Worst car I have ever purchased. Even poorer customer service. I purchased A 2016 Volvo xc90 02/ 05/2022 with 57,000 miles on the car. We purchased a gold package warranty on the car at time of purchase. The finance department person who helped us never submitted our warranty for several months. We found out as the car started having issues and when we went to submit our repairs they found this out.. Since February, we have spent a total out of pocket on repairs of $18,000.00. Averaging over $1600 a month in repairs on a car that should have been better inspected and not one issue has been covered under the "Gold" package warranty. They sold me the vehicle with two bare tires. We called and discussed with the management that these should be paid for by dealership. They agreed to pay for one of the two tires to be replaced. Never did they follow through. Not only did they not follow through with that but with literally several of the requests we asked for. I would leave messages and request a call back only to never receive them. I have never written a bad review in my life but this is beyond ridiculous. Last month I had to have $3500.00 in repairs done. My car is now in the shop for a second time with a total estimate of $4500.00 in repairs as of today. The piston got stuck and wore down perfectly good breaks in three days. Now the breaks and break pads and rotaries need replaced. The front control arm bushings are literally BROKEN. The torque strut mount is torn and TRANSMISSION mount is leaking. The car is non operable and unsafe to drive after spending 18k?!?! At the rate this is going I will have spent half the amount again for this car. The torque strut mount is now torn and transmission mount is leaking. Did I mention that the roof leaks inside the car? I have to put an empty cup under leak when it rains or I go through a car wash. I am so disappointed in the lack of care, follow through and I am seriously questioning their ability to "review" honestly their used and certified used cars. They have totally done wrong by my family. Now it is the week before Christmas and we have had to cancel our plans to drive to Nashville as the car is inoperable and unsafe and there is no SUV rentals available in Scottsdale/ Phoenix.If you do not wish to be out thousands of dollars and no one to help you let alone return your call... Got my car recently serviced here because I was due for an oil change. The service team was great. They were able to see that I had Audi Car Care on my car by looking at the Elsa which the previous dealership I had been to, failed to do. Was able to get my car service for no charge. They were also able to lend me a loaner car with short notice. Oil change took longer than expected but would definitely come back to this location to have my car serviced! read more

Before even wasting my time with another dealership experience I sent over all the information needed to appraise my trade in of my Bentley. I was told by Nick the salesman that they could give me what I needed on my trade in if I came in. I came in and they not only low balled me on my trade jn but had a $25k dealer marked up premium on the Etron GT. Then gave me the run around in the interest rate 2% above the promotional interest. Played the expected dealership game of wasting your time. Then of course Said they were doing me a favor since there's such a long waiting list for the car. I love this shop! The service representative Ryan is amazing. One of the most friendliest and helpful people I have met at a car dealership. My sales representative was easy to work with and very responsive. We walked in, looked at the car, test drove it and told him we wanted to think about it. The next day we came in looked it over again and went to lunch. During lunch we decided to make an offer. I called made our offer and we went back-and-forth then came right in to sign paperwork. We would've been in and out in an hour if it wasn't for the detail shop taking a little longer than anticipated. Nelson was taking care of my process that I started online. When I was there the process was not smooth and he didn't work with me. He is friendly but no helpful. I have to admit as a young woman I was kind of intimidated walking into a high-end dealership on my own. I purchased a used 2018 Audi A3 S-line editition in September 2022 with ~40,000 miles on it. I don't think Audi North Scottsdale even checked some of the major things and did the necessary repairs or replacements before selling. Within the first 2 weeks of owning the vehicle I had to replace all 4 tires as 2 were below the acceptable level for tread wear and the other 2 were very close. Within the next 90 days I also had to replace the brakes, not just the pads but the rotors as well because they were grooved and damanged. All this before I could event put 3,000 miles on the car. Go to Audi of Gilbert, Audi of Chandler, or Audit of Peoria but stay away from Audi of North Scottsdale. They are not transparent or honest about the condition of their used vehicles. read more

Drove in from Flagstaff for warranty and recall work. Have to say I received top notch service from the minute I arrived until the minute I left. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. If I had to be picky, the guy who set up my loaner was not very dynamic and the loaner they gave me hadn't been cleaned inside. Not going to fault them for that, as they probably have quick loaner turnover. Picking car up tomorrow--will edit review when I am done. 12/29-so, I drove in and picked up my Audi. Met immediately by staff who took care of the loaner. Walked to the cashier and received my paperwork. Took that to the valet who delivered my car (it was washed too). 5 star service again!!!! I was shopping for a car and stopped by this dealership to check out a few of the models on their lot. It was a Saturday afternoon and this place was packed! I had to wait around 15 min for a salesperson to free up so I could test drive a couple of the cars I had on my list. The receptionist was very friendly and talked to me while I waited. She cooked up some Popcorn for the customers waiting in the lobby area and offered me some. I wasn't in the mood for any, so I declined, but it was nice of her to offer. The cars I test drove were ok, but they didn't "feel like my car", so I left empty handed. On to the next dealership. Since the April 2014 day I drove my S4 off the lot I have only been bringing it to this location. The customer service is always incredible. Jason Brown was initially my service provider and he has always been a great resource, explaining what is going on with my car and accommodating me with a loaner that works around my busy work schedule. Recently I've been working with Jason Hughes who is also very attentive, helpful and works around my schedule with me to get my car in and out without any hassle. They recently remodeled their interiors and it definitely has a more polished look. There's also a waiting area with a tv and snacks if you want to wait for your car. read more

The perfect car I was looking for was not on the lot when we visited. Ronald Sparazynski was the salesman who greeted us. He found a car on the website and told us it was on it's way to the dealership and would arrive in about six weeks. When it arrived, we went in for a test drive. Ron was very informative and explained in detail how to drive the car and what almost every function was for. As we test drove, he continued explaining the features. He has very nice, respectful, and patient with us. We did purchase the car that day and the entire process was smooth and easy. The entire time, Ron made us feel comfortable with his knowledge and efficiency. We left the car to have a paint film applied to the front. A few days later, Ron called and told us he would deliver the car to us, even though we lived 45 minutes away; this was greatly appreciated. Mr. Powell, I felt compelled to write you regarding the extremely disappointing, offensive, and insulting experience I encountered with your dealership, starting with my initial contact with Debbie Lloyd. I was hoping to go to your dealership on new year's eve to test drive two certified A4's I found through USAA's car buying service. During my call with Debbie that day, she made it very clear that she was leaving right at 4 so I would have to arrive a few hours prior to that time. That was not a possibility for me so I contacted her this morning to confirm the two vehicles I was interested in were still available. Again, she indicated she was leaving right at 4 as she had family in town. Due to this, I left work early and arrived at your dealership shortly after 3. Upon arrival, she was already helping another customer so I asked if someone else was available to help, at which time Singh was referred to me. Immediately, Singh gave off the impression he could not be bothered and really had no interest in helping. In fact, he made zero effort in even trying to sell the vehicle, by failing to educate me about Audi's, the features of the car, etc. He may have spoken a few words, at most, during the test drive. It was the strangest experience I have ever encountered while test driving a car. When it came to the negotiations, the experience was no different-- disappointing! Of course, my initial counter was just that-- an "initial" counter. I was certain there would be more of a dialogue, but Singh and the manger were completely dismissive of me! From the moment I walked through your doors, I truly got the sense that an assumption was made that I either didn't have the money or credit to purchase a vehicle at your dealership. Sadly, I had every intention on purchasing the 2019 A4 Premium Titanium. I have excellent credit and income, and have already secured financing for well over the asking price of this vehicle. I'm fairly certain reception by your sales people and manager would have been completely different had I been a man, came in as a couple, not have been a minority, or if I was dressed in my business attire. My experience with North Scottsdale Audi was, by far, the most disappointing and offensive experience I have ever encountered with a dealership. I bought a new Q5 in August with full warranty package including tire coverage. Today my tire pressure indicator came on and I found a screw in a tire. Upon calling the north scottsdale Audi service center, I was told that they were booking out until mid-May! Upon further pressing about the tire package I purchased, the service center stated I could do an emergency drop off but they could not get to it for a few days and they would not give a loaner. So why did I pay for a tire package? The customer service is great when they are selling a car but watch out once you buy from this particular dealership. Also left two messages for Chris, the GM, who has yet to call back. And this unfortunately is not the first issue of this kind in the first 7 months after purchase. I have purchased almost 40 cars over the years - on average 1 every year and this has become the most regrettable purchase I've ever made. I was charged for window tint that was not installed on the car with no option to remove the charge and instead went through 3 days of harassment and inconvenience only to get it back with a driver's side window with bubbles still all over it 4 days later. Find out I am being charged $45 per motnh on my car payment for a "ceramic coating" that I don't have any documentation or warranty on or even know if it was actually installed. Then today I was told my $88,000 new Audi does not come with a cargo cover even though there are big notches on either side of the cargo area for a cover. I really wanted to cancel the whole thing 24 hours after leaving the dealer and told the Sales Manager Kari that who of coruse told me they would not do that. But then today another sales manager named "Doug" told me in a very condescending way they would buy the car back at "used market value less taxes" if I was not happy with the car - what complete d-bag. Audi North Scottsdale has ruined the Audi brand for me and ruined any enjoyment I could ever have with this car. DON'T BUY AN AUDI - there are are better luxury cars and more professional dealerships. My Genesis was a much better vehicle! read more

Despite calling a week ahead of time to schedule a service and driving 2hrs from out of town my reservation was questioned upon checking in. They had no clue what service I had scheduled and were under the impression I was leaving my car for a few days versus getting same day service which Is what I was told on the scheduling call. Upon driving up to the dealership my husband and I verbalized our anticipation of something going wrong. It's just unfortunate they lived up to our expectations . Don't take your Audi here if you want to be overcharged. The dealer is always the most expensive option for very simple things. I had to take my Q7 there because a rear hatch motor was not properly attached to the passenger side hinge and it required synchronization. There were no parts involved. Just remounting and syncing the motor to the bracket hinge the cost was $797!!! If I could have figured out how to sync the gear it would have taken me under 40 minutes to reattach the motor. I just couldn't sync the gear which was all that was needed to mount the motor. They also wanted to charge over $800 to replace a AC fan motor and resistor. I got OEM parts for under $90 and replaced it myself in under 30 minutes! Both parts were easy to remove and replace. Routine maintenance also cost an arm and a leg. There are other more reasonable service options. read more
