauce(yuck!!)on it. When I told her about the mistake she made she said she couldn't substitute it and offered a discount and she would bring out the toppings for the classic. Quick stop for lunch today in downtown Atlanta. No crowd in the place, guess the lunch rush was done. Nice and clean place, was met at the door with some good courtesy and a pleasant attitude. I came here on a whim, just waiting for some time to pass. I didn't really know what to expect when I walked in. A lot of restaurants in Atlantic Station instantly hit your senses with very loud people or music. Or both. Usually both. But here, it's calmer. Not by much but maybe because it's a smaller space, a vibe closer to a hole in the wall type of bar, it was easier on me. Which is a big plus for a place as busy as Atlantic Station. My server who was also the bartender was really pleasant. Had a smile and was willing to answer my questions about the place without getting upset or rushing me. Hats off to him! I asked for a gin and tonic. Thank goodness they have a decent selection and keep it on display. Too many places hide their drink options. I got the chicken gumbo. Which I have mixed feelings about. It tasted ok. Not bad at all. But I think I wanted more. Maybe because when I got it, it was warm. I like my food HOT!! But I ate it all no real complaints. As my stay went on, more people came in. The music is always great and there's always different things to try from the food options to the ice skating to shopping to even movies! This is my favorite spot to go during the holiday season and the service never disappoints (depending on which place you go). I've become a bi-weekly regular at Atlantic Grill, usually before or after a movie at Regal. It's quickly become one of my favorite places in Atlanta. The team is small and friendly, and everyone greets you with a smile. Jowy, Zach, and Sean are always fun to see -- they make every visit a good time. The food is consistently great, and their rotating specials are a nice touch on top of an already well-thought-out menu. When you go, try the Chopped Cheese -- it's fantastic! We decided to come to this restaurant because is right across from the movie theaters we were attending later and want to get a quick bite prior...We walked in and was friendly greeted by a sever and gave a menus to review. I decided to go with something safe which was "Wings & House Fries" and when I tell you I didn't think a restaurant could mess up wings & fries...This place provided me wrong! The wings had great crisps but NO FLAVOR...all they do is fry unseasoned chicken and toss in sauce...the fries was just extremely greasy but the plus side was all the food was hot and the sweet tea was really good. I'm one of those people who stumbled into this place after being at a festival. I did I initially came because some lady was drunkly telling me about how they had the best salmon, but I think she was talking about some other place because I didn't see that on the menu. This place is pretty quaint, but they do have an outdoor patio so they can see a few more people so that's cool. I got the sweet and spicy fried chicken it was a delicious spicy barbecue style sauce and it came with a side of macaroni and cheese and brussell sprouts. My brother got the fish and chips and had order remorse the entire time I didn't eat my meal. I have to say that meal alone is the reason I keep coming back to this place it one of the best meals I've had at any restaurant in this area. Had lunch here with a group of 9 around 1:15p. Not a huge place. They were able to move tables around to seat us. Waiter was good. Not chatty, not rude, checked on us regularly. A few of us got the wagyu burger all medium rare & it was very good. 2 people got the the wagyu ravioli. Then there was a smash burger, chicken bowl & nachos which were huge but it was an appetizer. We popped in here for basic American fare while enjoying a day at Atlantic Station. Party of 3, 2 adults and a 7-year old on a Saturday afternoon. We ordered the smash burger, mild wings and chicken fingers. We were really surprised at how much we enjoyed each entree. 6:15 we arrived at this restaurant, the bartender stated they couldn't accommodate a party of 14 which we did not mind spreading out, some of adults was going. To sit at the bar they had 3 tables open and bar seat than he stated the kitchen will crash if all order at once. If we came in a family separately which each family didn't mind seating like that, he still was very rude and than ask us to ask the host which she was she said she didn't mind she was nice. The bartender needs to be fired asap. But we will not give out money away where it's not welcome. All our money is the same but he denied it before we enter the door. Never again. I suggested Atlantic Grill because it had been recommended by a friend who lives in Atlantic Station. My girlfriend and I were looking for a restaurant to go to after Cirque Du Soleil. We were greeted warmly by the hostess, told there was no open seating and asked if we would like to sit at the bar for dinner. It went from OK to really bad quickly. The bartender was either in a bad mood or hard of hearing (or both). I told my friend the entire staff acted like this restaurant in Chicago that is famous for being rude to patrons. I ordered coffee. It was served cold and tasted so bad I was shocked. I asked about how old the coffee was, and was told by the bartender he was only drinking it to stay awake. Do you think someone could have bothered to make a new pot? We put our food order in. I ordered the nachos, which came out luke-warm and not hot enough to have all of the cheese melted. I asked the other bartender for salsa, hot sauce (really anything). He was rude, didn't smile and looked annoyed. He wound up bringing me Tabasco. We were never even given napkins with silverware. We were using the cocktail napkins from the bar. When I asked another staff member for real napkins the bartender finally brought over our napkins and silverware, well into our meal. He just dumped them in front of us, like "whatever". During our meal, I could hear the bartender barking to staff to "go get the food" or welcoming someone coming on shift with, "it's about time you got here". No one seemed very happy at all. The bartender and staff were nice to the regulars, but, I haven't had service this bad for a long time. It really ended our evening poorly. I will never, ever - and, I mean forever go back to the Atlantic Grill. It was in one word, awful. read more

My first time around, I ordered a burger which was ok..... I mean it was a decent burger! On my second visit I ordered the Ruben sandwich and it was delish!!!!! The perfect amount of sauce, sauerkraut and beef, it was actually recommended by the waiter. My date ordered the salmon plate, he was especially happy about the grilled broccoli. Okay, this place is great for an afternoon lunch during the week. Atlantic Station was not crowded when we arrived for lunch after our shopping trip. There was good service since it was less crowded around the area. Our waitress kept us updated with drinks and updates on our burgers in the kitchen. My sister and I both got nice American burgers. We're regulars here and have come almost every month the last two years after events. We got 2 Wagyu burgers. They're usually good (and not cheap), but tonight they were extremely salty. My husband and I halved the burger, and I ate mine only because I was starving even though it wasn't good. My son also complained and didn't finish his burger which is unusual. When my husband took a bite, he complained. But the bartender wouldn't believe him because my half was gone, and he accused him of complaining too late. The staff was incredibly rude and should've at least acknowledged the mistake. He said they would not refund or remake it. We were mistreated as if we were trying to get a free meal even though WE HAD ALREADY PAID. After arguing and making us feel like it was our fault for being upset over the bad meal, he finally offered to make another burger. By then it was too late. We said we didn't even want it after that mistreatment of regular customers. Not coming back! You lost extremely loyal customers for poor customer service. Please train your employees in humility - communicating with displeased customers is basic customer service 101. I was told they have good burgers. It was pretty empty at lunchtime on a Wednesday, so we got right in. The server was real nice. I am typing this review as we're in the restaurant because our experience has been THAT bad. My partner and I came in tonight to get out of the wait time at the much better Yard House. While I do not *want* to assume the poor service was a result of homophobia, I feel that way for a number of reasons. 1. We arrived around 7. We ordered the fried calamari appetizer and it arrived 30 minutes later. Our food took at least an hour from the time we arrived. Again, two very simple orders. 2. My partner received some not-welcoming glances from staff. He made a request for some sauce. Never came. 3. Mind you, a single man sitting directly behind us ordered the same appetizer and received it immediately. His food came within barely 15 minutes after. He did sit down for his meal after we did. Oh and the table of 4 behind us? Got their meal within 20 minutes of sitting. It's just so glaringly obvious. 4. Our server practically vanished. No "is everything good?" No introduction. It seemed like a deliberate attempt to minimize contact. As if that weren't enough, we waited an extra 10 minutes for the check. Seriously. If this is how this establishment approaches same-sex couples, I wish you the best of luck in the city of Atlanta. First and last time visiting. Starving so I walked in here and was going to leave back out until the waitress stopped me and said it was good. Hungry as hell, I decided to order food at the bar. I was in the mood for breakfast so I got the [Brunch Sampler]. The pancakes were amazing. I loved how well seasoned the potatoes were and that there was fresh seasoning used also. The bacon was too crispy for me, but that's ok since I didn't tell them the way I wanted them. The eggs were pretty good. I didn't like the fact that it came with a cheddar biscuit, but since they were out, they gave me a regular biscuit without even telling me they were out. I was hoping to try the cheddar biscuit. The strawberry lemonade mimosa was pretty good. One more and I would have been sitting sideways like Paul Wall, but I had to drive so I settled for just one drink THIS TIME!
