I bought a 2013 Lexus IS250 from this Dealership in January of this year. The following day I noticed that the rear strut was making awful noises going over the smallest of bumps. On top of that the car would not start due to the battery terminals that were completely loose. I tightened the battery terminals which fixed that problem. I have repeatedly called about the strut, but my calls have not been returned by anyone. I have contacted the sales department and the salesman that sold me the car. The dealership says that used cars go through an extensive inspection process, but it is doubtful because the problems on the car that I bought would have been noticed. The most disturbing fact is that no one has returned my calls or emails. I decided to use this dealership because they make it seem like they are different than others. I understand that you buy used cars as is, but please dont keep repeating that cars go through a rigorous inspection. I purchased a pre-owned 2018 Subaru STI from Audi Denver on February 15, 2021. The buying process overall was positive. The problem was after the sale. Let me explain. When I got home, I realized that my document stack did not contain ALL the forms that I signed at the dealer. I have this thing where I like to have copies of anything with my signature. I contacted my salesman and was told it would be handled, they can just send a PDF via email. Days passed, weeks passed, months passed and it is now May. I still don't have the documents. Since I live nearly 70 miles away, it is not convenient for me to go and stand in their lobby. The second week of March, I started reaching out to managers. There are a lot. The relevant Sales Manager, the Used Car Director, the General Manager. Even the owner. I tried via telephone, email, text - could not get a response. So, if you choose to buy something at Audi Denver, just know that it may be impossible to get any issues solved there once you drive off the lot. The other unfortunate piece is a friend wanted a new Q5 last month. She knew I recently bought my car there so she asked about my experience. I had to suggest she go to Prestige instead because I would not feel comfortable steering any of my contacts to Audi Denver. I'm new to the area and visited the service department for an oil change and was really happy with my experience! Everyone was helpful and friendly. I've never had a technician send me a video of my car while I was waiting - checking the tire pressure, fluids, brake pads and showing me everything was in working order. This review is for the service department upon pick up. First of all when I arrive to pick up my car there is only one available service rep that is not already with a customer or not already on a phone call. So I walk up to him and tell him hello since he didn't acknowledge my presence. He looked up and I told him I needed to pick up my car and he said, hey we are all busy, and I will be right with you. I said no problem so I stepped aside and waited. He then proceeded to make about a 4 minute phone call while I waited. After he got off the call he was nice as possible, provided my paperwork, and told me to wait outside for my car. About 9 minutes later no car so I went back into the service Bay where a girl on a radio said she would locate my car. She was able to get ahold of somebody on the radio and told me that my car was in the car wash and it would be out a few minutes later, and to continue waiting outside. So I waited outside and about another 7 minutes later, still no car so I walk into the service Bay again and low and behold there is my car. I asked the girl how long my car is been here she said shortly after you went outside, and I said well you told me to wait outside but the car is in here? She said yeah sorry about that but you're good to go. The service department is a joke and it's not the first time I have had to make a major complaint. Purchased a certified pre-owned S4 from them back in 2017, the sales guy showed me a carfax report which had no damage or no accident history on it. I also got a copy of the certified ore owned inspection which reflected no problem of the car. However, recently I found out through Carfax that there was a damage to the car before I got it. I am so angry with the way I was treated and am still being treated at Denver Audi that I don't even know where to start. I was dealing with two men, one being a manager. The names of the two men are Michael Bonino and Dan Torpy. I currently have a loan with BMW for a brand new Mini Cooper that I bought in California in 2011. I am in Colorado now and need something better in the winter. I first went to Carmax down the street from Audi just to get an appraisal done on my Mini to see what they would buy my car for. They said $10,000 but they only give you a week with that offer. I then go to Audi and Michael Bonino, the manager is the first to help me. He asked for my drivers license, car registration and social security number. I give him all three. He then had Dan Torpy take me on a test drive of the Q5. I love it and am ready to get it. Dan looks on computer and finds me one that is being shipped within a week. We go back and forth on details, and first thinking it may be a lease. I leave to think about it. Dan and Michael tell me to call them with a credit card number when I get home to hold car. I get home but decide I would prefer a loan over a lease because I don't want to have to worry about driving over the miles on a lease. So, I call Dan and tell him, he said they will work up new numbers for a loan and to come in next day. I come in bringing them both cupcakes because so far I thought they were being helpful and making process easy. After changing it over to a loan and getting through all the details of the monthly payment. I'm ready to buy my car. Dan shakes my hand and says, "congratulations on your new car." He tells me all he needs is $1000 to hold car until it arrives. I give them $1000 in cash. They say as soon as my car arrives, they will call and all I'll need to do is come get my car. I leave excited for my new car! I get a text message from Dan (not a call) a few days later right before the weekend, the text says that my car has arrived and to call him. I call him and it goes right to voicemail. I left a message and told him to call me back. He didn't. I then texted him asking if he got my voicemail. He responds right away saying, "yes, but hes busy." I text later saying, "what's going on?" I don't find out what's going on until AFTER the weekend! He sends me an email saying that the car isn't mine now... I'm thinking, "what!!!!???" So when you shook my hand and congratulated me on my new car that I gave you $1000 for and have been waiting for it to arrive it was just for fun?? So, now I don't have a new car? And, they still haven't given me back my $1000 and when I text him or email him, he doesn't respond to me about my money. I'm furious. I didn't expect to be treated this way at Audi, this is something I'd expect from a used car dealer. Also, now I lost my deal with Carmax to give them my car for $10,000. Dan and Michael both knew that deal was only good for a week and they spread out this whole situation so I that I lost that. Also, Michael the manager was insulting. When I was there, I had showed him my iPhone because it was shattered from just dropping it and he made a joke that he had just done same thing and he was embarrassed to let anyone see it because it was "so white trash".. His exact words. So, basically he was calling me white trash. I am a very honest person and I do not like to complain but I do stand up for myself when it's needed and I fully feel lied to and pushed and pulled every which way by these two. Many of you are aware that in order to build brand loyalty and dealership loyalty car manufacturers will offer multipoint inspections or other perks to make you feel like a valued customer and that the brand cares about ensuring the ongoing quality of your vehicle. Having owned 6 makes of cars over my lifetime I know this is a common practice and generates goodwill that keeps me at the dealership and not an independent shop. I had an inspection light come on and called Audi Denver service. The kind gentleman I spoke with said "no problem... bring it in and we will do a complimentary inspection and reset the light." he even offered to run it through the wash. I was impressed and pleased that the dealer would treat its customers this way. My Porsche dealership offers courtesy car washes and other perks so it seemed reasonable. When I arrived for my appointment the service rep seemed baffled as to why I was there. When I explained the situation he said' We can't do that." "We can't do work for free." He didn't stand behind what the prior rep had told me, made me feel as though I was being judged as foolish for expecting such a thing and offered a $190 inspection. Needless to say I left. I love my Audi but other brands offer a better customer buying and service experience. read more

I believe I spoke with Ryan the day I had my service done. He didn't offer a resolution then, when I stood in front of him, and I believe you're only writing this now because you're trying to appear to care. McDonald Audi promised me a loaner and when I arrived after an hour drive through traffic, they were out of cars. I spent another hour trying to get a loaner and ultimately ended up with a beat up Kia that required a Lyft ride across town and a long wait at the rental counter. In total, I spent 3 hours just dropping my car off for service. It was the worst service I've ever received. I'll never purchase another Audi again. Service is always a challenge, there are no loaners and oddly, every expense is outside of the expensive warranty I purchased. I had zero issues like this with Volvo and since you're owned by the same company, McDonald Automotive, it would appear that your service department challenges are directly linked to your service manager. read more

These guys went so above and beyond for me after my used car purchase that they completely changed my opinion of the used car business. I bought a 2008 BMW 535 xi Wagon from them a couple of months ago. I drove from their lot up to the mountains and the transmission warning light came on. I called the salesman and he told me to go ahead and drive it for the weekend but bring it on on Monday and they would check it out. To make a long story short... it needed a new transmission and blower fan and some other minor things that totaled over $9,000. They used their clout to make sure the warranty company (UAL) covered the entire repair. McDonald (now known as Audi Denver) even paid my $100 deductible. And, get this... while it was in their shop, I had a trip to Moab planned for Spring Break with my son. They gave me a brand new Audi Allroad to drive the entire time they had my car, including to Moab. That was facilitated by Kyle Fernandez, who provided me with impeccable service from start to finish. A couple of months went by and the engine warning light started to come on each time I floored the accelerator. Again I took it in and it required another huge repair to the turbo system for a total of $4,800. I had planned to take the car to the mountains for my high school reunion this weekend and I asked if they could, again, give me another car to drive. I indicated I was interested in trading the BMW back to them for something more reliable and that I was interested in a 2013 Audi Q7. The used car manager, Steve Powers (incredible guy!), said he would let me take the Q7 up to the mountains for my reunion and we could talk next week about the status of the BMW. Steve said, If necessary, he would again get involved to "encourage" the warranty company to cover the repair. I did read many complaints about UAL on the Internet and they seem to have a pattern of refusing to cover things that are part of their warranty by saying the break down was caused by failure to properly service the vehicle. I absolutely love the BMW, but I think it would be more prudent to get a newer car that still has some factory warranty behind it. Steve said he appreciated my candor and the fact that I didn't point fingers at them for all of the problems I have experienced and that he would absolutely take care of me. He told me to go enjoy my reunion, not worry about a thing and we would talk when I got back. Keep in mind that I bought a used BMW for $22k from them, not a new expensive high end Audi. I am absolutely floored at the level of service I have received from start to finish from these guys. They deserve your business and everyone deserves to have a used car buying experience like this. This place is a mill whose only goal is to charge the customer as much as possible. In my experience they could care less about actually taking care of their customers; its all a thinly veiled scam to bleed you of money and pressure you to get any conceivable repair done at an inflated price. Even if something is under warranty they will still fight you on it. In my opinion you are way better off going to a shop that just works on Audi's and you can trust and get charged 1/3 less than this dealership. Audi Denver has been pretty much amazing since I purchased my car last year. I've worked with Michael B. quite a bit and he has always been very accomodating and awesome. I think of Audi as a great "intro" to luxury, and also still fairly reasonable for us middle class folk. Today I didn't have quite as good an experience. I talked to a gentleman by the name of Keith, and he didn't seem as warm and friendly as Michael or anyone else I've spoke with at Audi. I am having a reoccuring problem, and felt like I was being frowned upon for asking for a loaner so I could head back to work while they are servicing my car. I believe in equal rights of all people who own an Audi, not just the rich people. :) Please make sure to take care of all people with the same respect - Audi Denver has a great name and would hate for it to be tarnished. read more

What can I say, 1 star is too much! After finally being able to get in for a service call, my wife arrived at her appointment time of 8 30 and was told it would take about 2 hours to complete the inspection and service. After 2 hours and 15 minutes she received a video of the inspection of ANOTHER auto, not HERS. How hard can it be to send the correct video? She was then told that her car was only being looked at now and it would be another 1/2 hour or so. Didnt happen. Numerous clients came and went. Could be that there is lots of activity to set up for a company wide party here at 3:00, from what I heard. Maybe the service crew are helping with the setup? After another hour with NO STATUS UPDATE, she finally hunted someone down and the service manager approached her and said he would check on it. In all fairness, the service manager was very nice and was trying to repair the situation as best as possible. The car was finally done but she is still waiting on the video review. 3.5 hours later, her car was done and she left, AND THIS WAS JUST FOR A 50k mile check that was only an oil change. It's one thing to have process issues but another for lack of customer service. Still waiting for the service video and beginning to question if service was even performed due to all the screw ups. read more

Have recently moved to Denver from Ohio and have had my 10k mile first service at Audi of Denver. Back in Ohio I had damaged my pre-sense sensor and Audi Denver repaired it, fixed my alignment and cruise control (drive from Ohio) in two days. My rental care was a beautiful A4 with no charge. I return again to have a front license plate holder installed. The dealership is beautiful - very comfortable waiting area with great amenities and fast free WiFi. Sometimes the service takes longer than expected but the work is flawless, my car is return immaculately clean and the work is flawless. The staff is incredible friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this dealer for purchases and service. read more

I recently moved to Colorado Springs and had to find an Audi dealer to service my car because my air conditioner on my 2016 Audi Q3 stopped working. The heat index that day was 94°. I was very disappointed in the response I got from the local Audi dealer, who couldn't fit me into their schedule for at least 4 days. I called Audi Denver and they told me to drive down the same day. My service representative, Lorenzo Sanchez was very professional, courteous and went above and beyond to help me. He provided me with a loaner and assured me they would work on my car the next day. (I got there late in the evening.) I'm thankful that their service department doesn't close until midnight! That within itself is outstanding!! They sent me a video showing me exactly what was going on with my car. While performing the system check, they found another major problem (which was covered under my warranty, along with the a/c problem) and showed me on the video step by step what they were doing. I have never known an Audi dealership to be as transparent with the diagnostic performance as Audi Denver. This is my 3rd Audi and they were all purchased in Hawaii. The dealership there and several others I've used as I traveled across the country cannot compare to my experience here. I can't thank you guys enough for your immediate help, courteous service and transparency in the diagnostic process. Audi USA would be number 1 in America if all Audi dealerships were as honest and transparent as Audi Denver. There's a new cafe, wonderful waiting areas; it's just a few amenities short of being a full service spa not only for your automobile, but for yourself, as well. Everyone knows how stressful buying a new car can be, and we all dread it immensely. I think I'd rather go to the dentist! In fact, I had had a horrific time at another dealer. Very disappointed is the overall feeling with the Service Department. We brought our car into the Service Department to have several recall items addressed. We brought the car to the Dealership on a Friday morning and were informed that the car would be available later that day. The Service Advisor called me later to say that one of the recall items was going to require that the dash will need to be removed and put back in place. Therefore, the car would require much more time (another 24-48 hours). We were totally fine with that since we had a loaner vehicle. We picked up the car late Saturday afternoon and all seemed well. However, after driving the car we noticed a rattle in the dash. I contacted the Service Advisor regarding this situation and scheduled a follow-up appointment to have the rattle addressed. We drove to the Service Department at our appointed time. The Service Advisor informed us that the recall item did not require the dash to be removed and put back in place. I challenged him on the fact that he communicated to us that the dash needed to be removed and put back in place and that would require an additional 24 - 48 hours. He said that he was wrong and the Service Department Manager said that the dash was not touched. So we were turned away - after taking off work in the morning to come to the dealer - and driving in rush hour traffic for 1 hour. Why was I not told this prior to my trip? Why was I told the dash was removed and the car was needed another 24-48 hours? This is unacceptable and unprofessional. No follow-up from the dealership was made so I am writing this review. All we know is that that dash now rattles. I consider an Audi to be a superior vehicle and high quality. Even more shockingly, I was informed by the Service Advisor that I should see about using tape or felt to mitigate the rattle issue. I am somewhat stunned at this situation and do not recommend taking your car for Service at this dealership. She didn't exactly know what she wanted but we felt the sales guy (I won't name him) kept trying to push her onto things she didn't need in a car. He also talked down to us a majority of the visit (I feel it's because we were two younger women). One of the managers, Doug, also helped us. His demeanor was much better and he honestly made the visit much better. Unfortunately things didn't work out financially but overall, didn't feel respected as a customer or that the staff was trying to find a car that catered to our needs. Took my car here a couple years ago for simple service. 95,000 mile service. Got it back and the drain plug is leaking now they said. Then they tell me It's $5000 to get new oil pan. Maybe if they didn't use a impact drill on it I wouldn't have had this problem. I've never had any issues at any other audi. And my car has been to nobody but audi dealerships. I had this issue with this dealership and because of it I would not recommend coming here. Id recommend Phil long audi in the springs. I've never had any problems with phil long audi. You go there for one issue and you leave with no new issues. Stay away from Denver audi. read more

I brought my 2013 Audi S6 into the service department twice. The first was for a faulty differential when my car was still under the CPO warranty. The service advisor didn't initially honour the warranty because it didn't show up on the paperwork. After talking with sales and some major pushback, they eventually honoured it. The second time was for routine maintenance. They found me brakes were bad. They quoted me over 3 grand for all four brakes. I went to Berg Performance instead. They verified my brakes were bad, but did it for a thousand dollars less. This dealership price gouges pretty bad. read more

I started off considering an A3 or possibly an A5, but throughout it all Chris Sandelli was fantastic. Always supportive of my questions, but never in a rush or pressured a sale at any time. Because of that approach - once I knew I wanted an S3 - Chris was the only person I was going to buy from. The delivery day felt special. Service - exceptional. Set up an appointment for a 3rd year service for an Audi Q5. Walked through what was needed and what was not needed based on service history. Set up a Lyft ride. The service department sent me a video of the car prior to it being worked on, listing all the service details and fluids to be used, tire/break life remaining. Sales - Second week of August there was a Black B7 Audi RS4 listed. On August 8th, 2020 I spoke with Errol Wade. Who is also the car owner. He told me in order to sell the car, I had to show up that day (August 8th, 2020) and buy it. I chose to leave it alone, and said thank you. On Monday August 10th, 2020 Jeremy Forcier called me to give more information about the car since Errol was not available. I asked very specific questions about the car. He called me back with brief, uninformative and unprofessional answers, annoyed that I had a detailed inquiry regarding a car. I scheduled an appointment for August 11th at 5pm to view the car. After shifting my schedule, I got a call back 2 hours later that the listing has been down since Saturday. Bottom line - Jeremy was very uninformed and unprofessional. Conclusion: service department is exceptional. Jeremy Forcier: unprofessional. I took my girlfriends car here today to get the service light checked. I had an appointment and when I arrived they said that it would be two hours. I asked what took so long, and they said they had to hook a laptop up to the car to check it! That takes two hours to check to see what is wrong with the car!!!! Anyway, this dealership is in the middle of nowhere and it takes me 45 minutes each way to get here as I explained to the guy. The light came on after the tires were changed and all that needed to be done is reset the light. The guy had an attitude and this dealership has terrible customer service. I had a great experience at audi of denver. Here are some of the highlights: 1. Got the car we wanted, at the price we wanted 2. Our salesman, Taj, was friendly and direct. Helped us find the right car without pressure. The manager was also very helpful and willing to talk about our move to the Denver area 3. The waiting area was beautiful with a full drink and food cafe with tvs. Helped keep kids occupied. 4. Car was delivered to our home within 4 days. It was not in the showroom.
