Took my Audi in to pick up a charger cable adapter and a test of the charging system. The notification which came in the mail was very clear about what to do in preparation for the visit to their shop at Audi North OC. Appointment setup was a breeze through their automated phone system. Jake Haslemann handled my service very effectively and returned my vehicle after testing the new 220VAC adapter with the rest of the cable charger and had the car washed. In and out within 20 minutes on a weekday at lunchtime. Amazing!!! read more

The absolute worst Audi dealership around. A total hustle. They lie and are dishonest. We took our car in for a diagnostic because it was leaking oil. They told us if we wanted the 80k mile service it was $1300, and a diagnostics was $295. We told them to do the diagnostic first and then we would decide. Quote of $7,000 for repair .. we said no - we're gonna trade it in, so we will pay for the diagnostics and pick it up. They tried to tell us they did the service on an engine leaking oil everywhere (and a car that just had an oil change and cabin filter etc. about a week ago) and we owed $1600?!? We never authorized the service and who would service an engine with $7000 worth of damage while we were deciding whether to repair or not. Steve Cosby changed the whole story and outright lied to us multiple times. Go to Santa Ana. They're much better. read more

I leased my car here back in 2022 and was helped by Brian who was amazing. I came in here today as due to my growing family I was thinking of getting out of my lease. Obviously I know getting out of a lease is pricey but I wanted to see what my options were. The guy who helped was awful. Didn't get his name but he had a black satchel bag on. He basically was making us feel dumb for even trying to get out the lease. I told him how once with my car when it was only about 7 months old it stalled in an intersection and how I also had sensor issues but Audi did fix any problem I had. He basically told me that was not possible to happen. Finally we left and as I was walking out from the bathroom I heard him telling the other worker about why we came in and practically mocking my story of my car stalling. He saw me as he was mid conversation and got super quiet let alone didn't say bye as he knew I heard everything. I mean if you are looking for lazy salesman who like making you feel below them then this is the place for you to come to! Safe to say they won't get my business after my lease is up. I had an exceptional sales experience, specifically from one sales person, Richard Mitts. He was actually referred to me by one of my mom's associates, and boy am I glad I ran into this guy! I had previously gone to a few other Audi dealers to look at a very specific car, and with every other place I visited, it was the usual, sales people that try to sell me something I don't want, sales people that give me the BS sales pitches, sales people that only care about trying to close a deal the same day, and ultimately, sales people that try to put sales pressure on me. Going to Richard, there was none of this. Richard immediately realized that I had done plenty of research, and knew exactly what I wanted, at no point did Richard try to sell me something I didn't want. After the first visit to the dealership to talk with Richard, we discussed a few cars that were possibilities, and Richard provided me with a flat out deal that didn't need any negotiations, unlike other dealerships that told me I'd have to pay MSRP for the car I wanted. I explained that I would need to think about what I'd like to do, and Richard made no attempt to try and prevent me from leaving in peace. After further thought and research, I concluded that I wanted a very specific car, and doing a search on the Audi website for every single car in America, it turned out there was only one in the entire country, located in Salt Lake City, Utah. So, I called Richard up and informed him of my very exacting decision, he did not say anything to try and persuade me otherwise. He told me he would look into it, and get back to me. At this point, I basically let fate dictate things, if fate somehow can get me the exact car I want at the price I want, then so be it, otherwise I had already decided I would simply just not purchase anything at the current time. Fortunately, fate seemed to be on my side, Richard said that the dealership happened to have a connection at that exact dealership in SLC, Utah, and they agreed to do a dealer trade for the car. So, going back into the dealership to discuss the pricing, again Richard presented me with a similar deal that he presented to me previously. I mentioned some number discrepancies, and Richard took the time to explain everything to me in detail, to the point where I was satisfied with everything. And to even see how willing the dealership was to gain my business, I asked for one additional discount to the price, which they agreed on. As the car needed to be delivered quite a far distance away, I wanted almost a week for it to arrive, and once it did, I went into the dealership once more to take a look at it. The car was pretty much immaculate, Richard even took the extra effort to set it up in a "showroom" type atmosphere, with a bow and all. After final negotiations/agreements/paperwork were all done, Richard spent a nice chunk of time explaining all the basic features of the car with me, including setting up all of the accounts/features/etc., which saved me the effort of figuring out everything myself. I've now had the car for about two weeks, and Richard has followed up with me several times, ensuring that everything is still good, and making sure if I had any additional questions about the car or not. If you look at some of my previous reviews in terms of car sales people, I've been fortunate to have met folks like Richard, and time and time again I will only deal with these type of sales people. So, if you want to have an extremely pleasant sales experience without the usual sales BS, go see Richard, you'd be stupid if you didn't. Thanks Richard! read more

Are you kidding me?! Fool me once... first time went in for an oil change, was presented a estimate for nearly $6,000.00. Taking the same vehicle to another dealer, total cost to repair the ACTUAL items that were failing= $870.00. Second stop- had a CEL and was getting ready for a long trip. Stopped in and asked if they would do an OBD Scan. They said sure but we charge for diagnostics. (Which I have been told it's illegal in CA to charge to diagnose an issue). Left, went to an auto parts store and had the code read in 6 min. Audi OC is off the list of options- literally pick anywhere else. read more

As a Jersey girl, this is what I respect! What a wonderful dealership to work with. Austin listened to me via phone and worked effortlessly to get my deal where I wanted it to be. Levi helped finish the deal in person and was very pleasant and easy to work with. Lastly, I met with the finance manager, Chris, and all I can say is wow, what a stand up guy. AUSTIN LUCIANO IS THE MAN!!! JUSTIN LADD IS TOO! My wife and I drove up to Audi North OC to look at the Q5 Prestige and we were so impressed by Austin & Justin that we traded in my BMW 330e for an A4 as well. Seriously, the team up here at Audi North OC are THE BEST. Recently, a competing dealership offered to buy my Audi A4 at the end of my lease so I took their offer and ran. Unbeknownst to me, I sold them a gem that had been garaged during the whole of Covid and didn't have anything to replace it with so I ended up with a hydrid-big mistake! Fast forward eight months and not being in love with my BMW, I was open to the idea of replacing it. Sensing this, Austin pulled out an A4 Quattro, hands me the key and says "Let me know what you think?" Being a veteran salesman of 20+ years, this "soft sell" approach was much appreciated. Audi North OC had already sold us a beautiful Q5 and were putting the paperwork together when Austin (wisely) sensed an opportunity and planted the seed and guess what? I bit! I'm glad I did too because the A4 drove so much better than my 330e, plus Justin made us an offer we couldn't refuse. Having spent the past two years out of state, I had no idea this dealership even existed and here they are knocking our socks off?!! At the end of the day, the expertise displayed by Austin & Justin made it impossible to say NO and we drove away with two new cars. Well played, gentlemen. I rarely give reviews on car dealerships, but felt this dealership was outstanding. It began with Levi in sales. He quickly prepared a lease estimate which was better than other dealers and got a good deal for me. He was very friendly and transparent. I had an issue with the first finance guy who add on products not explained to me which added to my lease payment. It was partly my fault as I did not read the contract thoroughly. As soon As I discovered this, Levi and his manager Justin corrected this immediately. Justin meet with me for about 30 minutes explaining a new contract which was on my terms. These contract can be confusing, but Justin explained it clearly to me. He is also a very pleasant to deal with. Lastly I had Jimmy a new finance guy who explained how they were able to save me some money and explained in detail every charge on the contract without any unwanted add ons. My first visit to Audi of North OC was a great one. Granted, it was a repair covered under warranty, I was still treated like I was spending thousands of dollars in their service department. Their shop foreman took a ride with me to hear the noise in my front left wheel well, and confirmed it was a suspension component, and that I was not crazy. I was provided a top-notch loaner vehicle while they did the warranty work. A few days later, I received a video explaining what was done to my car. The check in and check out process was seamless and I was only there for about 15 minutes each. After getting in my car, I noticed the noise was completely gone, and my car was super clean inside and out. The service advisor, Nazila Karimi, was kind and responsive to me, even on her day off. I will definitely be back to this dealership for any other issues, and will probably get my next car here. Understandably, this is a brand new dealership, so everything there was clean and new so far, but hopefully they can keep it maintained for years to come.
