Cute little restaurant. Food was good, music was fun and the waitress sweet. The pizza was delicious. I love the crispy cheese texture the zesty but not spicy sauce good amount of toppings not an overwhelming amount.

Date: Fri, 6/30/23 Time: around 6:30pm Food & Drink (5 of 5) Food... We ordered a Fiesta Thin with Sausage, Green Peppers and Onions. Pizza came out hot and was really flavorful. Drink... I ordered a Coors Light... came out in a bottle.   Customer Service (5 of 5) Wait... Minimal to no wait to be seated. Table... Table server was polite and prompt.   Atmosphere (5 of 5) Inside... it's like a pizza place with booths and tables. There was some outdoor seating as well. Cleanliness... booth was very clean, the bathroom was clean as well.   Menus Prices (3 of 5) Bill... had a little sticker shock for an XL pizza and a beer... but prices have been rising everywhere. So, zucchini appetizer, Fiesta pizza, coke and coors light = $68.75 (before tip)   Overall (5 of 5)

We had been customers for years, but I think Aurelio's has run it's course. Appetizer - fried mushrooms were soggy and had a "musty" after taste. Sent them back. Melissa kept asking if they smelled funny. Nothing offered to make things right.  Meal - after waiting 90 minutes for a thin crust pizza we were told by Andy (owner) "it's Saturday night, things take longer". See photo for crowd scene. Customer service - non-existent.  We left hungry. This is a very sad little place. Plenty of lively, interesting choices just steps away.

My favorite pizza! There motto is 'it's the sauce' but it is also the ovens. These pies come out with a crispy crust without being over cooked. Many sites in the Chicago area to choose from with a very consistent production. I only order the Super Six specialty but it is pricey. Only complaint was the ham on this one was slab type pieces, should be strips so it doesn't overpower the rest of the flavors. Restaurant was clean, and service was good. Can't wait to travel again and get some more... and I don't eat pizza. This is my one big cheat and its worth it.

Not sure how we managed to get burned breadsticks and a pizza that was both undercooked and burned.

We have had issues the past 3 deliveries and dining in (not peak times). Very disappointing service and food, despite having the ability to be great on so many levels. Seriously, though. How did this pizza make it out for delivery when being burned and undercooked?'

Place was empty and service was lacking, pastas were incredibly horrible, tasted like a frozen fridge.

The food was phenomenal. The restaurant has a cozy, laid-back feel, and the smell of the wood-fired oven hit me as soon as I walked in. Everything moved surprisingly fast too. Our pizza was at the table in less than 10 minutes, and the staff couldn't have been nicer. They even gave me a recommendation, which ended up being the perfect choice. I ordered The Bricks, a Bari-style ultra-thin pizza with tomato sauce, mild Italian sausage, mushrooms, shaved red onion, the house cheese blend, and a touch of Asiago. The first bite completely won me over. It was one of those pizzas where nothing is trying to steal the spotlight, but together everything just clicks. The crust was thin, crispy, and had that slightly smoky flavor from the brick oven that you can only get from a real wood-fired pizza. The tomato sauce was fresh and slightly sweet, the sausage added a savory, well-seasoned bite and the mushrooms brought a deep earthy flavor that worked perfectly with the sweetness of the onions. Every bite had that perfect balance of crispy crust, gooey cheese, fresh sauce, and smoky toppings. I'll definitely be coming back. This has easily become one of the best wood-fired brick oven pizzas I've had.

Smaller serving of protein. Dirty silverware. Good customer service. Tasty flavor…read more During my most recent visit, I ordered the Buffalo Mac and Cheese with chicken. I hadn't dined at Noodles and Company in well over a year, possibly 2 years, so I was excited to dine at what was one of my favorite restaurants in undergrad. The customers service was great! The girl that took my order answered my questions and gave me a few recommendations too. After I placed my order, I went over to get my silverware and had to grab 3 forks before I found a clean one. After finding a clean fork, I snagged a seat and my food came out shortly after. The Buffalo Mac and Cheese bowl itself was good, but I was underwhelmed by the portion of chicken. I ordered a large bowl, and there wasn't nearly enough chicken to go with Mac and Cheese. I ended up eating about half of the noodles and tossed the rest. I, personally, won't back for a while, but its definitely a solid option if you're trying to grab something that is reasonably priced and fast.

This Noodles & Company location is so bad they basically said, "We messed up your food -- let USPS…read morefinish the job." I ordered shrimp scampi and a garden salad. They handed me some soggily breaded chicken sitting on top of macaroni with cheese like it was a last‑minute science project. Not even close to what I ordered. Not even in the same ZIP code. I called, and of course they already knew the orders were mixed up because the person who got my shrimp scampi had already called. So everyone's dinner was wrong. It was a whole community swap‑meet of disappointment. Their solution? Not to fix it. Not to refund it. Not to remake it. They offered to MAIL me coupons. MAIL. As in: "We can't get your food right, but trust us with your address and a stamp." Suddenly my dinner became a USPS group assignment. I live 30+ minutes away, it was almost 10 PM, and now apparently my shrimp scampi is on a 3-5 business day delivery timeline. If you want the food you actually ordered, skip this place. Unless you're excited to let the post office finish your meal.
