    Sweet Almond Pretzel
    Binh T.

I was so excited and happy to try auntie Anne again, since forever ago. The line wasn't too bad, but I was disappointed that it was burnt on the bottom. It was $6 each and I bought 2, my friend didn't finish his. It was good, until I tasted the burnt part and try to peel off all the burnt part by hand. I will not be returning to this long line in the future.

So rude employee! I will never ever dare to get even near this location . Just wanted to ask re price on an item before I'll buy it , I said , pointing on the hotdog sandwich if the price is the one posted on their menu on the wall. It will just be a yes or no but she told me to go in line. I need to know before I go in line to buy.

I wanted to pretzel dogs and they told me it's a 20 minute wait. They burned the pretzel dogs. How do I get a refund?

First time visiting Auntie Anne's at Southland Mall and was assisted by Ariana M and she was super friendly and approachable. This location is a lot different than Newpark's Auntie Anne's. At this location, every Wednesday if you have the Auntie Anne's Mobile App, you can get a pretzel for $1!! What a steal, I did not know or expect that to happen. That was a breath of fresh air, getting a fresh baked pretzel for just $1. I got my usual Garlic and Parmesan Pretzel and it was fresh baked, but could use some more of the garlic flavoring because I felt as if there was just not enough overall. Be sure to download the Auntie Anne's Mobile App to earn 10 point per $1 spent. Also, if you take the Customer Satisfaction Survey that is listed on the bottom on your receipt, you get a buy 1 get 1 free pretzel offer you can redeem on your future visit.

    Rude cashier.

I stood in line, 6ft apart from customer ahead of me. Cashier was extremely nice and polite to customers before me. She calls me. I have a slight accent, there was plexy glass and I had two masks on. This cashier was extremely rude. I asked her if she can upgrade me to big cup of pretzel nugget in combo 2 and she got upset. I even thanked her when she brought my soda. If she didn't want to take my order or serve me, she could have asked her co-worker to take my order or told me to order somewhere else.

    Pepperoni pizza bites - bucket
    Alejandra A.

We ordered the bucket of pepperoni pizza bites and it didn't disappoint! There were 90-100 bite-size pieces which was perfect for a big group of people on Super Bowl Sunday. The dough was really spongy and fresh, and every pizza bite had a piece of pepperoni on it. Don't forget to order a sauce on the side! I got the cheesy jalapeño sauce and it was the perfect dipping sauce to our meal.

I originally came in for Dubai inspired chocolate pistachio cheesecake but was instead greeted so warmly by head pastry chef Nile! She is full of life and so passionate about her baked goods. I almost wanted to buy one of everything after hearing about each item. Desserts: *Blueberry Ube Cheesecake *Pistachio Ricotta Cake *Dubai Pistachio Chocolate Cake with Biscoff Cookie Butter *Red Velvet Cheesecake Cup Nile just baked the Dubai cake and mentioned she would have a slice for herself that night. It was sweet and decadent for sure. Definitely perfect for sharing! I loved the blueberry ube cheesecake and so did Mom! I was looking for my leftovers and they disappeared from the fridge. Creamy and slightly fruity with that thick buttery crust-- amazing! Pistachio Ricotta cake was light and moist. Perfect when you want something delicately sweetened for tea time. Red Velvet cheesecake cup was just ok for me due to the cheesecake frosting. I think I would've preferred a whole slice of cake instead. This bakery kiosk is a part of Turkish-Mediterranean restaurant Moussaka. Interior has the cutest cafe tables and chairs. Love the grey with baby pink + mint green color scheme. Step inside and go directly to the dessert display to place an order. They're also on DoorDash. Can't wait to see what Chef Nile comes up with next!

While I was at the kiosk, a group of three people came in and a worker greeted them with "Welcome In." I waited 12 minutes for my drink. When they called my name and I went to the counter to pick up my drink, three other halo halo drinks were at the counter for the group that came right after me. I understand that it might be more convenient to make four of the same drinks at once, but as one customer who came in first and ordered just one thing, I should not have to wait 12 minutes for my drink. Especially when there were no customers ahead of me. Plus, I saw 3 workers working there. I didn't understand why it would take so long to make. The upside down halo halo drink was refreshing. Loved the Frosted Flakes on top of the drink. The flan on top was good as well. I didn't care too much about the boba inside as it was super chewy and took awhile to chew. Overall, not a bad drink. While I was dining in, another customer came in and waited several minutes for someone to help them. No employee was at the counter. The customer literally had to try to get someone's attention in the kitchen. As an improvement, I think it would be helpful for one of the employees to be at the counter or at least keep checking now and then for customers. The place didn't close for another hour, so I can't see why they would need to start cleaning so early.
