Signature red glutinous rice milk tea - tea flavor comes through a bit but it's pretty sweet and not that distinct. Unfortunately wasn't very impressed the glutinous rice took up too much space at the bottom and wasn't really even chewy? I'm not sure if it's supposed to be but I assume so since it's glutinous. The boba pearls I added on were decent 2.5/5 Strawberry daifuku - the mochi bits were good but it tasted a little artificial and too sweet 2/5
Came to Flushing mainly to try Auntea Jenny's new crème brûlée drinks. They have three versions and all include boba. I ordered no sugar and it was balanced -- the brûlée topping already adds enough sweetness. The drinks are creamy and not too heavy. Good texture with the boba. Also tried some of their classic drinks before and they've always been consistent. The shop itself is well designed and has a nice vibe. Worth stopping by if you're in the area.
I know it's been a while since they opened up and I finally got the chance to trying their menu. I got the jasmine green tea latte (jasmine milk tea basically). I liked the ability to customize the sugar, ice and milk for the drinks on the ordering tablets (loved that there was no extra charge for oat milk substitution). There was a bit of wait since it was around lunch time but the TV screens helped to track the progress of my drink. The drink tasted quite similar to Molly's jasmine oat milk tea and it also had an orange slice inside too. One day, I might just buy a bunch of jasmine milk teas to find out which has the best version. Also on their menu were healthy smoothies (similar to Naisnow) so maybe I'll give those a try some time. Prices were competitive and a bit cheaper for medium sized drinks compared to other shops in the area.
Couldn't find a tea shop that had interesting drinks with alternative milks. Finally stumbled upon Auntea Jenny and was pleasantly surprised they checked all the box. The staff was really helpful with all my questions. I ended up getting a large jasmine tea with oat milk with 50% sugar. The tea tasted really similar to Molly's tea but not as smooth. Nevertheless it was a nice refreshing drink. 50% sweetness is still a tad too sweet for me. The price is also reasonable even after getting a large.
I've seen Auntea Jenny enough times on social media, so finally got my influenced rear in gear and Came here on a whim (also, because I didn't want to wait on a ridiculously long line for Molly.) This cute café did not disappoint! Staff was attentive, friendly, and made my order swiftly. We ordered the matcha latte boba, the kale apple fiber with Chia seeds, and egg tarts. Please note that the matcha latte Boba was made with real milk, I'm not sure if they had non-dairy options, for my fellow lactose intolerant friends. The kale Apple fiber drink with Chia seeds was busing! Definitely more refreshing than it sounds, it was juice rather than a thick drink or smoothie. In fact, it had a limeade taste to it, even though it looked a little bit like sludge water with floaties. Do not sleep on this drink especially if you are looking for something refreshing and healthy while your friends are having boba. As for the egg tarts, they were crispy, flaky, and had a slightly charged surface, more aligned with the Portuguese style egg tart. They weren't big though, probably twice the size of a half dollar. Cute seating area, but tables only fit about 2-3 people. Will definitely return when I'm in the area
In Flushing, there are plenty of boba spots to order from. Auntea Jenny is an option I saw that I have yet to try. I found it easy to order via the kiosks at the front!! I got a hot milk tea and I found the tea to be quite fragrant. Prices are comparable to other shops. There is some seating inside if you want to sit in. I didn't really have too much of a wait also.
Loved the aesthetic inside - felt modern and homey. There was quite a line when we got in so we had to wait a little bit for our drinks, but that was the only con to the experience. The drinks themselves were tasty - solid milk tea and chewy toppings. Overall, a good bubble tea spot in Flushing and I would be glad to try this spot again once the hype dies down!
Stopped by for an after meal drink. It was busy but a table was available for us to chill a bit. The Strawberry Green Milk Tea Daifuku (30% sugar and less ice) was a delight. It really tastes like a strawberry daifuku with the mochi bits and the strawberry green milk tea. It wasn't too sweet at 30%, though I might go for 0% next time. I tried a sip of the White Peach Oolong Tea (70% sugar) and it had a lovely strong oolong flavor. It was not too sweet and the peach flavor was light. I also tried a sip of the Strawberry Crystal Green Tea Punch and that was decent. Not as much strawberry as the Daifuku, and the crystal bubbles just add a bit of texture. Not a drink for me. Definitely a spot I would hit for a dessert-y drink, but I wouldn't sleep on the regular teas.
Prince street probably has the most amount of tea shops per square foot in comparison to any other streets in the US (not fact checked!). And my goal is to try all of them :) Auntea Jenny is one of the newer shops, and one of my personal favorites thus far. They have an interesting selection from herbal tea to dessert tea. I tried the grape fruit tea and it was really really good. Just the right among of sweetness and great flavor. The line wasn't too bad on an early Saturday night (as opposed to a 20 min wait at TeaPulse down the street).
Great bubble tea shop that is located in the heart of Flushing. Lots of hype and social media posts about this place. We tried 2 different drinks from the top 6 signature drinks, the premium jasmine tea latte and the signature red glutinous rice milk tea. Both were good and worth the price. I liked the interior and the decor. Worth a try!
I ordered their brown sugar milk tea as recommended with their sugar level. It tasted premium, their boba is actually soft and have enough chewiness to it. I had ordered it 2nd time, taste wise is second best to Heytea. I LOVE their packaging as well... most proper and well put out.. compared to all other named brand boba shops within vicinity...
Stopped by late at night (like 10:30pm on a Saturday) since we were craving bubble tea, and Auntea Jenny did not disappoint!!! We ordered via the machines and our drinks came out in five minutes. I got the mango pomelo sago (medium, 50% sugar) and it was SO GOOD. Honestly it may have been better than my favorite bubble tea shop JOOY. The mango and pomelo both tasted fresh. Also, the interior of the store was decorated nicely, and the designs on the cups were fun.
NYC is getting some great tea spots and Auntea Jenny is definitely one of them. The fruit tea was very balanced between the fruit and the tea. I tend to get 50% sugar but here I think they use less sugar overall and I probably could've gone for 75%. The tea was a little bitter initially but as the flavors continued to mix and the ice melted it got better. read more

Auntee Jenny has some of my favorite drinks. I always come here whenever I want bubble tea. There probably will be a wait for your drink but the wait isn't too long! read more

I would put this in the category of not as good as Molly but better than Hey Tea. The cups are of such good quality I don't want to throw them away. However, don't get the sticky rice stuff. That was weird. read more
The Mango Pomelo Sago drink tasted so Yummy! With the many boba tea shops along Flushing Queens, its hard to sift through which store has the better drink. As part of our mini Flushing food crawl; decided to try this new tea shop- and it did not disappoint; Fellow Yelper Lonnie recommended the drink as it's one of the popular drinks on the menu (it was sold out on occasions); The Mango Pomelo Sago had just the right amount of mango flavor and the Sago balls had a nice bouncy texture (qq); tea store was spacious and bright lighting. New tea spot in Flushing with very large space. Can order at the automated kiosk and grab a seat while waiting for your drink. The seating is limited. I tried the jasmine tea with cheese foam. The tea was a little too bitter but had the fragrant jasmine notes. The cheese foam had small chunks of cheese. I'm used to the cheese foam being a homogenous foam texture and I prefer not finding little chunks of cheese in my foam. The service was super great, I might try some other items before writing them off. read more
Auntie Jenny's is my favorite bubble tea shop in the area, and it definitely deserves more love. The premium jasmine green tea latte is fragrant, not too sweet, and incredibly easy to drink. I can finish a large cup in less than half an hour because it's just that addictive! It's always on my list whenever I drive to Flushing--and that says a lot, considering how crazy the traffic on that block can get. I often see people lining up outside Molly's, and I can't help but wonder why more people don't give this place a chance! read more
A little fragrant and warm shop; tea was expensive compared to other shops, and you had a nice little thermal bag they provided to carry it in. Tea itself was too weak, half sugar tasted like milky water without much tea. read more

I came here after opening weekend since I don't like waiting in line haha. You order from the kiosk and wait for text to pick up your order. I ordered a mango green milk tea daifuku drink. The mango tasted fresh and not artificial. The mochi was interesting, but more on the softer side so not very chewy. It took about 15 minutes for the order to be ready. I do like their bags since they're insulated. It's good, but I still think Heytea is better for fruit tea. read more
Another Chinese tea brand with a cute design and friendly, attentive staff. Unfortunately, the fruit tea tasted pretty basic--similar to many other places--and I could barely taste the actual tea, which was disappointing. That said, I really enjoyed the texture of the brown sugar bubble toppings, and the packaging (especially the adorable bag) was a nice touch. I might come back if there's no better option nearby... but honestly, I doubt it. read more
Swung by here for a quick drink and it wasn't bad! I got the glutinous purple rice and red bean milk tea, and it was good. The tea flavor in the milk tea is really strong, so I liked it. And, they added a lot of toppings. Would come back to try their other drinks. read more

I went during opening week and was pleasantly surprised with my drink!! It was loaded with toppings which is what I look for in boba. I had the Mango Green Milk Tea Daifuku and it was flavorful and bursting with lots of texture! The mochi is an unforgettable taste, I'm yearning for it as I type this. The service is fast and prompt, you can order off kiosks! Interior is very orange, like Hermes haha, and I signed the wall so that was fun! read more

Came during grand opening week and they were having a promotion for freebies! I got the strawberry daifuku and thought it was pretty good. I liked that the texture of the mochi was very smooth and not clumpy at all. It paired nicely with the strawberry and was easy to slurp up with the straw. I got the recommended sugar level and ice and thought it was the perfect balance. I would definitely come back when in the area to try some of their other drinks! read more
This place is really good! I had the mango daifuku drink and the daifuku is mochi with a good consistency. I also added sago to this drink. The taste was perfect. I originally wanted the strawberry daifuku which they didn't have, but I'm glad they have the mango one. They have some seating. read more
I got the boba milk tea and it reminds me of gong cha. Its pretty good for the price and the building is super new and pretty. The bags they use are reusable and service was really quick. I think my biba came to be 6 dollars total and I would come back! read more

Came with a friend on Sunday afternoon. There wasn't a lot of people and we ordered using the kiosks. Our drinks came in 10 minutes and there's some seating around the store to wait. I had the mango mochi drink and it was so delicious. I never had mochi in a drink like this before but I love the savory texture compared to the sweetness of the drink. Will be back! read more

Newest floral flavored tea shop in Flushing! Flushing is apparently in a craze because Molly's has steep competition. This place is better than Tea Scholar and slightly under Molly's for a better price too. They don't have the bitterness of tea scholar and their jasmine extracts more sweetness like Molly's. Their ordering system doesn't have a tracking option and pickup is slightly chaotic however. read more

It's a sleek, stylish spot that feels like it's trying to set itself apart in a boba-heavy neighborhood. The staff were friendly and worked efficiently, and the setup is familiar if you've been to modern boba chains, either order at the counter or use a self-service kiosk, which helps keep things moving even when it gets busy. We tried the milk tea with taro mochi and the mango pomelo sago. The mango pomelo was the better of the two, with a refreshing mango flavor, good balance between slush and sweetness, and it held up well even as it melted. The milk tea was fine, nothing standout, but solid. The taro mochi was more like a soft pudding at the bottom. It was unexpected, and while it did have a true taro flavor, the texture might throw some people off. I'd probably opt for a different topping next time. Overall, Auntea Jenny brings a clean aesthetic and decent drinks to Flushing's already packed boba scene. Worth a visit if you're nearby and want something a bit trendier. read more

The premium jasmine milk tea does not disappoint. It has the floral notes like that "other" milk tea place that's trending and is up the street. I've tried several milk teas in Flushing (all the ones that had they hype but just lacked tea flavor). and this is my favorite. It's close to $6 for a large and it's a full cup. My friend had the mango pomelo and it was very good and way better price than my other go to place back home. I'm looking forward to going back to this place. FYI, I usually adjust the sugar in my milk teas to 25%, 30% or 50% and I believe adjusted this one to 50% and it was perfect. read more

My new favorite place for quality drinks at a reasonable price. The interior is clean and trendy with enough seats, though I visited in the evening. I ordered from the kiosk--super easy to use with nice images that give you a clear visual of your order. 10/10 would recommend. read more

Went on grand opening day to try the drinks. They are having a BOGO until Sunday. Line was out the door but not long and moves pretty quickly. Ordered the brown sugar boba tea latte and the cashier provides recommendations on size, sugar and ice. You can customize as you please. Also got the premium jasmine green tea latte. Did 50% and less ice in both drinks. You are given your receipt with a number and a screen updates the status of your order. It was slightly crowded inside but not overly packed. The boba tea was good and 50 sugar was perfect for me. The jasmine green tea latte tasted roasted but not too strong. 50 sugar was a good choice for me as well. They separate the bags if you buy a cold and hot drink which I appreciate. They are giving out a wallet card holder or tote bag if you provide a Google review. I liked the store design, quick service and refreshing drinks. Appreciate the grand opening deal as well. read more

Went to get their grand opening BOGO deal. I was lucky and only wait around 5-10 min since they made a big batch of their top 5 drinks with recommend amount of ice and sugar, so if you order the premade ones you can skip get the drink immediately and not wait on the line. I find that brilliant and appreciate they gave that option to help keep the line moving much faster. I got the strawberry daifukku (50% sugar) and the red gluten rice milk tea (70% sugar). I actually really like both and it is sweet but not crazy sweet which I appreciate. I would recommend the strawberry daifukku, it has soft and chewy mochi and milk pudding with strawberry milk tea. It is very dessert like but not too sweet and it had a lot of good textures.i also isn't see soft mochi options in other milk tea shops around main st and you already know there is ALOT of them. The ambiance looked pretty cool but i honestly didn't get to enjoy it since there were so many people but there are a few tables so you can chill. read more

Had the mango daifuku milk tea. It was good had fresh mango taste. The inside looks nice and the cups and bags are also very nice looking. My drink came out pretty fast as well. Overall solid and I will come back again to try something else. See you soon Auntie. read more

I tried the lemon jasmine green tea! It was incredibly refreshing and tasty. I would return just for this! Great value as well! I paid $5, and it only comes in a large size, which I don't mind at all. read more
