I had a rodent issue in my attic and Pedro responded to my request. He came out and did a complete inspection of my attic including exact square footage. The others gave estimates of the attic square footage without even setting foot into the attic. Pedro provided a detailed explanation of the issue including pictures and he provided the cost to remedy the issue. I gave Pedro the job as he was very genuine. Job was to remove insulation, remove droppings and sanitize, seal all entries into attic, seal air gaps on lighting/pipe holes, replace insulation and rodent proof from outside. The team was supposed to start at 9am but were at my home at 815am to start covering the work area to ensure no dust/droppings get blown into home. After each stage of work, they took pictures and even let me have a look at the actual work. This is when they found the hvac ducts damaged and provided an instant quote with discounts to replace all the ductings which I accepted. These guys are the bomb! They first fixed air ducts under the house because we had some disconnected ducts. They removed them all and replaced. We were impressed with their work so we asked them to come back and clean all the air filters in the house and replace insulation in our attic. They worked all day non stop. They were super respectful and covered all furniture and sealed off parts of the house so the dust would not travel all over the house. Before they left that cleaned up and left no traces. I needed some insulation replaced and ducts/vent cleaning. Pedro responded very quickly and gave a reasonable quote. He was also able to come by in just 2 days. He did an attic inspection and took photos and videos of some problems he discovered, plus suggestions. The good part is he's not pushy at all and all his suggestions were backed up by evidence in the photos and videos. He also gave a very fair price. In the end, I decided to hire him to do a full insulation replacement, rodent proofing, plus duct replacement.
