I've had my car for 4 1/2 years now and have only serviced it here. The servicers have always been professional and easy to work with. This time was no exception. The mechanic who worked on my car did not properly refasten some trim. The valet noticed it and stopped me before I could drive off. He reported it to the servicer and ended up taking care of it himself. I'm at four stars instead of five for two reasons: 1) I don't think the car should have left the mechanic in the first place with the trim hanging down AND, it was a regular service, why did they need to take the trim off in the first place?; and 2) Getting the appointment is HELL-A-HARD! Making it is easy, but appointments are six weeks out! (Sometimes more!) and the website appointment app is broken. According to the app, there are no appointments through the end of the year. I got in on standby and a lark, again a testament to the amazing front end service (Sonnie), but this isn't the first time I've had problems finding a time. Other than that, the service manager (Marisa) is the very best and has put the customer needs front and center EVERY TIME! The area is neat and clean and always feels welcoming. Their coffee machine is **amazing!** I wish they'd let me stop by just for coffee! :( She clearly runs a tight ship. KUDOS!!! read more

Didn't plan on it, but bought my first Audi this past weekend. Initially went to BMW on Kapiolani Blvd and was set on getting the 3 or 5 series. Test drove both models. Wasn't too impressed with the 3 series and although the 5 series was better decided to think it over. My husband suggested we go across the street to Audi. He did his research beforehand and was very impressed with the A5 due to its tech features. They had complimentary valet. Was approached by James who was very informative. We saw two sales reps. sitting down talking story and 1 walked passed us a few times (maybe helping other customers). We could not find a receptionist and the sales reps. would not acknowledge us. Audi has always taken great pride in supporting that need of their customers when their vehicles experiences problems, recalls, or periodic maintenance. Treating your customers because of the distance of their work/home from your shop; or giving me another lame excuse that my vehicle has exceeded the warranty period simply leaves me puzzled and totally disappointed with this premium car and service in Honolulu. Tam Le. That's the guy you want to see. He was up front and honest, even about his inexperience and relatively new career in sales. Despite his inexperience, he was very knowledgeable and when he didn't know the answer, he was able to get it quickly. We had a Mercedes to trade in and they gave us the highest trade in value possible. It was $10k higher than any other dealer we visited.
