We have a place in park city and come out here often, I had seen this place and been wanting to try it. Unfortunately I doubt I will ever go back. We picked up an online order, and some of us are vegetarian. We ordered a few tofu bowls, and while eating them discovered large pieces of meat (pork or chicken). We threw them away and lost our appetite. If they mark an item as vegetarian then that should not happen. read more

This place is so good. Zao Asian Cafe just recently opened this location in Park City. They are fast-casual and healthy and have locations all over Utah. The menu consists of wraps, tacos, and bowls. Menu items are put together like an assembly line where you can choose your protein and toppings. I was craving something healthy and loved how fresh my chicken bowl tasted. The food was ok, fresh and delicious but I miss the final stir fry that brings bowl ingredients together. Combining them from a warmer station doesn't give the depth and complexity of flavor I'm hoping for in a good stir fry type dish. I'll be back and maybe try the soup. read more

Zao Asian Cafe is great! I loved the wrap I got - it was fresh and the sauces and spices on the food made the wrap super flavorful. The portion size was just right, leaving me very satisfied. I love that this is an assembly experience and you're able to see the food (this Chipotle) - I also appreciate that the choices are simple. The cucumber limeade I went with didn't knock my socks off... The gentleman that helped me was friendly, helpful and quick. The cafe was clean - I like that there is seating outside too. I love getting the salad here with noodles, tofu and chili dressing. It's light and refreshing and filling. I've gotten takeout for the whole family and everyone liked their dishes.
