I understood what he said then, but I just didn't hear clearly, and I don't think the tone is acceptable after I just said "What" once. I pulled up to the drive-through window, waiting for a few minutes until the cars in front of me got their orders. When I finally pulled up, the worker told me my order was $30. I ordered through the app. Did the person on the speaker not tell them I had a mobile order? So far, the communication here seems lackluster. So, I told them I had a mobile order with my name on it, and fortunately, they got the right order for me. A bit of a minor inconvenience, but I still got my order. It's well known that Popeyes is known for bad customer service, and for my first time, I got to experience that. The food was pretty good, and I did get all the stuff I ordered from the app, but I can't get out of my head about that customer service. Maybe you were having a bad day, but now you're just spreading that to others. I don't think I'll be coming back to this location, but I'll be trying out the other ones in hopes of better luck.
