and this is just one of the nice people told me they will not give me a fork
    Ray B.

I just went and bought pretzels and got cheese and I asked for a fork and they told me the only the four come for the Oreo whatever crap they make and when I ask, they told me I can't get one but when you reaching in a cup, you get your hand full of oil and everything and they told me it's not. Therefore it's the owner's fault Auto managers real j off place can't get a for. you spent $10 to get for pretzels in a cup and you're supposed to dig in it and get your hand full of oil or grease or whatever stuff they use. The pretzels are good. The staff is rude and the company is cheap. They can't even give you a fork total one of one.

Anne's was crackin' last weekend. Line around the corner, 2 behind the register, 2 on pretzel rolling and 2 on drinks and toppings. Love it. The energy was great. Pretzels were hot and customers were happy. That's what mall food is all about. Auntie Anne's is a great mall snack.

Considering it's been probably a decade, or more since my last experience at this chain I would say it was strong. If your looking for something smaller than a meal to take the edge off and forge ahead with more shopping this should be considered. Location is a bit bizarre in the Macy's corridor instead of the food court. They also have a kiosk location on the other side of the mall. I can't help but think this location would be better served closer, or better yet in the food court. But they have been there for a long time, so one can assume customers know where there at. It's nice that they have five to six tables in front. Directly in front of the store was free of debris. Unsure what my daughter wanted, she had never been to one it took a survey of their menu. Of course the traditional in-house made pretzels was an option. They even have them with pepperoni now. But it was the pretzel dog that won us over after a brief discussion with the male staffer. The area in back appeared clean as were the counters. At check out the clerk was friendly. It was on to dipping sauces, for which they have over a half dozen. Hard choice, but the sweet mustard won out and ended up being yum! My daughter wanted tap water instead of the bottled soda and water you can purchase. They have no courtesy cups, but only charge 22 cents for a large cup of tap. Check out was a breeze. We sat at at a table and saw a steady amount of customers. The eating area was pretty clean, a few tables needed wiped down and before we left a mall custodial staff begin cleaning them. The pretzel dogs were hot and yum dipped in my sauce. I was pretty surprised. Pricing is a tad expensive, a little under $3 per. I could eaten three, there not that big. I plan on a return trip because my daughter still wants a pretzel. Nice little operation and may very well need to upgrade if they can duplicate today's one off experience.

NOT WEARING GLOVES. WHILE EVERYONE ELSE IS. OMG. GROSS.

I was in line buying a pretzel and what do I see? First I was watching a girl making and twisting pretzels wearing gloves. Then another worker named "Rey" walk over and started kneading and making pretzels without gloves. After that he coughed!!! I've never run from food so fast in my life. I even took a picture, go check it out.

I have been coming to this Auntie Anne's since I was in high school. They have never disappointed me. I stop by Auntie Anne's when I want something to eat but not a full meal. The pretzel dog and pretzel dog bites are my absolute faves! They have really good lemonades as well. It can be a little bit pricey but it's worth the splurge. Sometimes the line can be a little ridiculous so you have to be sure that you catch them at the right

Cinnamon sticks, almost pretzel, caramel dip, and lemonade YUM

Go to the one near Macy's, the one near H&M always runs out. I always get either the cinnamon or almond pretzel/sticks/bites (doesn't really matter, but prefer the sticks) with caramel dip. So good! Their piña colada slush is the best. Lemonade as well. I also have tired their pepperoni pretzel, pretty much a pretzel w/ pepperonis on it. Nothing really special but get it with the marina sauce.

Delicious. Tasty. Yummy. "Can I have some moooore?" Are all words and phrases that you will say and think when you get a pretzel from Auntie Anne's. Actually you may wish that Anne is your Auntie after tasting these mouth watering pretzels. I have had the pretzel nuggets, pretzel dog, pretzel sticks, almond, cinnamon and regular pretzels and yes they were all amazing. They are soft pretzels not the "supposed to be soft but just a step above crunchy." I do not see the need to add anything else to them, but they offer different dips if you fancy such a thing. This location has a couple of tables for you and a couple of people to sit at while you enjoy your pretzel. The lines are a little long but moves quick enough for not to feel the need to rock from side to side of the line to figure out what the hold up or to give the cashier the stare down of death because they do not know how to count. So if your're in the mall and are not worried about your carbs for the day, it will behove you to pick up a pretzel.

Pretzels from the warmer aren't very warm, so maybe you can catch them on a fresh day, I'm thinking weekend vs weekday. We saw she threw the pretzels into some butter, and I mean she soaked those little pillows of dough and then tossed them in some cinnamon sugar. *chefs kiss* We asked for a non salted pretzel for our son and she made a fresh one for him and it took about 5 minutes. The only downfall is that she didn't use gloves when getting the new pretzel stretched. Yes I understand it was cooked and then handled with tongs, but my wife was really unimpressed with it given she was touching all sorts of different things. If you're feeling hungry, a large is absolutely massive. We shared some and then our daughter and niece tried to make a dent in the cup too. We'd come back, but get a small as that's the perfect amount if you want to share, and even if you don't, a small is still pretty generous.

Super friendly, knowledgeable, and more than happy to let me taste a few different options before committing. That alone sets the tone. I ended up going with the Pick of the Liter American Lager, and it was exactly what I wanted: light, crisp, refreshing, and easy to drink. Nothing overcomplicated, just a really solid lager done right. The vibe is what really stands out here. I love the German-inspired atmosphere. It feels warm, welcoming, and relaxed without trying too hard. It's the kind of place where you can hang for a while, have a conversation, and not feel rushed. Add in the fact that there are dogs on the walls everywhere, and I was fully sold. As a dog lover, this was a huge win. Even though I didn't eat this time around, I was definitely eyeing the food coming out of the kitchen. The pizza in particular looked really good, and it's 100% the reason I'll be back soon. If the beer and service are any indication, I have a feeling the food is going to deliver too. This is a great spot whether you're a craft beer fan or just want a chill place to grab a drink!

I got a chance to visit the baseball themed, Studly last week and enjoyed everything there. Although Im a novice when it comes to beers, I do know that local brewery that brews all of their beers on site is quite impressive. Upon sitting at the bar and openly admitting that I no clue what wanted or would like, the owner took his time to ask me questions and give me a lesson on beers and flavors and made some great suggestions. I ended up trying the Nana Ball Hefeweizen. A German style been. Not being a beer drinker, I enjoyed it. The food , ohhh the food. I may not know beer, I do know a good slice when I have one. Didn't try a pizza that I didn't love. My favorite was the 4 corner pan pizzas (that will be added to the menu soon) and the Fig and prosciutto. Must try!! Fresh ingredients, great flavors.

On Wednesdays they have Pub Quiz at 6:30 PM & 7:30 PM and it's free to play the trivia game. Although it was quite loud during the Pub Quiz game, we still enjoyed our dinner catching up with our good friends. It was my first visit to Studly and I've heard good reviews. Studly Brewing is a spacious, family friendly restaurant and brewery that offers a wonderfully casual, bright, and fun vibe with its exciting baseball themed decor that easily brings a smile to everyone's face. The servers were friendly and welcoming. We decided to try the Full Count Nachos from the Spring Menu, and the Figley Field wood-fired pizza looked appetizing. Our food order came out pretty quickly. OH MY! The freshness of the Figley Field pizza and the tasty combination of its ingredients (fig spread topped with bacon crumbles, prosciutto, red onion, goat cheese crumble, and mozzarella on house-made dough where the pizza is finished with fresh arugula on top) made it my new favorite! And I also enjoyed the Hazy IPA that our server Taylor said was her favorite. Looking forward to stopping into Studly Brewing again very soon! I know I'm sure to find a few more new favorites on their menu.

On July 20 2025 aprox at 3:00 pm my mother fell after slipping on melted ice cream that had been left unattended on the stairs. According to the employees, they were aware that a prior customer had spilled the ice cream, yet they chose not to clean it. What's even more concerning is that staff from a different nearby restaurant attempted to hose down part of the mess, while the employees of Frozen Delights did absolutely nothing. They stood by, showing no urgency, concern, or accountability for the hazardous condition. When I requested the manager's contact information, I was given a number, and I left a voicemail -- but I have yet to receive a call back. As of the time of this writing, there is still ice cream on the stairs, creating a dangerous environment for other patrons who could also fall and get seriously hurt. This lack of response and disregard for customer safety is completely unacceptable. I am demanding the following: 1. Immediate contact from a manager or representative regarding this incident. 2. A formal explanation of why safety protocols were not followed. 3. Confirmation that the area has been properly cleaned and measures put in place to prevent this from happening again. 4. Details regarding how you intend to take responsibility for the injury caused to my mother.

(Sours, stouts etc.) I had the kookaburra beer and it quickly has become one of my favorites. The Grape Gatsby was served only in a can, but was also delicious. I am a big fan of sour beers and this brewery hits the mark. The brewery itself is definitely a more open brewery. There's a quick line on busy days, but the bartenders are quick and efficient and make the line move. The bar itself has picnic table like seating and a huge open area outside, with each table having a QR code for food/beer etc. This last time, I had the pimento grilled cheese, with tomato soup and it's the perfect snack for a winter day. When heading towards the bathroom, there was a huge chalkboard of posted events coming up as well as another section for events. I really do like a brewery that has events in the area to make people come and visit and it gives people a chance to experience cool events in the area while having a familiar place to go afterwards or before. I Came here for coffee one morning, and the coffee as well was excellent. I enjoyed the 007 which is a shaken espresso, Highly recommend! They also have pastries, we got the blueberry scone, chocolate chip scone and the cheese danish. All were great and tasted fresh. Not what you would expect from a brewery in the morning, but it was well worth the trip. The brewery itself was at a low volume and had great sunlight peeking through for a great coffee in the morning. Parking was a bit rough when it was busy on a Saturday afternoon, but there was a separate lot if you can't find parking in the main one.
