They seemed to be either unprepared or understaffed because it took about 15 minutes to get to the register where the same guy also prepared your drinks, dips, and pretzels. I felt bad for the even longer line of people behind us as the pretzels were not very fresh by the time we got it. Since the food wasn't that great and the dips weren't kept warm, I do not plan on coming again. Its a pretty small establishment that gets filled easily.
