Brought in my Q5 because of a "EPC" light that came on. I spoke to the service advisor for maybe 20 mins or so and was told he would call me when he knew what's wrong. I received a call saying I needed all this work done. $3200 worth! I decided to take my car to another place that specializes in Audi's. I was told I only need a fraction of the work done and the other issues that were supposed to be part of the issue, were just extra and did not need replacing. Showed me the actual parts that were supposed to be per the dealer. On top of that, when I brought the loaner car back, we were told there is a$165 fee for telling me what the issue was. No one advised me of the fee. I have never been charged fee's like that before when I had my car diagnosed. The service manger was a total jerk. He basically threw my keys and credit card back at me when I pressed him why we were being charged when never told about it. AUDI PEORIA.... home of the rip-off and horrible service. We were impressed with Audi of Peoria from beginning to end. We had originally been in contact with Audi of North Scottsdale since they had a specific car we were interested in, but they did not seem very eager to get our business. Usually, if we contact a dealership, it's difficult to get them to stop calling and e-mailing us. However, it felt like we had to fight to get any information at all from the Scottsdale location. Luckily, we decided to expand our search to other models and options, allowing us to give Audi of Peoria a chance. We were in touch with Joe Leavitt (General Sales Manager) and Todd Stamps, our Audi Specialist (sales person). They got back with us over the phone and through e-mail as soon as possible and made sure they had what we were looking for, or ensured us that they could get it from another dealership (maybe from another state) if necessary. The experience in-store was very pleasant. It was very clean, the entire staff was very friendly, and everyone took care of us well. We never felt pressured throughout the process, and they didn't try to sell us anything we didn't want. They went out of their way to make the numbers work for the options we wanted rather than trying to sell us something else or getting us to compromise on our choices. They also gave us a very fair price for our trade-in, which was very surprising. Our only complaint as of now is that we are still missing the second key, which we will hopefully get soon. They explained that it was likely still at the other dealership that they brought the car from (it had all of the options we wanted, so they made sure to get us the exact car we chose! :) Oh, and I guess we were a little unhappy with how long everything took, but we understood since they had to drive the car over from Chandler through Phoenix Friday Rush Hour traffic. We were there for well over 8 hours through the entire ordeal. Keep that in mind if you are planning a trip -- you may be there for a while! We bought a brand new Q5 through the internet department. From the 1st response, the entire experience was positive. Pricing was aggressive from the 1st quote, with no need to painfully go back and forth to get reasonable pricing. Comparing to truecar.com pricing information, I was given a great deal. In fact, I drove about 45 minutes to get to Audi of Peoria when there is an Audi dealer about 2 miles from my home. The same negotiation at my local dealer was more painful, and they didn't give me nearly as good of a price on essentially the same vehicle. The negotiated price was all done via email, so I was a bit concerned that there would be a bait and switch when I got there. That was not at all the case. In fact, they went above and beyond while honoring the price they had quoted me before I drove up. Even after the deal our sales person, Todd Stamps, has followed up with us to offered unsolicited help in getting to know our new car. I also had very positive interactions with Christian Curtin, the sales manager. I highly recommend Audi of Peoria. If you're in the market for an Audi, it is definitely worth the drive. My experience here was an absolute delight. I found a car I was interested in from CarGurus and Daniel was very helpful in assisting me with questions I had and even recommended he could take pictures of the vehicle to give me a better visual of the automobiles design. After the test drive the purchasing process was an absolute breeze. I have purchased many cars in the past where you have people salesman that push you into getting extended warranties or finance people that push you out of your comfort zone with extras. That was not the case here and I came out of this process feeling like they were there to help me the customer which is unfortunately not what you get with most places. The salesperson physically drove the car all the way to the East Valley because he knew we had a tight schedule and we're unable to pick it up easily. That is some serious dedication to customer service and something that certainly did not go unnoticed! I've loved Audi's all my life and until recently, considered the price tag out of reach. Prior to ever setting foot in an Audi dealership, I made phone calls to all 3 local Audi dealers asking to speak to their finance manager. I'm a proactive shopper, and I don't want my time or anyone else's wasted. Buying a car this way has ALWAYS helped me determine whether I would receive honest service - the few times I did not call a finance manager first, I regretted it. When I called the three local Audi dealerships, I left a message for the first one - who never called me back. I actually spoke to the second one - and could tell within 5 minutes I was speaking to someone less than honest. I left a message for Jeremy at Audi Peoria. Jeremy called back the next day, very apologetic that he did not call me sooner. Jeremy talked to me for almost 30 minutes, explaining and discussing leasing and finance options. When I requested an application before setting foot in the dealership, I was given one promptly. I promised to fill it out and send it over. Jeremy was extremely accommodating. After speaking to him, I was transferred over to JJ Saldana in sales. Time got away from me and my husband said "well, lets go in and look". I thought "oh, here we go - going in unprepared". But we went - and we were just blown away. We were able to walk the lot with no pressure. We walked in and asked for our sales rep (JJ Saldana), who has a work ethic like nobody's business. He's polite, professional and also very funny! He put us at ease right away. He asked what we wanted and didn't deviate. He never pushed us in either direction - he was simply there to show us the features and benefits. I knew I wanted an A-4. He asked what color. I was leaning toward grey. JJ brought over a charcoal grey (Monsoon) and a gorgeous ice silver A4. Beautiful car. We test drove it, even though we knew we didn't need to. This was the car. By the time we got back, Jeremy had run our application and we started to talk numbers/trade ins/the scary stuff. Let's be honest - there are car dealers who use shady tactics and pull the bait and switch, the works. This does NOT happen here. After my husband and I discussed some numbers, the sales manager came over and greeted us. He's the first auto sales manager I've ever seen who said "Tell me what you want." I was upfront (and ensured I was reasonable). And - they made it happen. I got top dollar for my trade, a great buying option and impeccable service, both during and after the sale. I've bought a lot of cars over the last 20 years. Some better than others. This experience has by far exceeded the best service at all others combined. I had to take some time and write a review regarding our experience at Audi of Peoria. We were in the market to purchase a sedan and I was not sure that I knew exactly what I wanted. My husband wanted to take a look at the Audis, so he looked online at the inventory available at this dealership. We planned on just stopping in and taking a look at the cars that Audi offers. We (my husband) has a lot of car buying experience and are used to dealing with dealerships, sales personal, and financing. We know the hoops you normally jump through to get things done. When we arrived, we had our almost 4 year old in tow, so I did not plan on staying long. Just a quick look and we were going to look at other makes and models. Engle Sankar met us in the lot. My husband knew which car he was interested in, since he had already checked the inventory online. Engle was patient as we put our child's seat in the car and we took it for a quick test drive. I personally was not all that impressed with the color of the car and the truth was we were NOT going to buy the first car we looked at! Engle was so patient and a great salesperson. He was not at all pushy, but noticed that I did not like that particular car. So, he showed us another similar one that turned out to be a better all around car for us. We went into the showroom and Joon (I am not sure of his last name), the sales manager came out. Again, he was not pushy in the slightest bit. He wanted to make a sale, but did not make us feel that we were being pressured. We did not even feel that we had to negotiate because their price was fair and they were fair with our trade. We had a great time with these two gentlemen and left that evening feeling really good about the situation. By the next morning, we decided that we wanted to purchase the second vehicle that Engle had suggested. My husband worked via email and phone with the two gentlemen and we went down and purchased the car that next evening. We truly were going to shop around, but these two gentlemen really made this car buying process such a wonderful experience that we did not really even want to. When we go there EVERYTHING was ready for us. It was the most painless process purchasing a car. We were privileged to be put with another great gentleman at Audi of Peoria, Charles Moore, who is a finance manager. Again, we did not feel pressured by Charles to purchase any additional warranties or added items (which we did purchase the Audi Care). Charles was great at his job and understood that we did not want to be there any longer than we had to. This review is for my OVERALL experience with Audi Peoria, which consist of 3 different times. The very first time I step foot in Audi Peoria was about a year ago, I was looking to purchase an A4 but after test driving the A4, I didn't like it much. So I then tried out the A3. To my surprise, I preferred the smaller and standard car. So then we started the "negotiation" process. Midway through, I decided to lease instead of buy. So I told them what I was looking for and my terms, but there was 0 negotiating going on. I'm not sure if it was because I was a younger female and they didn't think I knew any better and that they can bully their way over me but they gave me a price that was almost a little insulting. I'm sure it didn't help the situation that I was in there with a girl friend. So after an hr of them "going to talk to the manager and finance guy" the final price they offered me was roughly $375 WITHOUT tax and Audicare for a 2016 new Audi A3. I felt disgusted and insulted, before I left, I said to them, "I know there are only 2 Audi's in town, but I can easily fly into California where there are Audi dealers in every other city and have them ship it to me then you guys will miss out on the commission." They without hesitation said thats the best price they can do. So what did I do the very next weekend? I called Audi in Torrence, CA and asked if they can match my price and terms, I fly in, signed papers and was an owner to a new car. A week later, the gentleman I was working with at Audi Peoria, called and see if I was still interested. I told him I already got a new car with the dealers in Torrence, CA. I then told him, a better price than the "best" price they can get me, which INCLUDES Audicare and taxes. He had no words! This was rude, disgusting, and insulting having to deal with people like that! ***The only reason why this is rated 3 stars is because the service department is great! I have taken my car in this location for 2 out of the 3 required maintenances. Both times, I was able to get a loaner car and the maintenance was done quickly. The service dept guys are very helpful and definitely wasn't rude and insulting like the sales guy were to me. So ya, I don't recommend going to this dealers, maybe try the Scottsdale location? We have been getting the run around for months now. We purchased a Ford F-250 truck from this dealership and we were told it was "bulletproofed," only to find out it wasn't. The salesman apologized and said he did tell us it was bulletproofed, and his GM would be in touch to resolve the issue, as the lack of bulletproofing has cost us $2,000 to fix the most recent issue. As of now, no one has reached out to resolve this issue. The BBB has been contacted, but this dealership isn't even accredited by them, which should have been our first sign to not purchase from this dealership. The Attorney General has also been contacted, as this is an inappropriate way to run a business. Unfortunately, we learned the hard way that this dealership is nothing but a sham. While we seek legal representation to resolve this issue, you shouldn't have to as there are plenty of other dealerships in the same area that won't lie and cheat you out of your hard-earned money. read more

Just received an email to rate my experience at AUDI of Peoria. Well... You asked for it. Worst service (with a smile) I have ever had at a dealership. Took my A4 in for a diagnosis on the top and a battery replacement. Was quoted a flat price of 425.00. This then took 3 days with a different story every day. When all was said and done I was quoted a 2000+ price to replace a potentiometer and a battery cable. It was also recommended that I should also replace a perfectly functioning serpentine belt for an extra 1400 and if I didn't when it broke it would destroy my engine. Really? I declined this service and asked for the total. Was then told that the new total was over 600 dollars. When I questioned this was told that the technician has put in over 2 hours of work (2 hours of work takes 3 days at the dealership) on the car and it was all apart and ready to replace the parts. I never gave any okay to replace the parts. I was then quoted another price ~575 and refused until I got the original price back. When I picked the car up the next day it was stored outside (without a functioning top in the open position) and it was joked about between the "service advisors" that it was a good thing I was picking it up could it looks like it might rain. I paid the agreed upon price and my car was delivered to me filthy with the interior completely covered with dirt and leaves. read more

My wife and I visited today to consider a cash purchase of a Q5. While we were relieved that we weren't bombarded by sales people, we walk into the showroom and was finally approached by a sales person "Daniel". I advised him what we were looking for and part of his response that I remember was (our cars sell themselves) which I understood (as code) for don't expect me to be helpful, and he was not. He talked about how many (Audi) cars he's owned and seemed very self righteous and was generally not helpful at all! Didn't even ask our names or offer a business card or any sort of follow up. If this is how it starts (assuming this is AP's service culture) We will definitely not be doing business there! My wife said that he prejudged us because of our casual weekend attire. I did not want to believe this, but after reading many reviews here with the same story, I now have to agree. I live local and like to keep my business local, but we will not be doing business with Audi of Peoria. I really hope (based on my experience and that of many others here on YELP, that they take a serious look at the service culture, because it is really bad!! read more

Great example of a fantastic idea ruined by incompetent execution. I bought a used car from them, in part because of their 4 day no-hassle return policy. After a day, I decided there were too many little things wrong with the car, so I returned it. The return process itself was absolutely hassle-free and I commend AutoNation for making this part so easy. Had everything concluded there, this would be a 5-star, glowing review. And, in fact, had everything concluded here, I would have undoubtedly been back the next time I was in the market for a car. However, everything didn't conclude here. Specifically, I didn't get a refund check for the $11k purchase price of the vehicle. This is where Audi of Peoria proceeded to take a fantastic sales tool that could have brought in repeat customers and, instead, used it to drive customers away with incompetent execution. Specifically: * I didn't receive any communication or notification of my refund for approximately 3 weeks. . * Finally, I called to ask what the status was. I spoke to Greg, who said the accounting department was gone for the day, but that he would call me back the next day with an update. * Greg never called me back the next day. Thanks, Greg. * Two days later, I called again and spoke to Kate in accounting. Kate informed me that my check was ready and asked me if I'd like it mailed or if I would prefer to pick it up. I said that I'd pick it up and proceeded to jump in the car to head over. Kate tells me it will be at the reception desk. * After making the ~35 minute drive from my house, I arrive to find that there is no check at the reception desk and the receptionist has no clue what's going on. To her credit, she goes and finds Kate in an effort to resolve the situation. * She disappears for a solid 15 minutes and finally comes back to explain that the check is NOT ready because the people who can sign it are out at lunch. Again, Kate told me the check was ready. Not "almost ready". "Ready" ready. (Amusingly, Kate didn't seem to feel necessary to tell me about her mistake personally and instead pawned it off on the receptionist. Next time, own up to your own mistakes, Kate. Don't make others do your dirty work.) * Not only are the check signers not there, they're not going to be back for another 45 minutes. * At this point, I get upset and ask for a manager. Greg comes over and proceeds to do absolutely nothing. (Yes, this is the same Greg who never returned my call previously. At least he's consistently unhelpful.) Instead, he leaves it to the poor receptionist to try and explain their incompetence. Good job, Greg. * I ask why it takes 3 weeks for a refund and am told that all their refunds have to come from Houston. Funny how they can deposit my $11k check within 24 hours of my purchase, but it takes them 20 times as long to give me my money back. Also funny how UPS and FedEx can both get something from Houston to Phoenix overnight. Perhaps AutoNation relies on carrier pigeons or the pony express. * Realizing there's nothing the receptionist can do, I head off to keep myself busy for 45 minutes while their check signers enjoy a nice, leisurely lunch. At the end of the day, I did get a refund check, but left completely frustrated and exasperated with the sheer stupidity of the entire process. There is simply *no* legitimate reason for a refund to take 3 weeks to process. None. Audi Peoria: The rest of your process is *so good*, but you screw it up and then some with your abysmal refund process. And don't tell your customers their check is ready, causing them to drive 30+ miles to your place of business, only to then make your poor receptionist explain to them that, in fact, you were just kidding. In all of this, the person who exhibited the strongest sense of customer service was the receptionist. I regret directing my frustration at her -- she actually seemed to have a clue. This is the first and last dealership I buy from. They constantly beat around the bush and don't want to fix anything even if it's under warranty. I financed a golf R through these guys and not even 10mins after driving off the lot, I get a CEL. So I stop by autozone and they run the code for me saying it's an idle issue. I then call Audi back up to let them know of the issue and the service manager himself( yes the service manager) tells me "it's normal for those high performance engines to have a high idle" LIKE WHAT??? That's the dumbest thing I've EVER heard in my life. Regardless I fixed the issue myself for 1/10th the cost they wanted at the dealership. THEN when I go to make my first payment on the vehicle, the original bank that was financing my vehicle says the have NO record of Audi sending them the finance info. So I had to do MY OWN RESEARCH AND LOCATE THE BANK THAT IS CURRENTLY FINANCING ME BECAUSE AUDI WAS LAZY AND DIDNT INFORM ME THEY HAVE SWITCHED MY FINANCE INFO WHICH TOOK MULTIPLE INQUIRIES ON MY CREDIT. THEEEEEEN just a week ago I get notice from the CU financing my vehicle that Audi has YET to send them a copy of the title showing them as the lein holder, so I've had to call these guys 4 separate times to get the info I need. Horrible customer service. The general manager is a douche. I have a buddy who recently paid nearly 5k in service to have his motor seize up days later. And Audi Peoria refuses to acknowledge hat they're in the wrong and caused the motor to seize. The car was only serviced at Audi dealership in Scottsdale. the two times it goes to Audi period they mess something up. They've had the car now for a few months and still the general manager ignores this problem, no matter how many calls or how many times we go he avoids it. I recommend to go to any other Audi dealership because obviously at this dealership the technicians aren't properly skilled or trained to do simple tasks. read more

David in the service department was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help me. I came here on a Sunday from Flagstaff because we don't have a dealership there. Went inside to pick up my car and just stood there a good 5 minutes because i wasn't sure if someone was going to come to help me out or if i should go search for someone because the service department was closed. They had some attitude towards me and said They cant help me cause service is closed and to come back tomorrow. I told them I got a call saying it was okay for me to pick it up on Sunday but they just shrugged their shoulders and so I had to call David which he got into contact with the same manager i talked to before and finally said to go pick up my keys. Other than to get your vehicle serviced here I highly recommend you don't come here to give them your business because they will treat you like garbage unless you're buying a car. You are nothing unless you have commission to give them. Put David into management and he might be able to fix this sh*thole of a place. read more

To start off, I'm not one to write reviews at all, but the experience I had was so unbelievable I feel obligated. I had found this Merlin Purple Audi S3 online and put in an inquiry. Naturally, I got a call within an hour and spoke with a salesperson (Amber) who was very helpful and got the ball rolling right away by having me give my credit app over the phone, assuring me since I'm already financed through Audi it should be an easy upgrade (I had a 2015 S3 for trade) A while later I get a call from Amber saying I'm approved and she gives me a list of documents to email over. Once everything is sent and verified she asks when I can come down to Pheonix to pick up the S3. We plan a date that works for me and I put my deposit down for the car... About a week later I drove the 870 miles to Arizona, (I live in Denver) gotten some sleep at a hotel, and now it's 9AM, time to go pick up my car... As soon as I get there I'm greeted by a salesman who informs me that my original salesperson, Amber, had the day off but he was going to take care of me. The first thing they did was get my car so they could appraise it and switch my aftermarket wheels onto the new one. Everything is going somewhat smoothly and eventually I fill out alllll the paperwork and I'm handed the keys. As I finishing up switching over all of my stuff into the new S3, the salesman comes out and tells me to hold on, and that something is wrong with the financing. I ask him what he meant by that, and that I thought we already had that taken care of... he tells me the manager will come let me know what's going on. So after an agonizing 30 more minutes the manager comes out and let's me know that apparently when I gave my credit app over the phone, Amber had put down that I made about $500 more then i actually do, so the bank wouldn't complete the loan because my income wasn't matching. At this point I'm extremely confused, because even if that happened, I had sent my paystubs going back 3 months to Amber to verify, and she said they were fine and would be sufficient. When I tell the manager this, his face turns white and he says "I'm so sorry, I don't want to point fingers, but Amber completely f*** this up. This is the first time we're seeing these paystubs" ...at this point its about 2pm, I was supposed to have been headed back to Denver already, and now he's telling me I need to resend paystubs and asking if I had a cosigner?? After another 30 minutes or so he tells me they denied me unless I put down more money or I can somehow make my income match? I declined that, so they switched my wheels back, apologized, and sent me on my way... I took 2 days off work, drove over 2000 miles on my car, further devaluing it, wasted money on a hotel, food, gas all because of somebody else's mistake? The salesman I worked with told me that the General Manager should be contacting me, but I haven't heard from anybody since I've left. They made a huge mistake that cost me over $1k and I can't even get an apology? Pathetic. read more

From my initial Internet inquiry, to emails back and forth with Michael S. this was one of the best car buying experiences ever. I went there yesterday just to test drive a car and was pleasantly greeted at the entrance. I test drove the car I went there for, negotiated my trade in, discussed price and was done. Paperwork took 20 minutes (a little longer for window tinting and detailing) and I am the proud owner of a new a4. The only prob was there was only a white version of what I wanted, with the packages I liked, so I didn't have the luxury I choosing the color I wanted. The next closest one was in San Fran, but it's not the dealers fault. I would recommend this dealer to anyone who doesn't want to deal with the Scottsdale crowd (which is where I live) but a 30 min drive is worth it. read more

We were wrong to expect more from this Audi dealer. The only honest thing we were told it that they wanted to sell is a car. We were mislead at every other aspect of the deal and everything there after. If you need help with anything once you have left the lot good luck. You're better off talking to the wall. read more

I have been looking for used Hondas for a while, my poor little car is about to turn in its two week notice. After a lot of very discouraging searches I thought I lucked out when I saw a 2002 Honda Accord EX listed for under $5k at Audi of Peoria. The sales people were very polite and did not get uptight when I asked to take the car to my mechanic to have it inspected. Here is the list of what we found wrong with the car (just in the first few minutes of looking)..... There is a large sun fade spot in the paint on the rear roof. There are small dings and dents all around the vehicle, not a big deal, I'm not hung up so much on little imperfections. The previous owner was a smoker and the force is strong with that aroma. The radio does not work even when you reset it. Weather stripping on the front windshield is coming off. The SRS light is on indicating that the airbags have been deployed. The front and rear bumpers had both been replaced and were not fitted correctly so they hang crooked and the rear bumper looked like it could fall off if you went over a speed bump too hard. The front passenger side fender had been replaced and is also missing the guard over the tire. Both the front and rear engine mounts are broken and the car needed a timing belt package which would cost around $1200 just to fix those issues. There were screws missing from the back doors and several parts of the body were missing their VIN stickers which leads me to believe that those pieces are not original to the car. My mechanic was shocked that it was not a salvage title car, that a dealership accepted it as a trade and even more so that they were selling it. He asked if I had lost my mind and gone to a "buy here pay here" chop shop. I returned the car and my list of defects to the dealer, no one there seemed all that interested in knowing what we found so I am sure they will pass that vehicle off on any sucker willing to put the money down. What really bothers me is that whichever technicians inspected this vehicle before accepting it as a trade did not catch these very obvious defects (what are they being paid for??) and that even knowing all of this information no one even raised an eyebrow which makes me wonder about their ethics. If they are willing to try and pass this car off as a "great deal" that "won't last long" I just have to wonder what other snake oil they sell. Buyers beware! **UPDATE** I received a call this evening from the General Sales Manager apologizing for this car and letting me know that it has been removed from online advertising which is a relief. He said they care greatly about their online advertising so I am not sure if this review got his attention or the list of defects I brought back from my mechanic or both. Either way I am glad they addressed it and have fixed the situation before anyone was sold a lemon. read more

Was going to buy a used infiniti from this dealership. I was approved for the loan and ironing out whether I wanted to trade in a vehicle or not. Two different salesmen (Lane & Jason) I worked with and two different finance managers all took approximately two days to respond to my calls and e-mails (I am an out of town buyer). I just bought a 2015 Q7 s line prestige sports package, this is my 3rd Audi in 7 years. A5 and A7. I got my A5 at Chandler, my A7 at Scottsdale, and my Q7 at Peoria. Peoria Audi is by far my favorite and gives the best deals and the best trade in value with no BS schemes or haggling. They honored the Edmunds.com price, no games, and gave me KBB price on my Ford trade in. Scottsdale Audi jacked me for "auction price" trade in, wanted nothing to do with a fair trade in of KBB price, I got screwed. Because of their "auction price" scheme I didn't even bother calling them this time to buy my Q7-Sports package. Also both Scottsdale & Chandler wanted full MSRP, hard to work with those people. They think Audi is so special if you want it, you pay full MSRP. I had to buy slightly used to get a great deal with those 2 dealerships. Not so with Peoria. They were up front with everything and I got my new Q7 at close to dealer cost. I paid about $5400 below msrp! Audi was also giving some good incentives so this coupled with Edmunds.com negotiating tools made it easier this time around. Also they were very knowledgable on Audi car details and had the right answers to everything. I wanted the different grill, they made it happen. I found the the other dealers were to busy and only had some of the answers and would "have someone call me back". Also THE TEST DRIVE AT PEORIA IS AMAZING!. Drive it as long as you like to where ever. Hit the gas and check out the engine. The other dealers were a few miles and back to the lot. They dictated to you where to turn and go. Like they were to busy to let you really test it out. Everything was perfect at Peoria. I'm an Audi guy, A5, A7, & Q7, I love Audi cars and I'm going to Peoria Audi for now on, yet I live an hour away in Chandler. You Can't beat Audi service at ANY Audi dealership though, they all rock on service, but FOR SALES GO TO PEORIA AUDI. I worked with Sinine and Trey and they were both super cool sales people with no hard pressure and kept their word and really cared . Both knew the details good. I laughed when a sales person at Chandler Audi told me "you should check out out the upgraded sporty Quattro package. Their is no quattro package, it's Audi's signature AWD, they all have Quattro. Details are important in such an expensive purchase with so many package options. Another great option at checkout I recommend is the Audi care, trio package, it saves you a lot of money in uncovered warranty stuff. I love my A7 and my Q7 (for my wife).....AUDI ROCKS! I can't say enough good things about the people at Peoria Audi, they have earned my Audi business forever (and I will be driving at least 1 Audi forever!). Sure it's a farther drive for those of us on the east side, but well worth the drive. I highly recommend Trey, he's an x-marine who did 3 tours for our country and cool as can be. Sinine is spot on with email negotiations. This is my first Audi deal where I walked away feeling like I got a good deal instead of overpaying or getting screwed on my trade in. Also everything here was so much faster and I wasn't sitting around waiting many hours for someone to take care of me like at Scottsdale Audi. I have had 3 leased vehicles (2 at the moment) from this group, and I cannot say enough good things about them. They are helpful (Engle) and diligent. Service is great on the leases, and they make it really hard to want to lease cars from anywhere else. Being that they are close by is an even greater plus. Mind you, Audis don't really get serviced that often when they're brand new (every 10k miles or more depending on the model) so I am not there often, but when I am, they greet me by name.
