    New honey mustard pretzels 11.12.25

Auntie Anne's has new flavor blasted pretzel bites! They have honey mustard and sour cream & onion. Both were really good, but my favorite is the honey mustard. The seasoning tastes exactly like the honey mustard crunchy pretzel pieces they have in the grocery stores. Each one costed a little over $7. I'll definitely be getting these again!

Free pretzel in Aiea, O'ahu, Hawaii... Every Tuesday, customers of T-Mobile get offers on the T-Mobile Tuesdays app - and this week, it was a free pretzel from Auntie Anne's with a purchase of a drink or pretzel item. I chose the Pearlridge Mall location because I thought that it would be less crowded than the Ala Moana Center location. Pearlridge Mall also has free parking and great air conditioning! Service was exceptional because the cashier was so patient and helpful. I told her that I had a free pretzel offer and she guided me smoothly through the process. She knew exactly how to redeem the offer! I decided to get the Pretzel Mini Dogs. They were little hot dogs wrapped in a pretzel blanket. Of course, I ate my free, hot, soft pretzel as I strolled through the mall. Yum yum! The crispy outer layer had sprinkles of rock salt. It was a wonderful snack! I'll be back if I'm in the area and am hungry again!

Hubby, daughter and I came here for snacks. Hubby shared half of a cinnamon and sugar pretzel. My daughter got the jalapeno pretzel. She enjoyed her pretzel. I definitely loved my cinnamon sugar pretzel. It was piping hot which I like hot off the oven. I can taste the butter from the pretzel and then sugar and cinnamon all in one bite. This was so good. I enjoyed every bite of my freshly made pretzel. Inside was small but enough room for around 8 people. They sell drinks as well and other pretzels like hot dog pretzels and different kinds. I would definitely come back again if I was craving a pretzel. Very buttery and moist if made fresh.

I got a tasty free + tax Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel on National Pretzel Day. You need to download the app and setup a profile to be eligible. Do it now so you can get yours next year. Good service at this location.

I got a free garlic and Parmesan cheese pretzel here for my birthday reward via the auntie Annie's app. I'm so grateful the pretzel was free but it was horrible. Very hard and although nice and warm it just was poor quality. To describe it best, my jaw hurt trying to chew the pretzel. I'm not sure if they changed the mixture of the dough but too hard and not good. I have an extra star because the employee was friendly. I don't recommend auntie Annie's. Go to pretzel maker instead, much softer and fresher tasting pretzels.

Expired cheese dip and over cooked pretzels

FOOD POISONING! Do NOT purchase the cheese, it's 5 months past the expiration date! The pretzels were over cooked/burnt. We got 2 cheeses and I was the only one to eat the one cheese and it was BAD. FOOD POISONING! Look at the expiration date. February? 5 months?! Seriously?! And I wouldn't have posted a review or even knew if I didn't get so SICK! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I love some soft pretzels with cheese and mini makes them even more delicious, unfortunately these just didn't hit the spot :( cold and burnt :( still obviously ate them but they were just okay. Will try again in the future!

Overpriced, but hey, what isn't these days? My all time favorite item on the menu is the cinnamon sugar pretzel. It comes with way more cinnamon and sugar than other pretzel places. $3+ seems expensive for bread, sugar, and cinnamon, but the euphoria I get when I sink my teeth into these pretzels justifies this discretionary expenditure. It's been years since I've been to Auntie Anne's, since there are only two locations on the island (both at Pearlridge Center). So I walked in, intending to buy a pretzel. But wait, in display case, I saw cups of bite sized pieces of cinnamon pretzels. Since I was sharing with my son, I figured these would be easier to consume. So I bought one. Not knowing that it's about a $1 more than the pretzel (just over $4). Being the Chinese person that I am, the first thing that came to my mind was "which one has more bread - the pretzel or the nuggets?" Thanks to Lyla D., I recently found out that you indeed get more product if you buy the cup of nuggets. Will definitely be buying the nuggets from now on! p.s. my son loved the nuggets!

Yumminess! I absolutely love Auntie Anne's pretzels - they are so addicting I have to get them whenever I'm in the area! Auntie Anne's is located in the Pearl Ridge Mall phase I near the food court and Starbucks. There is ALWAYS a line but it moves quickly. The workers are mostly round high schoolers and they keep the pretzels coming out and the line flowing very well. I always order the mini hotdog pretzels, it comes served in a cup and there is usually some already made in the the advertised hot containers - they sell so quickly that they don't have time to get old or stale so it's safe to say they are "fresh". I will always be back to get my favorite pretzels! Oh don't forget to get a cheese dipping sauce to go with your pretzels - you won't be disappointed!

Dry cinnamon bites... cinnamon probably stuck to pretzel because it was hot.
    Kim T.

Disappointed with my cinnamon pretzel bites.... it was dry and difficult to eat. It seemed as if the pretzel came out of the oven then they dumped cinnamon on it and then put it in the bucket. I wonder if they missed the whole buttering step. What a waste of money .

Was craving pretzel maker and this was the closest. Pretty good. Best thing it's next to Starbucks.

My wife was charged extra to add salt to her mini hot dog pretzels. Aren't pretzels supposed to have salt anyways.
    Wesley T.

One of my wife's favorite snack is the Auntie Anne's mini hot dog pretzels, she has been buying them for years. But when she purchased them yesterday they charged her extra to add butter and salt. She inquired that aren't pretzels supposed to have salt on them anyways? She was told that they have always charged extra to add butter and salt. All these years she has never been charged extra for butter and salt. I don't think she will return.

Reopened where samurais was located on the bottom floor next to times…read more They have a lot of crack seed packages and typical samurai swirl soft serve in to-go containers. They only have one size cup for their fresh soft serve. The flavors are constantly changing and the it is super soft and light. They also have fresh popcorn that can be scooped into bags along with mochi crunch or cheddar cheese.

I can take this off my bookmark list and am pleased to advise I will be back....often!…read more I was beyond sad when Samurai closed this location and have often wondered who would take its place. New owners, basically same products I am once again a happy patron. Ohh, the popcorn. Big popcorn, seasoned with the traditional furukaki-ihurricane seasoning that I crave when watching movies. I'm not saying I'm lazy but I don't like to make my own popcorn, never seem to get it perfect like TOP gets it. I keep wiping my right hand on my capris as I'm writing this because I didn't want to wait. So I ate the soft serve icy ice cream first cuz I wanted to be able to tell you if you liked its predecessor cups and cones you'll be getting much of the same including Ube and Matcha. Parking in the Times lot is plentiful, associates are smiling and helpful. Not tipping asked on CC checkout. A little more expensive than prior owner but everything is so I'm not complaining. Just happy as a piglet in popcorn!
