Charge disconnect every time I go to charge vehicle
    Vonda M.

I purchased a new 2025 Audi A6 E-tron, been experiencing several charging and camera issues, I was sent to this dealership due to Parker not having a loaner car, I had 40 mi of charge left so making it back home to Aurora was sketchy. When I arrived I was told I had to put 250.00 down on a loaner car. I was never told this nor is it the text they sent. This being a safety issue under warranty I was told there's nothing they can do blaaaaa haaaa . This car has been a nightmare! I expected better service and quality . Audi knows these have charging issues my advice don't buy any EV vehicle from Audi I'm out 70,000 for aPOS that I can't drive

Got my new car it's first oil change and I struck gold with this place. It was insanely easy to schedule a service appointment (got in next day which is insanely rare for me in other states I've lived). They have a coffee bar and snacks which was awesome. Got a really great chai/oat milk latte and I worked in a private room so I could hold my meetings and they.came and got me and shared video via text of the service and explained what they did. 10/10 service, communication, friendliness and amenities. I will definitely be back!

Purchased used 2012Mercedes ML350, the car literally started having problems same day. Car has timing chain that needs to be replaced and you only hear the issue on cold star. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I texted the sales rep same day and called same week multiple times and spoke to multiple managers and they said you're out of luck you should have purchased a warranty.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Sales guy told me all cars are inspected before they are sold yeah right. I'm still in shock over $6000 in repairs to think I went to bigger car car retailer and to think "Audi" and that they would do this to you and not even try to help you or get this problem resolved! 0 Stars Not to mention I paid full retail and the car also has hail which also wasn't disclosed. Hopefully I can save potential buyers from ever purchasing here I am beyond stressed because of this and still in shock. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Any used car dealership would take better care of their customers![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Audi service worked hard to resolve issues I brought up about the quality of how they initially inspected my car.

Finally, we don't have to pay for loaner car and $200 was deducted from the total. Chris, service rep., was very informative.

This was the nicest most professional car dealership I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend Pat and Josh. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Ask the Community - Audi Denver

How much does an oil change cost?

Is there a key drop box for after hours?

Yes there is. If you park your car then In front of the service area is a black metal box. Inside are envelopes to fill out your contact information and put your keys inside. After you seal the envelope there is a mail slot on the side of the glass…

They referred us to the Kia dealer, which I knew would be very expensive. So I did some research online and found Franklynn Automotive. I called and described the situation to Steve. He said they likely can handle it, but would start with a complimentary second opinion. After their inspection, they determined that the hose does not need to be replaced and we only needed to refresh the refrigerant, which they do have the equipment for. In addition, the reason the other shop might have suggested the hose replacement was because of a leak related to the axel. All in, the repairs would be substantially less than the dealer quote for work that may not have been needed in the first place. Overall, great experience with Franklynn.

Went here to get suspension work done on my Tesla. Overall the vibe was friendly and the mechanic…read morethey had look at my car seemed to be top notch. He was the reason I wanted to get the suspension serviced here as his explanation of what I needed done showed his mastery of his craft. However after taking the car to Tesla to get a 2nd opinion I discovered that this shop (not the tech) was trying to charge me literally a 200% markup on the parts to do the repair. Crazy right!!! The genuine Tesla parts for the repair were $209 and these guys quoted those same parts out to $614 (I sent him the estimate from Tesla with the exact cost of the parts). Unfortunately for me Tesla wouldn't work on the car because of an aftermarket body kit the previous owner had installed. I really liked the mechanic at this shop, so I went back to this shop with the intention to move forward even though their cost was literally 56% more ($1,635 vs $2,555) then Tesla for the same work (because of the price gouging on the parts). Then when I asked about it before my approval to move forward the manager got snarky and said how would you expect us to stay in business if we don't markup the parts. I said and I quote "I get a markup on the parts and your high hourly rate for the labor on the work but not a 200% markup on the parts." The guy gave an excuse about the software they use but was unwilling to budge on the price gouging. I literally said why don't you let me buy the parts directly from Tesla and you can still mark them up 25% and he still said no. I was completely professional throughout the conversation, but obviously would not pay a 200% markup on parts on top of the already top of market labor they charge. After the conversation he texted me back and we agreed to not move forward. I only leave this review to warn others. It's a bad business practice to over charge people like that and so I just wanted to give people my story warning them to watch out and be careful before doing any work here. Update: this slime ball's disclosure of all the information I gave his manager, Steve, in good faith is abhorrent. Everything he mentioned on the car was told to them right up front as I told it to the manager, Steve, in person and this clown is repeating word for word what I told his manager. I was cool with this at first but this guy is a complete scum bag now using my own words and lying about it. Anyways besides being a scum bag, no effort at all was made regarding the parts and this shops 200% markup. I literally told the guy running the shop I would buy the parts myself and let them mark it up 25% and still the answer was a quick no. Everything I said was honest and accurate and don't appreciate this guy claiming transparency when his long shpeel was essentially just a my own words complaining about the car I bought and his shops poor excuse for price gauging. They could have done the job without gauging me on the price given I had the option to buy the parts myself. Not cool at all the response from this guy and his piss poor excuse for attempting to rip me off.

I brought my car in for a stalling issue. The initial diagnosis cost $775 to replace a battery…read morecable and add a ground screw, which felt very high. Afterward, I was told the car had multiple oil and coolant leaks and was quoted an additional $3,500 for repairs. On a car worth about $4,000, this didn't make financial sense. When I declined the extensive repairs, there was no discussion of smaller, interim solutions or things I could try myself; the only suggestion was financing the full amount. The immediate next step was being asked to retrieve my vehicle. The shop was extremely busy, and I left with the impression that they prioritize large, high-cost jobs. Disappointed with the experience and lack of flexible solutions, I will not be returning. Update to my previous review: It's been two weeks since I picked up my vehicle, and I have not observed any oil on my driveway. This seems inconsistent with what I was told about the severity of the oil leak issue during my visit. I have checked the oil level multiple times and it appears to remain at the same level. After posting my initial review, I received several phone calls from the shop owner requesting that I modify my review. I eventually asked that these calls stop. Service details: I paid $180 for initial diagnostics, during which I was told there was an 80% probability that the problem was my battery cables. I then paid $235.19 for new battery cables, but it did not resolve the issue. A subsequent diagnosis costing $359.98 identified a bad ground wire, which was then repaired by tapping in a new wire. Additional observations from my service experience: When I collected my vehicle, I noticed what appeared to be a black, grease-like substance on the exterior door handle that was not present when I dropped it off. I also discovered that the front emblem was no longer attached to my vehicle. When I inquired about this inside the shop, staff located the emblem and handed it to me and told me it fell off when they closed the hood. I check my fluids every month, this has never happened to me. There was no offer to repair the damage.
