I'd rate that pizza two out of five. However, I have had many many eight Karner pizzas from Jets and they've always been spectacular so again hence the five star review you're a lot of done once in a while and they have been consistently solid pizzas unfortunately it really spikes my blood sugar so no more jets for me unfortunately but don't let that stop you if you want great Detroit style pizza the ape corner is a way to go and they always have a five dollar coupon out there so it's pretty good value for the money and it's delicious

I get it in the house and it's ice cold literally almost frozen . Never mind you I spent over $55 for the stupid pizza including a good tip so I called the store. I ask for a manager and I asked the manager why on earth didn't they ring my doorbell when they came I mean, I've been ordering pizzas for over 50 years And they always every single time without doubt ring the doorbell when they deliver pizza the knucklehead delivery driver from Lou Malnati's decided not to ring the doorbell when it's 20° outside. When you drop almost $60 for a pizza, you expect it to be piping hot when it gets delivered not nice cold sitting on the porch because th driver didn't ring the doorbell. When I explain this to manager, I was not offered a coupon. I was not offered anything not even a sorry I got I don't know. I don't know why he would've done that. . The way my doorbell works. Is it rings all throughout the house? There is no way I missed it. They didn't ring the bell $10 tip and he couldn't ring the doorbell. After I ask for a refund 100 times she says she will credit me. I don't want a credit, I want a refund. She goes "oh, then let me transfer you." I sit on hold listening to that God awful voice message for another 5 mins just to be asked 100 questions again. I finally say "give me a f***in refund what on Earth" and she hangs up on me. I call back, another 10 mins on hold, and she tells me too bad suck it up. Idiot driver shows up at my house 2 hours and 15 minutes after my order, an hour 15 after it said it would be here. What a joke of a company. Won't be back here. It's a shame, pizza wasn't too terrible. Service is 0/10.
