Josh the service advisor, and dylan the one of the other main guys in the service department are super friendly, funny, knowledgeable, easy to talk with, and not always straight down to business, the people over there never make you feel like you need to be in and out of their dealership, they are their to help wiether its with service, sales, or simply getting quotes on parts. The parts department is super helpful and knowledgeable aswell and going in and being able to look at the oem diagrams of the car is really nice when needing specific stuff and they take the time to do that and aside of all that their waiting room is comfortable and clean with coffee, other drinks, and a lot of audi decorations / accessories if your a car head, along with their shuttle service if your having your vehicle worked on and want to go home or anywhere close to not be just sitting at the dealer, super friendly people that run the shuttles and very easy to communicate with keeping you updated on your vehicle and letting you know when they will be on the way, all of the guys in the service department are also stellar! From sending you video updates of how everything is going and keeping everything how it was before and clean! Bought a '14 Audi from them. Asked important questions about Audi and history of oil leaks-even saw the 50 point inspection a they did before selling the car - all checked out at that time. I had car one week, oil low light came on. Brought back in and was quoted repair bill $1600 above what I paid for originally. When I became upset they assured me the quote was for possible future repairs and they added oil. Left and a week-half later same thing. Took the Audi to different mechanic who nicely said Audi Spokane sold me a bad car. Called Audi Spokane Valley to see what they would do and was offered a different car that was even older that would cost me money. They'd take the Audi back at their appraisal which expected to be less than what I paid and less than the new/old replacement car. Sales Manager Mike Hagan continued to debate the quality of the car he sold me. Honesty, Integrity , Customer Service all-in-all horrible! Had an issue with AWD on a 2022 Q5, which come to find out is COMMON even though only 4 years old. They incorrectly stated I had a extended warranty that came with the car that would cover the repair. Waited a week with little to no communication until I called in for an update. It was then that they stated that I didn't have the warranty it was the previous owner and they claimed they don't see the critical info like names etc. This is a 5k repair for an AUDI issue they have known about for years. Several online complaints and forums about this faulty part that the customer has to pay for out of pocket. I returned to get my car and will take it somewhere else. It's interesting how eager and convincing they are when you are buying the vehicle, but when it comes to quality service afterwards it's not there. I have owned a few audi's and have NEVER had this AWD issue. I can also say from experience, the service department USED to be the best. Do your research everyone before purchasing because you will get stuck with a 5k repair pretty quickly. And don't expect "service" from the service department. It seems alot of these reviews are in agreeance on that. Also from a prior visit for an oil change/service, I was told my brakes were "close" to needing replacement, and on this visit they told me my brakes were in the green and fine. Booked my 2009 Audi in for service. Injectors, battery, oil change, carbon cleaning among other things. Had Joshua as my service advisor, Brendan as my Audi technician, and Thomas for the shuttle service. All three of them did a phenomenal job. Joshua was very communicative giving periodic updates, Brendan was very knowledgeable and professional even sending a video with how the progress was going. Knew exactly what my car needed and i didn't once feel the need to explain anything as to how i wanted things done as I have had this car since new and I am very OCD with it. Felt complete trust in Brendan and Joshua to get everything i asked for done. Thomas was great for the shuttle service getting me home when i took the car in and picking me up when the car was finished. Very communicative with a simple text letting me know he was on his way and never once did i feel in the dark on anything throughout this whole process. Great job Audi of Spokane. Deceptive, scammy, typical used car sales lot. Do not buy from AutoNation Audi Spokane! Helped my sister purchase a used vehicle on 1/24/25 and one day later it started squealing and lurching at stop lights. She notified her sales person, Chris, and brought the car back. They claimed to have fixed it and sent her on her way. The next day it started acting up again so she took it back. They then sent the car to AN Subaru where it broke down entirely. Now it needs a new transmission with a quote of $11k and neither dealership will take any responsibility and they're now ignoring all phone calls. Classy! Spoke with a manager named Jordan on 2/11/25 who said she could purchase another car but they would value her trade at current market value in its current condition I.e. an inoperable vehicle they sold her two weeks ago. It's a shame dealers still behave so unethically in this day and age. read more

Extremely disappointed in my experience with the service department here. I brought my 2022 A5 in for the 20k miles service and was told by the advisor that I also needed a brake fluid flush as well. I agreed to let them do this as well. They finish up with my car, and I drive off. I notice that the brakes are a little less responsive, but didn't think anything else about it. I am driving, and all of a sudden I notice that my brakes are really not responding well, to a dangerous level. Then I get a message on my screen that says "BRAKE. stop vehicle and Check brake fluid level." I am able to get the car into a parking lot of a gas station and start calling the dealership. I keep getting put on hold. After sitting there for nearly an hour, I keep calling into the store, and finally get the service manager and tell him that it is urgent that I speak to him. He lets me know he'll call me back, which he does about 5 mins later. I explain the situation, and he says he'll need to send a tech up to me to see if they can fix it. He says the tech will be on the way in 5 minutes, and where in located, will likely take 30-45 mins to get there. He lets me know he will follow up with me the day after. The tech arrives figured out the error that was made in not closing a valve on the brakes, and fills it up with more brake fluid. I never get a follow up call from the service manager. I wasted a ton of time dealing with this issue-including having to cancel two work appointments, it was an extremely dangerous situation that could have resulted in a traffic collision, and nothings been done to remedy my experience. I schedule a service appointment 4 months in advance not because I wanted to do it 4 months in advance but because they were 4 months backed up for my etron to do a battery recall. Apparently the battery recall takes like a month and a 1/2 they promise me a loaner at that time obviously I'm gonna need a loaner if I don't have a car for a month and a 1/2. I stop by earlier this week and buy a wiper and verified my appt date of today at 9am and ask could I get the new etron as a loaner because I'm considering buying one and would like to drive it. Gal at the service desk said it's out with another client but if it is here certainly so. Today I make time out of my work schedule and come in promptly at 9 AM for my long standing appointment. The male service advisor at the counter will barely make eye contact with me and look up from whatever he's doing when I come in to drop my car off, proceeds to tell me let me check into the service loaner so I wait about 10 minutes. Then he comes out and tells me I don't have any service loaners at all you're gonna have to come back in 2 weeks for your appointment. This of course infuriates me, wasting my day, my time and 4 months or so I waited for the stupid appointment in the 1st place. Absolutely complete s*** customer service. I might as well try a different Audi dealership cause this one sucks or buy a different brand cuz these guys don't give a s***. Came here with the wife to buy a new q5. The whole car buying experience was actually really good. Went over easy and was actually a very good experience. Here's where the two stars come into play. I buy a 65k car and the delivery is sloppy. I actually have to go get it detailed to even look new. No tire shine, dust and dirt everywhere in the car. This was a brand new car with 69 miles. I can buy a 15k Mitsubishi and it would come out cleaner. Update 9/3/21 Wrote the GM and he informed me that I could bring it back to get it cleaned. Which isn't happening I drove 2.5 hours one way to get the car and work m-f. Or I could go and pay someone to clean it and send him the bill. Wish I would of looked at other reviews first. One of the most unethical, unprofessional dealerships I have ever dealt with in my life.. All the way up the management chain. I own a 2022 Audi Q3 and have had the unfortunate opportunity of working with this pathetic Dealership and still don't have my car back. August 2024 I was driving home from the Tri Cities when my car had trailing smoke. At no point had I hit something, nor did I hear anything. I pulled over to a rest stop and the car was leaking oil and spattered all over the back of the car. Get it to Audi Spokane, they find the oil pan has been cracked. Of course, it's not covered by warranty due to "outside impact". 10 days later, less than 200 miles... Plume of smoke trailing AGAIN. Stop at a gas station, it's leaking oil and spattered on the back of the car again. Tow it back to Spokane Audi, and their response? They won't warranty the oil pan and it's time to pay again because it's a "separate issue". Oh, and get this... the "impact" and the "crack" were in the exact same spot. The pictures from the two oil pans looked identical and the advisors insist they're different. When asked at what speed debris would need to hit to crack the oil pan, he says "like 20 to 25 mph". Ha! Yeah, ok... So, we called them out and went to Audi USA. In the meantime, we decide to tow to another shop, not before Audi charged for a "diagnostic test" where nothing was actually diagnosed. Take it to the other shop. (Precision German in Liberty Lake... GO THERE, THEY ARE WONDERFUL 10/10 recommend). Tell them what Spokane Audi says. After replacing the oil pan, they confirm there is NO clear spot of impact on the oil pan (internally or externally) Obviously I still had to pay for this repair.... MUCH cheaper than Audi. Next morning I drive to work, and the oil level light comes on. When I get back to my car after work, there is a puddle of oil underneath, and the dip stick is dry. The OIL PAN IS CRACKED AGAIN, in the same spot. PG assures they'll warranty a new oil pan, does some research and found that the crank case vent value (CCV) is malfunctioning. Apparently, my car has the same motor as the VW Tiguan, which is having this issue. No impact ever caused the oil pan to crack the first, second or third time. The root cause was never fixed at Audi. Funny how the dealership service center that solely works on these two brands knows nothing of this issue... Trying to work with Audi USA, since the dealership is useless. I am now over a month out and still without a car, with an issue that still has no update or resolution. I have been lied to, scammed, ignored, and wasted hours of my time and money. Let's also note the additional issues with the Spokane, WA Audi Dealership Service Center, shall we? These items have been included in my emails to Audi, but not addressed. I last had my Audi Q3 serviced in March 2024 at Spokane, WA Audi: - At only 2 years old, my battery is bad and needs replaced and reprogrammed. WARRANTY? - They didn't rotate my tires in March 2024, and now my tread is off. (Yes, I know this because one of the tires has a mark and it is in the exact same spot since it was marked last year) - They left moisture in the brake fluid when it was supposed to have been flushed during the service in March 2024. Currently discussing options with a family attorney on how to settle this matter. My repairs need to be taken care of, I should be reimbursed for the original oil pain I shouldn't have had to pay for at Audi, the useless "diagnostic" costs I shouldn't have had to pay for at Audi, the second oil pan I definitely shouldn't have had to pay for at the other shop, and the oil and towing costs I had to pay for MULTIPLE times to get it to and from the useless Spokane dealership. This is an elite premium auto brand, not a criminal enterprise. Do better Audi. read more

Extending a warning to anyone owning an Audi needing service. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. Service will be much quicker to drive to the Seattle area and not have to deal with the frustration of poor communication and the likelihood of a week or more wait for minor work. To add to the extremely poor service, my Q7 was returned to me with damage in multiple areas. Texts, pictures and VM's informing me were contradictory depending on which tech was responding. Their gross negligence, in writing, will be helpful filing a claim. As mentioned in other reviews, the service manager, Randy, is dishonest and arrogant. How is this place still open? Read the reviews of the last 2-3 years. They are terrible. The service here is absolutely horrendous. Appointment was booked 3 weeks out to replace a sun visor in my 2018 S5 (long wait understandable given that we're just coming out of the pandemic). Shortly after dropping off my car, I received a call stating that the new visor had a scratch on it and they needed to order another one to arrive the next day. I called at the end of the following day and was told that it was still not done but that the technician would get to it the next day. 3 days in the shop to replace a sun visor? And no one ever calls to give an update. And try to reach them by phone and it's a sh*tshow. I had similar experiences with my prior S5. Amazing Experience - Enquiry to driving out of a lot 280 miles away in less than 24 hours!!! It is my first time purchasing an Audi and my experience with the folks (especially John Ward and Spencer) from Audi Spokane has been awesome from the start. I live in Bellevue, WA (close to Seattle) and already had an offer from a local Audi dealer. I wanted to see if I can get a better deal and tried my luck at Audi. They not only gave me a better deal but ensured I got the car in Bellevue in less than 24 hours from the time I contacted them. John was super helpful and was working after regular hours (~8PM) coordinating with me to get all the necessary documents. Spencer did him one better and was communicating with me until 11:30 PM to get all the paperwork ready. What he did next, blew my mind. After 11:30, he went back to work to print out all the paperwork. I have heard of dealerships going the extra mile but this took to that expression to whole new level. TL;DR version: I live in Bellevue and contacted the dealership in Spokane about an Audi Q3 at 2:00PM on 09/26. I drove the car out of a parking lot in Bellevue at 1:20 PM on 09/27. I doubt any other dealership would even come close to this kind of service. Thoroughly satisfied with the totally hassle-free way everything was taken for me! read more

Terrible service. They had my car for over 6 months to fix an issue, which they had it I requested a detailing and oil change.. they did not fill my oil tank all the way so I ran out of oil quickly and my car was not detailed. On top of that, they forgot to tighten a bolt on a piece of the car so my cowling was dragging from Spokane to Missoula. I then realized the part they were supposed to have fixed in the 6 months was still not working. I called to schedule an appt, showed up and they had no recollection of an appt for my service. I was then made to rent a car at my Own expense and see if they could "squeeze me in". After hours of waiting I called and they stated they needed a half day to work on my car so they could not get me in. I am beyond frustrated with this business. read more

My car had been in their possession for over a month and no follow up by them to let me know if it's being worked on or anything. The service rep manager Derek has not return any of my phone calls and if you do call in goes straight to an automated system that basically rings to no where. Wouldn't recommend anyone to take their Audi to this dealership. I own an 2009 Audi A4, four years ago the Spokane Valley did the oil consumption settlement on the car. The car was consuming 1 1/2 quarts of oil a week. The dealership put new pistons and rings in the engine. About a year later the time chain tensioner fail, causing the engine to blow up. I have called around to other car manufacturers dealerships, they all said that Audi dealership should of put a new timing chain and tensioner when they put new pistons and rings in it. So the car was sitting in my garage for two years. Now in January of 2019 I was quoted 6,800 dollars for a new engine. I went ahead and had them do it, wife went to pickup the car and somehow the bill was 1000 dollars more than the quote. The car started making noises the next day. Called Xay the service manager he said it was probably flat spots in the tires from sitting for two years. So we took it to a tire store and there wasn't any flat spots on the tires, the dealership forgot to thighten the lug nuts. I called Xay and informed him about the lug nuts not being tighten and ask if could look at the vehicle to double check there work because there's still a noise from the engine when your driving it. Today, February 12, 2019 Xay informed me they wouldn't be giving me a service loan to double check they're work. Shows how much they care about their customers. I think they would what to make this right but I guess not. read more

Updated Review on August 9: 1 Star A second star was lost when the CPO A3 I purchased developed a rattle on our way back to Tri-Cities the night we bought the car. (The Audi TC Service team and general manager have been incredibly supportive while they work through the problem.) A third star was lost when calls to the general manager of Audi Spokane, Chris, to discuss my situation went unreturned. An email with my concerns (which did include my plan to post updates to my online reviews) was ultimately responded to, at which point GM Chris asked me to email the problems I've been facing with the car so that he might forward it on to Audi regional management for possible support. I have heard nothing from either level since. The fourth and final star was lost today, as my car that quite recently was supposed to have passed a Certified Pre-Owned Inspection has now been in the shop for 30 days. Work has been done on its heat shields, timing chain tensioner, and now camshaft. There is no solid estimate of when the vehicle will be returned to me. UPDATE August 11: The car has been repaired and returned to me, and appears to be in good running order. I'm so incredibly disappointed with this purchase, and will continue to update this review until this fiasco has ended so that every possible customer has a chance to hear my situation and maybe make a more informed decision prior to buying or servicing a car here. I have purchased several Audi's from this dealership. My first new Audi was purchased on the west side that provided an over the top experience, even exceeding what I would expect from Audi. When I first came to this dealership, the service manager, Brian, was what made this a great dealership. After that, it was always, just OK. I see a lot of bashing for the GM, Chris. I knew him as a car salesman, and have dealt with him in his current role. He is not a bad guy. He does the best with what he is given. I actually thought it had gotten a little better again, until my latest experience. I love their reno department. I've always had them do my detailing. I received an email with service specials, and saw that there was 20% off detailing through the end of August. It was time for me to get my detailing done so I called to make an appointment, mentioning the deal as the email told me I should. The reno shop told me that the Audi dealership wasn't letting them schedule ANY customer detailing at this time, until they caught up with the glut of used cars they had been taking in. I said that I didn't have to have it done right away, and started with a date 3 weeks out, followed by dates leading up to the end of the special. Surely you can book that far out, I said. He said no. Really! So they send out an advertised special, then not only refuse to honor it, but won't schedule the service at all! That's just bad business practice. We approached the car buying process with a bit of trepidation thinking of the stereotypical pushy sales people. Luckily we were pleasantly surprised at how easy John Ward and the team made the experience. We popped in to look at a few models months before we would be ready to pull the trigger and Austin helped us look around without putting any pressure on us. My 2018 Audi Q7 has been at the dealership for two weeks. The assigned service representative made several excuses and refused for two weeks to call Audi Pure Protection to determine whether or not the repair was covered by the 100,000 mile extended warranty on the car. After being unable to access only voicemail when calling the service department, I went to dealership for a second time in two weeks to discuss the status of my repair. Again, no definitive answer. So, I told the service representative that I would wait while he called Audi Pure Protection. After stalling for two weeks, it took him fifteen minutes to begin the paperwork to have the repair commenced. My observation is that the all male service staff at Valley Audi are extremely sexist. My advice, if you are women seeking a high end performance vehicle, DO NOT BUY THAT VEHICLE FROM AUTONATION AUDI/VW in the Spokane Valley. Spokane Audi is the Worst dealership ever! I have had an Audi for 15 years. I ordered 4 tires on Saturday and made appt. Got here driving 50 mins out because it's the only dealership within 100 miles. First, Paul tells me, it will take over 4 hours. No car available and they won't shuttle you anywhere that's more 30 mins from their dealership. So I decided I'll take shuttle to mall. Waited for over an hour; went to check to see what was up; to be told they didn't order my tires when I had called Saturday at 1230 pm. Said they had to order from California because they didn't have any available. Worst! I wouldn't be so mad, but ever time I come here whether it's for an update software, recall, or maintenance, it's always 3 hours plus or something ridiculous and no available car or shuttle resources are busy. Seriously, get it together. I've been an Audi customer for over 15 years, reason I stayed with Audi was because of custom service. That was before I moved to this area. read more

John and I worked together to iron out some details about the transaction. He was amazing to work with and very responsive. Excellent service! I just moved here from Hawaii but while I was there I took my Q5 in for a rear hatch issue. They couldn't (wouldn't) fix it. Took it to Audi Spokane, they diagnosed the problem and fixed it, car is like new again. Thanks guys, keep up the good work. read more
