My experience with Audi Arrowhead felt like old-school dealership pressure tactics: create momentum first, sort out the truth later, then pivot the customer into whatever deal the store wants. I asked questions by phone and text about one specific used vehicle because I do not have a vehicle after a total-loss accident and was trying to avoid wasting anyone's time. I had to ask the same questions 3+ times just to get basic answers, and instead of clear responses, I was redirected to "come in and find out." After several days of texting, a salesperson came to pick me up. While he was at my house, I brought up my credit situation and asked whether I needed additional documentation because my credit is being repaired due to erroneous reporting connected to the total loss. He told me it was fine, to come in, and they would take care of it. Once there, the numbers changed dramatically. Before the credit pull, I was led to believe a payment in my budget range was realistic. After the pull, the payment came back much higher, at a very high interest rate on a vehicle with over 100,000 miles. When I questioned the disconnect, I was told that if my credit was in a certain range, they could get closer to my target payment and work with the vehicle price. But I had never represented that corrected range as my current status. The issue was not that I "can't afford" more. I was not willing to accept a reckless payment and interest rate for that vehicle. My budget was intentional. Instead of respecting that, the conversation shifted into questioning my ability to come up with hundreds more per month and offering a lease. I drive over 40k miles a year. If I wanted a lease, I would have asked. The customer service became adversarial after the deal fell apart. A manager came out while they were arranging my ride home and said he was trying to "get the story straight" because he had been told I refused to do a credit application, and now wanted to use me as an opportunity to reprimand the sales mgr. And it was not true. I had been trying to move the process forward by phone and text, but I needed vehicle questions answered before credit, and those questions were refused until I came in. Not once was I asked to put in a credit app prior to the ride being offered for test drive and condition clarity. When I tried to clarify what happened, the manager told me I "just like hearing myself talk." That was inappropriate and dismissive. Another manager, Jered, later emailed asking for a summary of my experience. I responded with an update that my credit reporting issue had improved into the general range their finance manager referenced, and asked whether they could revisit the deal using the existing application before any new hard pull. He said they would take a fresh look and provide straightforward numbers. I replied again with the structure I was working with, that the finance had mgr had promised, and offered supporting documentation. Then nothing. No numbers. No direct answer. No follow-up. The vehicle disappeared from their website and then I got an email that 'the vehicle I was interested in sold'. To be clear, this was not simply a vehicle I was 'interested in.' This was a vehicle I had an active credit application on. Once credit is submitted on a specific vehicle, dealerships know that is an active deal, not casual browsing. If the deal was active enough to send to lenders, it was active enough to communicate with me before selling the vehicle to someone else. That is the pattern: momentum when they want you physically present, silence when you ask for clarity, accountability, and numbers in writing. I was clear about the vehicle I wanted, my budget, my situation, and my criteria. None of that seemed to matter. Based on my experience, I would recommend buying elsewhere. If a dealership cannot give clear answers, respect your budget, or handle an active application without pressure, blame-shifting, dismissive comments, and silence, they do not deserve your business. read more

I would say a wolf in sheep's clothing is the best way to describe this dealership. I had been looking for a Toyota truck for a long time. In this market it was hard to find a good deal. I found one at Audi of Peoria and kept an eye on it online. the price started out high like all of the other dealers in the area. After about a month which is a long time for a used car to set a dealer the price started to drop. I went to look at the truck and meet a good salesman who was not really pushing the sale. It did have small paint and body issues but not bad for a used truck. I didn't drive it cause I didn't make time to do so that day. I watched the internet for about another week and the price dropped even more. I stopped in on my way home to drive the truck and see what kind of deal they could make. It all went like all car buying goes, the typical back and forth. I got what I wanted and now had to wait to go to Financing. When I get to the paperwork end of it the finance guy is pushing really hard for the extended warranty. I said no because it was out of my budget. So I get the paperwork done and I am waiting for them t clean it and get me the keys. The sales guy brings me the second set of keys and said " the remote doesn't work on this set it is most likely a battery". I thought really you can't replace a battery for me. He said sorry parts was closed or he would replace it now.I just let it go and told him I would replace it. So I get the truck and have it for about a week when I noticed the truck was starting slower and slower. I also noticed that the radio would not keep the presets. Then the brake booster was making a hissing nosie if you push to hard on the pedal. And the battery for the remote didn't fix the problem the remote is bad. So I emailed the sales man and called him. I told him of the issues and he said the sale manager is out of town and wouldn't be back for a week. So I waited and to me surprise he never call or emailed me. So I emailed the sales guy again. Now we are three weeks after the fact. I finally get a response from the sales manager and he said " I tried to sell you a extended warranty and you said no" it was a used truck sold AS-IS. There is nothing that I can do. So long story short don't buy a used car from this place because they will not stand behind ANYTHING USED that they sell. Look elsewhere and have a shop inspect it before you buy it. Spend the money for the inspection and save yourself the extra money down the road. Audi and Audi dealer of Peoria,AZ. Beware 2011 Q5 fuel system and brake assist vacuum pump, we had an injector go out at 50,077 miles. The dealer replaced it at no charge after they tried to charge us $1,100.00. Even though the warranty was over at 50K miles I couldn't believe that Audi wouldn't stand behind their parts. At 62K miles we had a very strong smell of fuel inside the cabin of the car (safety problem)and the garage was also over taken by gas vapors (safety concern). Took the 2011 Q5 in for repair at Audi of Peoria Arizona where they discovered the fuel pump was cracked and also discovered in their inspection a mechanical vacuum pump for the brake system was leaking. I was informed that none of the parts or labor was covered and my cost was $1,700.00 to repair. After escalating the concern of safety of the fuel system to the service manager he agreed to take $589.00 off for the fuel pump leaving my cost at $1,069.00. He considered the injector replacement a "Good Will" one time no charge repair. The dealer was unable to show me the cracked fuel pump or the leaking vacuum pump when I returned on the same day the repairs were completed. The dealer said the parts were discarded, this is very concerning especially when you have an active customer complaint that these parts may need to be inspected by the manufacture for possible recalls. I do have a choice of where I do buy my cars and Audi "IS NOT THAT CHOICE IN THE FUTURE". We are looking into selling this very costly in repairs with fewer than 65K miles, 2011 Q5 and buying a new Yukon Denali. read more

I recently bought a used Audi Q7 here. I found the car on line and called in, made an appointment for Saturday went in to see Bill he was over booked so Nancy took over right away. She went through the car with me thoroughly and then we sat down to finalize the sale. I was already approved through my credit union and we sailed through the whole process. My car was bought new from them and they knew my car and its previous owner very well. Im a mechanic but im new to the brand and very unfamiliar so I went to service and spoke to the service manager he went out to the car and went through it with me and showed me all of its service records!!! The whole experience was fantastic I felt really good about the purchase and support afterwards. My feeling was correct my car has so many buttons controls and features I just could not figure things out. I stopped in and saw the service manger again, he stayed late and went through all the features I could not figure out, there was a couple he didn't know either so he got a person from sales to help us. I could not be happier with my experience and my car. Its not good on gas but it is just an amazingly comfortable car to drive that I really don't care. I guess at 18 mpg its pretty average for an SUV. But again the car and the dealership are top notch!!!!! He gave us just the right amount of attention without being pushy and he really listened to what WE wanted and not try to sell us something that wasn't a fit for us. When we finally decided to pull the trigger and purchase our dream car, the entire staff made the experience as seamless and low-stress as possible. When we took delivery of the car, Lane had the vehicle all set up for us and waiting. He took his time and walked us through the vehicle, ensuring we had all our questions answered. Alex Benson, Greg Duncan and Ranae in the finance department were wonderful. They answered all of my questions and had me in and out as quickly as possible. The only reason I am giving four stars is because of something that happened after I got home with the car. I bought a used Lexus LS430. It is a beautiful car and I hope to keep it a long time. When I test drove the car I explained to Alex, I wanted to make sure every electronic component of the car was in working order. (I know fixing electronics on luxury vehicles gets expensive). Everything seemed to operate as advertised. I went around the car to each window and door lock. I pressed every button I could think of. It wasn't until I got home that I realized the back audio speaker was blown. As I was figuring out the audio configurations, I realized someone had turned the back speaker sound very low in order to avoid the rattling noise of the blown speaker. I still plan on keeping the car. I am not saying someone at Audi Peoria tried to cover up anything, in fact based on their reputation and the service I was provided, I am guessing this is just something that got overlooked. My only concern is I feel like I should have been made aware of the blown speaker. Had it been disclosed I would likely have asked them to fix it and still purchased the vehicle. read more

I went car shopping on a Friday night by web submission/email. I was looking for an extremely good deal on an Audi A3 after reading about some other VW TDI owners finding such deals. I submitted quote requests to 11 dealers across 5 states in my area, and heard back from most of them. Audi Peoria (AZ) was extremely interested in making a deal and we went back and forth a few times Friday night by email, where I laid out what I was trying to achieve. Saturday morning I got another offer from them by email that was very close to what I had set as my goal, and I decided to take it. A little more information exchange with them, including credit checks etc. and I was ready to buy a plane ticket to AZ. I got the ticket and 45 minutes later was at the checkin desk of the airport. Due to some flight delays, I was at Sky Harbor Airport about 3 or 3 1/2 hours later where Audi Peoria picked me up and took me to the dealership. There we went through the paperwork, finalized purchases, signed the docs, and they gave me a tour of the car. I then drove off, procured a few provisions and some dinner, and set off into the sunset for the 10 hour drive home. All in all a very positive experience. Just picked up our 2015 Audi SQ5 & with JJ's help, along with the entire team at Peoria Audi, the purchase was flawless! We had shopped around for several months & had stopped into Scottsdale Audi to test drive the SQ5.....since they didn't have one, we made an appointment to come back in a few weeks & test drive a new one they had coming in. I had recently went to Audi Peoria a month prior to my last experience 3 days ago when we leased the new a4. For whatever reasons the deal last time couldn't get made due to negative equity of my trade in. I got a call from one of the sales associates Mike, who first and foremost apologized that the previous time I came in there I didn't get to drive in the car I wanted to. After the test drive we looked at the numbers and instead of getting me into a used a4, they somehow were able to pull some strings, work in my trade (a very generous offer if I might add) and get my to drive off in the same model with MANY less miles, and the color I always wanted in an Audi. The 5 hours spent were well worth it, and me and my wife couldn't have wished for any other experience than what we had. I just bought an Audi A3 at Peoria Audi in AZ. My sales person was Sinine Bennett. By way of introduction this is my 85th car since I was 16 (including the wife's cars)! I explained my history to Sinine and the first offer she returned with I accepted, a record for the shortest time elapsed in completing a car deal! Very welcomed. What was significant was the fact that I never went to the dealer, never sat in the A3, never drove the A3, never saw the color I chose and Sinine delivered to car to my door in Tubac, AZ. I had to have faith that Audi makes good cars (TRUE!) and that Sinine would follow-up on all the contract and delivery details (also TRUE!). I was worried about purchasing a car out of state but he allayed my fears by providing prompt responses to my rather frequent inquiries. He responded outside of what I consider to be normal business hours promptly and the Audi was delivered safely to my front door, from 1800 miles away, on time as promised. He was able to slightly beat a competitive price I received from another dealer in Ohio, who seemed shady and pushy, so I opted to go through Lou since he came recommended by an acquaintance who also purchased through him.
