From 'design build' work in the private sector on corporate / commercial office projects, to public sector bid solicitation - construction projects, I have acquired a wide spectrum of building services experience far too broad to list here. Just the same - on to the review . . . . What a breath of fresh air Attic Elite was! Start to finish; from the initial sales consultation, to the development of the scope of work, and on through project management and execution all the way to completion - Attic Elite is one of the best companies I have ever hired and worked with. The work crew / technicians were courteous, respectful of my home and property, and diligent in their work. Workmanship is spot on. Office logistics and customer communication met all expectations - phone calls and emails were responded to timely - the project manager was always accessible. All I can say is IMPRESSIVE - well done! Within the first two hours of work starting it was easy to tell this was the right company to hire. I have a 64 year old home in Livermore - work was performed on a hot 97-degree day. The work was to remove and replace the 64 year-old attic insulation; blow in cellulose insulation in the south, west and north walls, and insulate the flooring from the crawlspace under the house. The work couldn't have been any more invasive - Every precaution was taken; floor protection used, plastic sheeting on all walls and furniture - the crew was as careful with my property as I am when I'm working on the house. Nothing went wrong - and best part of all, what could have become a two-day job was completed in one day; the job was staffed with the right size crew and the crew worked together flawlessly - what could have been a daunting project with work being performed in all three areas simultaneously (crawlspace, exterior walls, and attic) was performed seamlessly; quality of work - first class. This is the second time we've worked with Omar from Attic Elite. The first time was at my house, and this time it was at my parents' place. I called Attic Elite because I liked their service the first time, and Omar came by again to check out this property. He was really polite and patient with my parents. Their house is a bit tricky since it has three attic spaces, one of which is very narrow. Unfortunately, there was a small crack in our ceiling above the tight attic, but it wasn't a big deal. I was pretty amazed at how they managed to squeeze through that narrow spot to do the work and remove the dusty insulation covered with rodent droppings and damaged air ducts. I was genuinely impressed with how they handled everything, and Omar sent a technician to fix the small issue within two days, making it look just like new. Danny's team went above and beyond, especially given the challenging conditions--they worked in the attic when it was 90 degrees outside, meaning it was well over 110 degrees where they worked. Attic Elite cleaned, sealed and insulated our attic. The did the same for our crawl space with the addition of a vapor barrier and HVAC duct repairs. They had two full crews on the job for 2 days since a 3 day schedule would not work for us. Omar was great in pre-sales showing "before" photos of what work was needed and the crew was great showing the "after" photos of the work that was done.
