I got delivery from these people and order ed a large pizza and calzone. The delivery was taste and pizza was good. The calzone however was under cooked and raw. To the point the dough looked like cheese when pulled apart. I called to inform them and the gentleman answering the phone was incredibly rude. He even hung up on me. Not going back again read more

Traveling through the area for work and really craving pizza. I was staying in a nearby hotel and wanted to avoid the roads (which are under construction and an absolute mess). A search of Yelp revealed this place, a short walk from my room. I ordered a 16" (large) white pizza add bacon. I was told it would be ready in 25 minutes, and I gave them 30 to make sure. Their location is tucked away in the corner of a shopping center, so make sure you keep your eyes open. When I arrived (kinda late) the pizza was boxed, staying warm on top of the ovens, and ready to go. The staff was friendly and I was promptly greeted when I entered the establishment. There was only one other patron inside, but it was a close to closing time (9pm). A perfectly cooked NY-style thinner crust with a wonderfully crispy outside, and nicely textured inside. Plenty of cheeses and the first pizza place to actually put truly ample toppings when you're paying a little extra (tons of chopped bacon, again perfectly cooked). Total cost was around $17.75 and it was worth every single penny. Exceptionally good - the only thing I would add next time is garlic. Plenty of pizza for lunch the next day. I sent my wife a picture and she asked me to save her a slice for later. I might... I would 100% come back and order from Attardi's again! read more

Ordered a plain cheese pizza and was not disappointed. Thin crust, large slices, and the right amount of sauce. Could easily fold in half to eat (like a true NY style) Customer service was great, had it delivered in the allotted time. We've lived in Florida since 2001 and have struggled to find decent pizza (Milwaukee is full of good pizza joints). This is the BEST pizza we've found. We've tried it twice and both times were excellent - both eating in and take out. Also it's worth noting it's a family business and they're very hospitable. The first time we tried this place we ordered take out. There was a little issue because we ordered using Slice instead of just calling, so our card was charged twice. But this was quickly resolved. The second time we ate in, and the service was great. It's a small place but wasn't crowded. Staff was very friendly. Limited selection of beers (Bud Light, Michelob Ultra, Stella, and Shock Top) - $5 for a pint $11 for a pitcher (4 pints). We ordered a pitcher of Stella, garlic cheese bread, and a large pizza. Everything was great. Bread was super cheesy. Pizza was thin crust and true NY style. If you've been struggling to find good pizza in Lakewood Ranch give this place a shot. read more

I so wanted to like this place, being as it is close enough to the house to warrant a good take out place but I am sorry to say I won't be going back. Even though the owner is very nice, the pizza and sub just wasn't up to par, it was more like I got the food from a pizza joint in Ohio. I didn't try a reg pizza, I wanted a good Sicilian pizza but what we got was flat and average taste-almost 7-11 store style, nothing outstanding. When I buy a Sicilian, I want it to be fluffy and thick! It was as they took a regular pizza dough and turned it square. The sub we got was a large Italian but the bun was not fresh made, store style and stale. The tomatoes were orange and ehh. I had to put my meat on a burger bun to eat it. My suggestion would be to get a new dough recipe and make fresh sub rolls to give them a chance because like I said, the owner is a nice guy! read more

This place is delicious!!! Came in for a slice of pepperoni pizza (I don't do carbs but was craving it and a glass of wine of course!). Both were amazing!! Crust wasn't super thick, it was perfect, and it wasn't too much sauce, it was just right, and the wine was delicious - very reasonably priced! Mind you I had a bottle (don't judge, I took the rest to my hotel room!) my total bill was $26!! That's so affordable and to top it off- staff were very friendly!!! Really nice girl at the front of house. Pizza was cooked well. Salad was good. We even had a couple deductions from ingredients and they got it spot on. my family waited 45 minutes for 1 pizza which wouldn't bother me, but sat and watched while a good 20-30 people came in, ordered to go, and left all before I got my food. I understand a busy restaurant but you need to focus on the customers you have dining in. This also happened to another family that ordered right after us. we then asked for to go boxes and have been waiting for over ten minutes without getting one yet. food was ok, but not amazing. just normal pizza. don't bother sitting outside.
